Farewell Dinner Aboard the Enchanté on the Canal du Midi, France
🔊🎶🗣️ With our final mooring on the #CanalDuMidi in Puichéric came our final dinner (soundtracked in post with @DorinePortmann and Eric Payan’s rendition of “Sympathique.“) Starting the evening off, the crew of the Enchanté was honored to have #cocktails prepared by #cocktail book author (and coincidental onboard guest) @RegardingOystersParis, while Chef @Hannah0311d and hostesses Lea and Robyn served up hors d’oeuvres of cheesy Gougères and #foiegras complemented with fig and cherry jams. A Chablis paired with seared scallops on a bed of cauliflower purée and chorizo, while a Cuvée Romain Pauc red blend paired with #duck breast in a cherry sauce with bacon-wrapped haricots verts and Dauphinoise potatoes. Valencay, comte, and roquefort came for the cheese course, and for dessert, a chocolate delice with golden pralines. #BonAppetit! — Wining and dining one last night with @European_Waterways in #Puicheric, #France. 🇫🇷
