The Lutherkirche (Luther Church) in Leipzig is a Neo-Gothic Evangelical Lutheran church located near Johannapark. Designed by Julius Zeißig, it was constructed between 1884 and 1887 to commemorate Martin Luther’s 400th birthday. The church features a Latin cross floor plan, a 65-meter tower, and notable stained glass windows. Despite damage during World War II, it has been restored and now serves both religious and cultural purposes, including concerts and community events.
