It was our 8th and 9th days in TMB (Tour du Mont Blanc).
The trail from Lac Blanc to Le Brévent was one of the most spectacular sections in TMB.
Col de la Glière (2461m) was the most strenuous and most memorable mountain pass. There was an easier route via La Flégère. But we took the higher route as always and it was a great choice.
We camped at Planpraz, took the cable car to Le Brévent next morning, left our backpack at the top and hiked to Lac du Brévent and came down to Chamonix also by cable car.
