Im one hour into the docu now and my bloodpressure dropped 15 points. Which is a good thing in my case.
What impresses me the most is how the Amish have built a sustainable society without relying on modern technology. They use manual labor, horse-drawn carriages, and traditional farming methods for cultivation and livestock. This can be a valuable lesson in minimalism and self-sufficiency in an era where we are overly dependent on electricity and transportation.
