    Emirates (Arabic: طَيَران الإمارات DMG: Ṭayarān Al-Imārāt) is one of two flag carriers of the United Arab Emirates (the other being Etihad). Based in Garhoud, Dubai, the airline is a subsidiary of The Emirates Group, which is owned by the government of Dubai’s Investment Corporation of Dubai. As of 2019, it was also the largest airline in the Middle East, operating over 3,600 flights per week from its hub at Terminal 3 of Dubai International Airport.     The Airbus A380 is a large wide-body airliner that was developed and produced by Airbus. It is the world’s largest passenger airliner and only full-length double-deck jet airliner. Airbus studies started in 1988, and the project was announced in 1990 to challenge the dominance of the Boeing 747 in the long-haul market. The then-designated A3XX project was presented in 1994; Airbus launched the €9.5 billion ($10.7 billion) A380 program on 19 December 2000. The first prototype was unveiled in Toulouse on 18 January 2005, with its first flight on 27 April 2005. It then obtained its type certificate from the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) on 12 December 2006.

      One thing you didn’t mention is the limo service each end. I find that a really nice addition that saves me having to bother booking transportation myself and the 110 km radius from the airport is quite generous.

      3:40 there're actually three lavs for first class passengers, two at the front with the shower suite and one at the back (in front of the business class cabin) so passengers can use lavs even when both shower suites are occipied.

      Love Emirates! Flew from Cebu to Düsseldorf with a 7 hour stop in DXB is buisness. We received a complementary hotel room for the night. Must admit their weak point is the food (and the old 777 seat) but the service makes is still incredible. After they brought me arabic coffee in business class (usually only abailable in fist) they won my heart.

      These middle eastern airlines make me very anxious sometimes with their cabin interiors. Specifically Etihad, and emirates. Why? Well these seats are trying very hard to be super futuristic looking, with all these curves, wood grain, and those glowing pearl whites. It’s trying to hard to be cool and unique. I know a lot of people who dislike this approach to first/business class. Most people just want a clean, modern design, Like ITA Airways A330neo business class seats.

      I'm just getting ready for my annual London to Auckland we're I'll pick up Emirates First in Brussels to get the new First cabin to Dubai then the 16hours to Auckland.

      The food if you're eating from the regular menu is incredible with unlimited caviar now 👌

      Coming out of the flight with a 1st class bag filled brim with goodies, freshly showered in flight and tummy full of caviar and other yummy food. WHAT A FEELING ❤If you know, you know (and same here Dan, I just prefer showering when I first fly, so I can be comfortable)

      I know I'm late to this video but, i just wanna say i love spending hours and hours just watching you're videos. They are so relaxing and i absolutely love it. It also helps me choose the best of the best airlines whenever i travel.
