Europe Day 4 Lourdes

So today is our last day here in Paris. We’re going to head down to Lords this time. Still in France, but it’s about 5 hours away that we’re going to be taking a train. They don’t call it a bullet train, but it’s a very fast train. They said we’ll find out. Departing no tale. Hello friends and family. Welcome to another episode from Lumakisa, America. This is Chard again. Welcome to another mini episode of our pilgrimage trip to Europe. We are a family of seven traveling along with our holy family parishioners led by father Fred Kubby of Holy Family in our hometown of American Canyon. And also would like to introduce my family. Of course, my wife will be here. There she is. Uh Nette, my Raina, my queen, and my oldest Renee. my youngest boy Riley and of course my youngest girl Rosita. And coming along with us of course are the family grandparents, my kids grandparents. As a matter of fact, Mommy N and Daddy DJI. On this pilgrim episode will be our fourth day heading to Lord’s France. There will be nothing much to show on this episode but the experience of the fastest train in G de Mo train station. I hope I pronounced that right. The bullet train in France as they call it traveling a top speed of 300 km an hour. It is about 200 mph US conversion. [Music] So, we’re here at the crazy stage station. Station. This is one of the best experience we ever had. This is the fastest train that you can uh you can take for 10 hours drive or a 5 hour a 5 hour I know uh train ride. We’re going to ride a train. The first time I saw this, I was like, you see, this is not a bullet train. Looks like a bullet train. We know it’s going to be a good ride today. So, we noticed that we got separated into two groups. Some of us will be sitting on the lower portion of the train and we ended up probably sitting up on top. I don’t know. But whichever you want to find out. Hi Rosie. Oh, Georgia. Hi. You seated anybody? A It’s okay. Oh, that’s all right. and I’ll come back and forth if nobody sits around. Okay, have fun. Ladies and gentlemen, we’re on board. Moving up. We’re moving, Riley. Yay. Also in our ride of a lifetime. Going to Lurs, France. We will be staying in a five-star hotel called Bali Andre Resort. chosen by our tour services Holyland Tours as they did promise to be part of our tour package that we are very happy to express our gratitude for well executed trip itinerary. We’ll see you in a bit like 5 hours. Yeah. Yeah. See you. See you. See you. Yeah. At this moment, the space will propel be going almost 100 mph and it’s still going fast. We’re going so fast the train. [Music] At this point on, according to uh speedometer, we’re probably traveling more than 120 mph at this point. Right. How do you feel about this ride so far? Better fast. Yeah. According to uh what’s their navigation screen? It’s uh it’s about 316 kilometer an hour. And then I searched it up. Uh it’s equivalent to almost 200 mph. 196 to be exact miles hour. So we are actually traveling and and riding this train for almost 200 mph. Riley, right? Right. Our speeds. [Music] Relaxing, taking a break, snacking, and most especially socializing were probably the most enjoyable thing to do on a long ride. My son and I enjoyed most of the time spent looking out the window, looking at the new beautiful land sceneries and structures while we messed around with each other, eating what we can get at the train bar area and most of all making this video. Talking to people, however, is quite challenging. Some passengers were French people. But overall, this train ride is one memorable experience we will never forget. Heat. [Music] [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] [Music] Heat. [Music] Heat up here. [Music] getting off. A good 5 hour ride. The struggles with our luggages picture all those heavy lugers. This is memory. Oh my Bing Bing. Miss you, miss dad. [Laughter] Yes. Now we try to put the smaller one all together. Well, just waiting to get all the big ones in. Then we’re out of here. Yeah. So, all good. All good. As I’ve said in the beginning, when in Lords, we will be staying in a five-star hotel called the Galia Lingre Resort. Upon arrival at the hotel, we will settle in. We will be given our rooms and then we will have our dinner prior to the candle light procession. As pilgrims, candlelight procession is very important. We will be attending our very first nightly candle light procession. It just means representing the light of Christ and the hope of the Virgin Mary’s intercession. creating a moving and powerful visual symbol of faith in short symbolizes the pilgrim’s faith and hope or to simply say for faith spirituality and for global unity. [Music] Galia. Good job. [Music] [Music] 417 blue scary 8 years old and then [Music] Riley, wait a minute. It’s right here. [Music] [Music] the train 407. Come here. We’re got the corner. 49. Look at this. 410. 410. Guys, guys. Yeah. Check this out. Oh, what is it? The view of our grand hotel. Let’s see. Wow. Wow. I don’t recommend you guys walking up here. Yeah, that’s true. It’s a very mirror. Just stand there. The view. Oh my gosh. Well, tonight we’re going to do a procession. We’re going to be walking for like an hour. So, we are here walking now with the rest of the people doing the procession. I don’t know how long this walk is going to be but just following in Lord’s friends. The Mar procession or torch lights takes place daily at 9:00 p.m. from April to the end of October. Most especially for the sick pilgrims, they are always anxious to attend when they can. This is just like praying the rosary. However, candle light procession in modern times can symbolize events that are not common and particularly similar to traditional faith but merely a celebration or retelling of the Christmas story featuring a celebrity narrator, a mass choir, an orchestra, and other musical elements. It doesn’t mean the modern time procession is not allowed, but it does sure beat out the odds of today’s society. As for family and our pilgrim, we’d rather stick to the traditional way of torch light procession. This is our first night here at Lords and we wouldn’t want to miss the importance of this candlelight procession. Our prayers are very dear to us. We take it seriously because we care and we hope that one day people would realize the importance of prayer from the procession and to see the light of peace. Hey folks, if you made it this far, we just want to say thank you for watching our family vlog, Lumakisa America, our first pilgrim trip to Europe. We encourage you to like and subscribe to our channel because it will truly help us maintain and create more content in time. We really appreciate it. [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] Rosie, don’t do that. You’re going to burn the cup. Not going to burn the cup. Yes, you are. But don’t do that, baby. Amen. Pray for us. You know, it’s now the day our death. Amen. I’m praying now. So, I’m going to take turn it off. I have no idea where we’re going to. You’re going in? Oh, yes. I just have no idea what I’m going. This is Lord’s spring water. It’s a natural spring water in Lord’s France. Drawn from a spring in the grotto of Masabiel. This spring was discovered by Bernardet Subaru during the Lord’s apparition in 1858. The water is freely available to pilgrims at the sanctuary and is used for drinking, washing and filling bottles. Pilgrims many perceived that the water of lords has healing properties. Although scientific analysis has not confirmed whether the water has any medicinal qualities to heal and promote health to public. But with us pilgrims and family, we believe with faith and God, anything is [Music] possible. Other group having fun. They’re the loudest in here. That’s a good laugh. Oh my god, this is beautiful. Hold [Music] on. Take a look. [Music] [Music] Maybe you need some drugs probably. [Music] Time to rest. Gra. Yeah, I don’t regret this pilgrimage at all. It’s this is something that I never expect. We never expect well for me personally something I never expect out of this uh trip. Probably one of the best and uh spiritually very fulfilling for me and I don’t regret it at all. I mean, it’s not because it’s Europe or whatever, but being part of this group and this pilgrimage, it’s uh something of a miracle. I would say miracle and lucky my son, my daughters got blessed. We all got blessed and the holy water, the miracle water. And I have nothing to say. Yeah, I’m just speechless. you know, you got something going on or going coming when you’re excited and when you’re, you know, surprised by many things. And this is one of the nights at the Lords, but still part of France, south of France. But anyway, guys, I’m really satisfied today. Good night. This is where this is Nova Hotel here in De Mo France Paris Paris France and my thoughts on the hotel I would like to record about is two because it’s got a simple cafe cuz I really love everything in Europe. I apparently love Europe food. Bread, pasta, cheese, cheese, cheese. Let me see. Clarify for Oh, no. No. Mozzarella, cottage cheese, fo came, cheddar, all sorts of cheese. I love it. I try my best not to eat too much of it each day because there is cheese everywhere. Many types of cheese. Another that I would like to say about food is the crepes here. I love the mini crepes. I like the mini chilled pancakes. I like the croissants. I like chocolate filled bread. Pretty much explanatory. Is that all I have to say? And one final thought. What is one takeaway I would say? What did I tell you? Massive. It’s a comfy bed. It’s got narrow closet. It’s got a bathroom. I like the shower. Drizzle control is the best. And that is what I think about the Nova Hotel here in Bont Dubo, Paris, France. And now we’re off to Florida to the train. The fastest train.

A fast train ride to Lourdes, France from Paris.. Our first pilgrimage candle light procession and witnessing real holy spring water.
