  1. Hello Gabriel, the choice of the island of Kythira is a good , in combination with the rise in temperature (~ 35°C) and the simultaneous decrease in winds. The only solution is the Greek islands.👍

  2. My daughter and I absolutely LOVE your Greece videos! We've watched every single one of them going back years as well! I know that there are some gorgeous islands next to the Turkish coast as well, that were once Greek. It would be interesting to visit some of them as well, in order to see how much of the Greek culture and ruins remained, or if they were attempted to be 'erased'.

  3. I hope you'll try to get to Antikythira, seeing as you are right next door! Looks like there are 5 ferries per week from Kythira, and from Antikythira you can get ferries on to Crete or even once a week to Piraeus! I doubt you will find accommodation, though, so it might have to be a day trip or a stopover on your way to Crete.

  4. Kythera is a gem! I have been there in 2005 I think. Don't miss Paleochora, the ghost town. It's mindblowing! Love the Pink Floyd reference. The Chora fof Kythera is also very beautiful. The legend says it's the birthplace of Aphrodite, but this is also said for Cyprus…Thanks for sharing the Greek daily fix!

  5. Gabe next weekend the islands all over the country are expected to get much more busier due to the upcoming feast of the Holy Spirit (on 9th June, a movable feast, right 50 days after Easter) and the three-day off.Just knowing.

  6. It's obvious that you really enjoy yourself there. As you step onto the next island, that's the best or one of the best Greek islands.👍

  7. I don't know if you keep that list, but there are 52 permanently inhabited islands in Croatia. I'm not sure many people can brag that they've visited them all.

  8. Thanks Gabriel for these beauties you show to us. Hope you will stay in Greece and show us some others islands. I appreciate your videous because they are different. The music, the views and your comments are one of the kind. Keep exploring, man!

  9. I’m so surprised to hear how cold the water is in Greece. Gabriel, are you talking Stinson Beach cold? Lake Tahoe cold?

I’ve been to the beaches in Spain and just assumed it would be similarly mild?

  10. GAB YOU ARE LIKE A MODERN ODYSSEUS…AND YOUR ITHAKA IS GREECE….ΝΟ ΜΑΤΤΕR HOW MANY TIMES YOU LIVE..ΙΝ ΤΗΕ END YOU WILL ALWAYS WANT TO RETURN HERE…

  11. Thanks so much for sharing this island with us, Gabriel. The combiation of Ionian lanscape & cycladic architecture is simply stunning, calming and beautiful …
Now very much at the top of my list ❤ ❤

  12. If you're going to Antikythera, you should be aware that as small at it is ,it is a migrant bird stop/sanctuary and you might be able to see some if lucky. Never been there or Kythera but those two and Kythnos as you have mentioned are very nice and still not too "discovered" at least not yet.

  13. Hi Gabriel, just wondering if you’ll go to Lesvos again. My grandparents are from Sigri on the western end of the island. I don’t think you’ve been there yet and I’d really like to see the area.
