I thought it nice weather and it weekend go for a bike ride and I thought I go not too far just I just picked it up from Chateau Fle and I need I needed some repair so and I needed to make a new part so I thought okay go not too far because you never know just try it out carefully but I think it’s fine uh that was like 45 minutes and with the bike that I have you can drive easily 1 hour, two hours to when the battery is uh done. So, um yeah, you even can uh go for a longer ride if you go for like 2 hours and you take your battery with you, you go for dinner and you load your battery and you can bike 2 hours back. So, there’s also a possibility. But first, okay, try casters and maybe next time I’ll be or whatever because yeah, I can take everything with me. So I was standing on the square close by. I make picture of the of the square of the name so that I not get lost and I have no idea. I just uh go for a walk and see where it brings me. Let’s go. And here you go from the center square over the river. But look how nice. It reminds me a little bit about Holland. Utre also with the canals and the restaurants. Very nice and on the other side. How nice. It looks like a nice [Music] street. Heat. Heat. [Music] [Applause] [Music] Heat. [Music] Heat. [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] [Music] And that is always nice, a park in the center of the city. Always nice to chill and uh have some connection with nature. Yeah, it’s really nice chilling. [Music] [Applause] Heat. Heat. [Music] [Applause] [Music] As one wander to the street of Castrus, centuries of history can be felt beneath one’s feet. The city origins can be traced back to a hollow Roman villa. But it was during the middle ages that Castras truly flourished. The Abbey of St. Benedict founded in the 7th century played a crucial role in the city development and spiritual life. [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] Heat. Heat. [Applause] [Music] The oldtown narrow winding streets are lined with colorful houses that seem to lean over the Agu River. These pictures dwellings once home to weavers and teners have been carefully preserved offering and glimpse into the city industrial past. The sights of these houses reflected in the calm waters of the river creates and sign reminisced of Finnish earing custers the nickname Little Finnish of Lunga dog. [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] Heat. Heat. [Music] [Applause] [Music] Castra’s rich cultural heritage is proudly displayed in this museum and historical buildings. The Goya Museum housed in the former Bishop Place boost an impressive collection of Spanish art including work by Francisco Goya and Val Valisk. The museum’s garden designed by Andrea Lenatra, the landscape architect behind Vai offer a serene retreat in the heart of the city. Jean Jour dedicates to the famous socialist leader born in Custer provides insight into the political and social history of France. Uure influence can still be felt in the city with many streets and institutions bearing his [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] name. [Applause] Heat. [Music] [Applause] Heat. [Music] [Applause] Heat. Heat. [Music] so on my way back. And then then it’s so nice when you’re on your bike, you can easily make a stop and and and see the beautiful views because the with the car over the camper, it’s so difficult to to park somewhere. So, so I take it slow back and I will show you the view. Look at that. [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] And if you see this house, you feel like you are in Spain. [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] So Mike, I’m glad that you’re back. And then suddenly you are in the smallest village what you can ever imagine. I have to find the name Zer. Okay. So yeah, there’s an one little church and I think what I see in front of me is is an Yeah, this is Chateau. Okay, I’ll show you. So here it is. [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] So this looks like a chatau. because the tower and the wall and that uh should be the cottage house I guess. And there we have that beautiful little church. [Music] Yeah. And the in the car [Music] then and I think it is just one street. [Music] [Applause] [Music] That’s it. So follow that [Music] [Applause] [Music] road. Oh, there’s [Applause] [Music] [Applause] the there. There is a chatau in the back on the top of that hill. It’s also a rune. Maybe I can check that out. And Sito is there. So, okay. [Music] [Applause]

  1. I love seeing your videos. I understand things have changed a lot since I first saw you on Stephanies – "The Chateau Diaries" but I do look forward to seeing what you are up to. Hugs to you and hoping that all is well and happy for you.

  2. Selmar I thought you had cut your hair at first. I think you just had it pulled back. Anyway, that would be a really good look for you. I prefer short hair and no beards….my opinion. πŸ₯° sending this with love and optimism❀

  3. You find love in nature wherever you are, and this makes you the special man you are today, and probably will always be the same, very relaxing and very nice video as you always do, Selmar,
