[Music] my name is Marco Kovach and I’m from [Applause] Croatia and I like to explore nature and I love uh my country Croatia because it has uh really lots of diversity and that makes this country beautiful and super popular in the [Music] world I have a lots of experience as a guide but uh there is always something uh new to learn uh what I love about my guiding is because uh I have lots of knowledge and I like to share it with the others I’m guiding more than 10 years so I really have lots of knowledge and experience but that’s never enough so you can never know everything about guiding but that’s why it’s always good to uh interact with people and other guides and always find something to improve [Music] yourself Croatia is uh very rich because of the history cuz this part of the Europe was in last 2,000 years very Dynamic and many cultures were having their impact and influence on it that’s why Croatia has really a lots of uh Cuisine diversity or richness also by geology this place is like a crossroad between the mountains lowlands and the Sea and that makes this uh part of Europe beautiful [Music] our food is the best and I like to say better than in Italy so Pekka is one of the most popular and most tastiest uh traditional dishes in Croatia uh it is a very primitive oven we could say and uh that’s why uh it’s uh so popular and traditional because everybody was doing it in the old times like medieval times because you only need to have this iron lid and also the plate in which you put the ingredients you want to prepare so there is no specific meal that is go for Pekka because Pekka is actually the way of cooking and preparing the food it is uh cooking and baking in the same time or we like to say primitive oven uh people are making bread or under Pekka but also very tasty dishes like wheel a lamp chicken octopus and fish the Pekka is my favorite traditional dish in Croatia and every time I eat it I love it I cannot explain how tasty this is so you have to come here and taste it by yourself so delicious it melts in your mouth so I like outdoor activities it is GRA and I am adventure Guide but also instructor in seing and Hiking so those are the two most uh favorite activities in nature I love and I practice and later share it to my guests or friend that I guide my name is Marco and I’m waiting for you here in Croatia so come here explore Croatia and let’s have fun and great holidays [Music] my name is Marco and I’m waiting for you come here explore Croatia and let’s have fun with this sound in the background my name is my name is Marco and I’m waiting for you one car is coming oh
