A Weekend In Tuscany | Italian Summer Diaries

We are going to the sea today. It’s the 2nd of June. Yeah. The second day of summer for Italian. [Music] [Music] Bella Hello and welcome. [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] Tell me if you need help. Looks funny. And what are you planning to do to sit like this? Hey, I we stay half an hour then we go to Or and in the afternoon I will swim when the sun is not strong. Listen, maybe by chance you have the same ah you have the same charger know as this camera would be nice otherwise I’m sad that I can swim today. We should come back here when I can swim. I like this place. How did you discover it? I don’t even remember. randomly recently just probably, you know, it was uh like something that I already knew about or that it’s some nice place that all the fancy Romans come to to visit in the summer. Mhm. And then one day I just asked my friends to to come here. We did. It was my first time and then I started liking the places so I just came back. This could become my favorite. I don’t know. Do you think it’s so crowded? later. I mean, later in during the summer. Uh, depends. No, mommy. Put like if you also think it’s kind of funny how he’s on the beach. I don’t know. It’s kind of always more or less like this. He puts on this UV jacket. The hood. He stays like this under the umbrella. Yeah. On this little little beach towel. I don’t know. It’s funny. [Music] Now we’re in [Music] Or want to bite. Yes. Nice. [Music] This is Marima. The part of Tuscana called Marima. Mhm. Here the red dot. Mhm. We’re here now in Orello. Orello. And then years ago, we went swimming here somewhere here. Yeah. A couple of years ago. It’s very beautiful. Yeah. But I wouldn’t want to come back there because I want B. They look like a souvenir, but they are actual current newspapers. I also was thinking, you think a lot. We took 250 ml liters of Vina de la Kaza Biano and it’s basically you see two glasses of wine for €3. Cool. And in addition we will have discount thank to fork. So the fork it’s not sponsored. I mean one and a half year for this. Isn’t it crazy? And it’s buo. Mhm. This is my zupeta. I forgot just with I don’t want anything heavy now. Not really hungry, but this next to the sea seems like a good idea. [Music] It’s something new for me. For me, too. I actually didn’t expect anything much from this trip, but eventually I feel so happy. No, it feels really nice. I was standing there in the sea when we were in that place. I went like inside the water to my knees. How to say up to my knees. How to say correctly. I went into the water inside water. Inside water at the knees height uh depth. Okay, you understand? And I was looking at the view and I was actually at some point crying from the beauty. Not only the beauty of the view, but the beauty of the moment because everything felt so nice like in [Music] paradise. Porto air. [Music] [Music] So windy. Let’s see. But warm. And we have a umbrello. We’re in 1% remaining on this camera. So I guess vlog. Perfect. [Music] [Music]

🌿 A slow weekend escape from Rome to Tuscany 🌊
One simple summer day in Italy with my Italian husband and his cousin — we took a spontaneous road trip from Rome to Orbetello, a quiet coastal town in southern Tuscany. We spent time on peaceful beaches with almost no people, walked around the charming old town of Orbetello, had lunch at a local restaurant, and enjoyed the sun, sea, and slow rhythm of Italian life.

It’s not a fancy or heavily edited vlog — just an honest, simple moment captured on the go.
If you love Italy, the beauty of slow days, and real glimpses of everyday life — this one’s for you.
