L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue – “Venice of Provence”
L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue is a Provencial town in the department of Vaucluse, southeast France. Over the last 40 years, L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue has become famous as the antiques capital of France, if you don’t count Paris. Crystal clear, emerald water that flows through the town’s canals have contributed to its nickname “Venice of Provence”. Does it live up to expectations…???
