The best bistros in Paris!

  1. With all these French elitists critiquing her pronunciation/accent. Have you heard native French speakers try to speak English? Its absolute gibberish. Maybe give the girl a break eh?

  2. From a parisian, here are my few interesting spots:

Robert et Louise (64 Rue Vieille du Temple, 75003 Paris) – A more rustic atmosphere.

Le bar du bouillon opera (19 Rue de Choiseul, 75002 Paris)– An affordable good traditional french restaurant, recently opened, so still not too crowded.

Bodega Potxolo (V92J+93 Paris) – Specialties from the Southwest and the chef is really kind and funny.

Le Goyavier (V92J+7J Paris) – Really good Creole cuisine.

Le Coq de Bougival (15 Bis Quai Rennequin Sualem, 78380 Bougival) – A slightly more elegant setting, but still reasonably priced.

  3. What is a croak monsewer? πŸ™„ Can't seriously take French food recommendations from someone who's not bothered to learn the most basic of French words… monsieur. I am guessing that the wait staff probably gave you the special sauce for Americans.
