The Camargue is a huge national region in the South of France close to Arles.
The area is huge and you can easily spend several days here.
We’ve only had a day trip available and have chosen a trip south of a village called Le Sambuc.
We have seen wild horses, bulls, a lot of free-lving Flamingos – which were my personal highlight –, visited the salt industry and have visited a popular kite surfing place.
It’s been such a great adventure day that we probably come back at some stage!
