A TRUE LOW COST CHALLENGE! I can only fly EAST, forever east. Where do I end up?
Five or six flights, two nights, three days by low cost carriers. Where will I end up? I set myself an ‘only east’ travel restriction. One night in a hotel, one night roughing it at an airport.
Filmed April 2025 | Glasgow, UK.

I thought you were gonna end up on the BCN-ICN flight by T'way.
Thanks, another first class vid ๐๐ป
An another amazing film from Scott and quite quirky and you should go to Georgia.๐๐
โฌ119 a night at the moxy with no brekie ,not to frugal there ๐ฎ
I can't stand it when they clap on landing ๐ค
Scott another fantastic trip mate, can't wait for you're next one๐
If you were going to Gate B52 in Barcelona you should have had the rock lobster ๐
What was your budget per flight and what source did you use to search for flights?
Great videos, keep them coming.
I feel exhausted. Just watching this.๐ฎ
Great video! I worked out the distance from Glasgow to your final stop was about 1950 miles (not counting all the connections) โฆroughly the driving distance from Los Angeles to Chicago ๐ฌ Iโd love to know the total cost of this adventure ๐
Stumbling across your channel is the best thing Iโve seen on YouTube in a long time! ๐๐๐
Oh dear, dull, no charisma at all๐
Hi Scott, Always look forward to your uploads. Can I ask how I buy you a coffee. Cheers Mark
Loved it ,thanks.
Georgia ๐ฌ๐ช is amazing the best country in the world. Tbilisi is amazing.
love these videos
Love such challenge videos.
I predicted Turkey as the final destination.
The what could have been was interesting. Athens even has a low cost flight to Singapore afaik. ๐
Id be concerned about any pilot that would "put their foot down" to get somewhere faster since that means they'd be applying full rudder deflection for the duration.
What a great idea for a travel video. Loved it.
I would love to see a continuation of this adventure. I think an option would have been to skip straight over Western Europe and perhaps go EZY or Ryanair to Germany or Austria and then see if you can get to Turkey or the Middle East. From there you have LCCs that should get you to India and on to Asia. My guess is you could get as far as Asia or Australia/NZ.
No jet bridge?
That was shite to honest Steve ๐ฎ
Love your content!
Took me ages to find the bus from terminal 2/1 in Barcelona ๐
Very well done Scott. Glad you found somewhere for pizza & a beer, has anyone found that no.8 bus stop… ๐
Enjoyed this. Got me thinking, could one do a flying eastbound until you arrive back in the UK type challenge ? I wonder.
Great video Scott ๐ I have memories of flying from London Gatwick to Glasgow and return, for a week in Scotland (where I ultimately reached the Shetland Islands) while I was in England (from New Zealand) seeing relatives in August/September 2018. I too flew on Easyjet, though if my memory serves me correctly I went from the north terminal at Gatwick
I would've met my son out in Tbilisi, it's a lovely city.
Eight and a half hours. Scott could have had a pizza… in Napels.
No, really, I looked it up just for fun. Because of course I did, I watch this channel, I love that sort of thing.
The flight from Lyon left at 11:25 and was 1,5h. Let's assume arrival at FCO at 13:00, Departure 20:30, all Shengen, no borders.
Leo Express Fiumicino Aeroporto (13:38) – Roma Termini (14:10)
Frecciarossa Roma Termini (14:38) – Napoli Centrale (15:48)
Beer, Pizza
Frecciarossa Napoli Centrale (17:05) – Roma Termini (18:15)
Roma Termini (18:35) – Fiumicino Aeroporto (19:07)
Although I suppose that would not have helped with the tiredness. Or the budget.
Er… why didn't you just ask someone where the bus no 8 leaves from??
