Day 3 Preview – Southern Dalmatia Yacht & Bike Tour | BRAG International

Today was a 12.5 mile bike ride through the island of Hvar, known for their fragrant wild lavender. The views were spectacular today🙌 We also got to experience a very special lunch which involved “Ispod peka,” or cooking under the dome, a traditional Croatian culinary technique. It involves slow-cooking meat and vegetables in a fireproof pan covered with a bell-shaped metal lid and hot coals. This method results in incredibly tender and flavorful dishes. Annnnd, it was delicious!
