MALTA VLOG 2: Gozo, Comino & The Blue Lagoon Tour! | Girls Trip 2025

[Music] morning everybody welcome back to my channel and welcome to Malta vlog 2 so I’m here with my girlies it’s our first ever trip to Malta yesterday it was our first day it was our travel day um we spent the day touring Sleurma and Balleta we had a really nice first day but today we’re actually going on a little boat trip we’ve got a little excursion booked with Get Your Guide and we’re going to Go Camino we’re looking at sea caves Blue Lagoon all of that stuff i will put like our itinerary and the screenshot of the actual tour that we’ve booked on the screen so we’re just walking to catch our little boat it is coming up to 9 now and then we shouldn’t be back until about 5 6:00 I think in the evening so it’s a full day excursion and it’s going to be really good it’s very very hot today it’s like 26° yeah it’s going to be a really nice day look at the view we have this morning our hotel literally sort of backs onto this harbor and it is gorgeous we’re just coming up to the boats where they dock we’ve got two options for the boats I think so we’ll just see which one’s running for our tour paige is just getting chatted up by our good friend Aladdin every single time we walk past here the same guy stops us and I think he’s taken a like into Paige so funny these are our two boat options so the Lady Shelly and Catala okay um this is all really unorganized so we’ve got this massive queue we’re actually closer to the front than we was earlier it does go all the way back there um they’ve got these two boats i think this one’s the 10:00 and this one’s the half 10 but I don’t think they’ve been looking at people’s times so I don’t know this one looks like it’s already full so I don’t know don’t know what’s going on so yeah it’s all a bit all a bit crazy we kind of wanted to be at the top of the boat because a lot of us get travel sickness so we were hoping that we were going to be up there but that is definitely already full i don’t know what the inside looks like but there’s people stood outside so that’s not filling me with a boatload of confidence apparently they’re all arguing down at the front of the queue like the staff stuff so it’s all funny games we’ve been giving bands we’re getting somewhere it’s taking a while though and I really don’t know how we’re getting on this boat this is the worst organized thing in the world it’s really bad i don’t think they know what’s going on so I don’t really know how we’re supposed to know what’s going on go go go go we’re on we’re downstairs so I won’t be able to show you anything bit overwhelming but at least we’re on the boat get on the boat yeah I didn’t think we would get on either oh it’s [Music] hot heat heat [Music] we’ve made it to Go and now we’ve got a 3-hour bus journey that includes a 75minut stop in Victoria which is the center right yeah 15 minutes and then back on the boat and then back on the boat and then after go first no go on i’ll say it again if you want look how beautiful that is up there so pretty oh following following i hope we’ve got like a little open top bus i don’t I think we’re in a mini bus i think we’re in a mini bus oh that’s all right this is the first stop in our little tour look at your hat don’t you look good sensible with this hat yeah very sensible off the face it’s very good it’s very clever and stylish too thank you okay this is the bus this is going to be a fun journey have so much fun with our travel i’m just glad we’ve got enough stops yes this is cozy [Music] we’ve been dropped off guys we are in Go and we’ve just stopped off for the first little pit stop for a little coffee and a cake or something just to get us set up ready to go in this little place it’s called Nohal um but look at the cakes in here i think it’s coffee and cake time they’ve got some really good cakes here guys got the red velvet cake how cute does this look i want this bit already oh it’s firmer than I thought it was going to be oh that’s really hard to actually cut thought that was going to be really cute but it’s not ruined it it’s going to drop sh that is really nice [Music] i’d probably say like maybe a 7.5 i feel like it could have more flavor it’s bloody good though we just wanted to document this real quick on the vlog because Diana’s never been defeated by a cake really we’re both real dessert people however cut through it so you can just show the how thick this is that’s a cake it is cake that’s all chocolate oh oh my god so Diana actually has just been recently diagnosed with type 1 diabetes which means she’s now injecting enough insulin to have to eat this she she has to finish this now otherwise she’s not had enough is it good though it was for the first two seconds [Music] that’s bacon apparently six out of 10 i said seven and a half for mine i think six is probably generous do you think is it just too much if you didn’t hear that she said it’s a bit dead i’m not going to lie mine actually had like an extra little surprise in there had like sauce in there which probably leveled it up to about an eight we’ve had a little snack break or a little cake break and now we are wandering through Victoria victoria is the center isn’t it of Go so that’s sort of the area that we get to explore today so we’re just walking around that i think we’re going to go up to where the Citadel is which has been recommended to us it’s very hilly guys in Victoria just so you know it’s pretty but uh yeah it’s hilly here we go i told you it was silly the floor’s actually a little bit slippery as well so just um be mindful of that if you are coming a lot of steps to try and conquer let’s go we’re not even at the top bit yet look at that gorgeous this is unreal yeah time to go higher look at where we are the girls are down there you can see Shannon’s pop of red they’re down there look at this view it is amazing it’s crazy we’re just going to keep wandering and see where we end up this is insane this is literally amazing look at those i can’t go past this bit but you can see like this building in the background there i bet that looks amazing when you’re like right underneath it it’s like a little temple it’s so cool this place is amazing we were just saying the view that you get from here is gorgeous but doesn’t actually compare to the actual citadel that we’re on like the view of the the citadel itself is actually insane okay that was really cute the bells are going off now we just had a little wander around the citadel which was actually so cute now we’re starting the the walk down all these steps to get back to our bus cuz we only had about just over an hour to explore here so not too much time and then apparently we’ve got like a little um like viewing spot on the way like we stopped to see a nice view apparently and then eventually we’ll get to the Blue Lagoon we’ve just got to our photo stop it’s a place called Exendy Bay probably butchering that what did she say no just stand and enjoy the view you know make candid photos wise words from Paige Thompson it is so peaceful as well that is gorgeous have you put cream on your back page i have but it’s unreal anyway yeah I need to put some sun cream on before we get back in the bus look at that gorgeous pretty right feel at peace feel very much at peace we’re just waiting for our boat now we’re saying goodbye to Goo and our little island in Victoria just waiting for the boat to pull up hoping to try and get a seat on the top deck fingers crossed and then we’re going on our boat ride to the Blue Lagoon or we’ll switch the GoPro say goodbye to Goo sorry just as a pre-warn warning look how mental it is just to get on bus on boats pure chaos it was chaos getting on that was chaos getting back on probably going to be chaos getting on probably we’re going to full send it it’s going to be fine pray for top deck guys we got the top deck finally top deck baby top deck let’s go to the blue lagoon baby [Music] hey hey hey hey hey hey There we go there she is she’s got one more [Laughter] good night [Music] okay heat heat n [Music] well ladies and gentlemen once again welcome on board Carter i hope you have all enjoyed your stop here at the Blue Lagoon and if you were to look to the left hand side of the boat you can see another island here and that’s the island of Kominoto so Blue Lagoon lies between two islands just the island of Commino on the right and the island of Commino on our left so as I have said ladies and gentlemen we are soon going to be passing by some beautiful caves known as the Crystal Caves so for those of you taking pictures please have your cameras ready many films were partly shot over here films like Count of Monte Cristo Papey the Sailor The Spy Who Loved Me with the main actor James Bond U57 the one Troy the Game of Thrones and many many other films [Music] [Music] [Music] jesus Christ so ladies and gentlemen those were the caves of Commino known as the Crystal Caves we are now leaving the island of Commino we’ll actually cruise around Commino and pass through the South Commino channel separating the north of Mulza from Commamino and then we will proceed back to Snea we’re all fresh and dark look how pretty they look girl we’re just about to go out for dinner we’ve had the nicest day though we’re very very tired but we’ve had the nicest day blue Lagoon was cute wasn’t it so good very very cute very busy very busy a bit overwhelming yeah that was a bit crazy and wear trainers or flat like actual shoes yeah my Crocs were all right to be fair they worked quite well but yeah it was a bit lumpy bumpy but we had a great time so that was good we’ve gone home we’re back to the hotel freshened up and we’re going out for dinner in Sleurma to a place called Feliz which is pretty much opposite our hotel so we’re just crossing the road over there now we’re going to have a really nice evening we heard live music playing here yesterday we booked this before we even came out because we’d heard really good things so hopefully it lives up to the expectations this is the one they do breakfast and things here as well we’re sat outside on the terrace which is really nice the harbor is literally in that little gap there and to our left or in front of the of our table we’ve got somebody setting up singing so hopefully we’ve got some live music later but this is the menu i actually don’t know what I’m going to go for feel free to screenshot if you’re interested i’m looking at this the black Angus beef so I might go for that not too sure [Music] oh he’s getting the guitar out he’s getting the guitar out maybe I’m crazy maybe we’re crazy [Music] maybe you The food is [Music] alive it actually looks so good oh my god thanks Shannon providing the lighting it actually looks amazing look at my steak we finished the food guys reviews go out of 10 the girls had the same um six no seven seven the potatoes made it a bit higher yeah the potato brown was really good they had the You had the coconut chicken yes we both had coconut chicken chicken was a solid five yeah chicken was definitely a five out of 10 okay fair it was not expected my potatoes four the veg seven seven out of 10 okay so overall six out of 10 for me would you come back i’d come back but I wouldn’t choose what I had so I had the ribs and mac and cheese i have hardly eaten any of it because there was so much there you did well though you did okay oh yeah but I feel like I’ve hardly made a dent on it but it is very filling and I Seven out of 10 I reckon yeah passing the bat on i had the same as Shan which was the black Angus beef and potato gratan and I had some veg on the side and I’d say solid 9 out of 10 me too thought it was lovely i wish it was like one whole bit of beef cuz they were like little medallions but other than that stunning can’t f it 100% check [Music] but if I could put even my [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] I love it [Music] [Music] so we’ve had a little boogie we’re going to have a sweet treat now a sweet sweet desserts are here guys we’ve got the cookie pie got the chocolate mousse that is actually huge wow insane taste test number one [Music] yeah it’s great what is it oh it’s literally just moving that looks like your dog it looks really good is it nice i’ll try a little bit is it sickly yeah it’s literally our dog bowl it’s huge [Music] thoughts nice sickly yeah bit of ice cream [Music] oh it’s warm that’s really good that’s really You’re going to like that really gooey really warm yeah that’s banging oh no did you get it from a bad angle maybe you need to try from like my my side the melted ice cream on that side yeah that that side looks better round two try again is that better okay that’s better that’s good stuff we smashed through those desserts strong nine out of 10 nine out of 10 out of 10 we’re sickly though these guys are so good haley if you’re watching this song’s for you you’ll know what I mean [Laughter] the little shoulders going and I said [Music] “Hey yeah yeah what’s going on first I was afraid to think without you by my [Music] side throw your back home from my face i know just turn around now write the song you know oh look she’s going out the door just turn around now cuz you’re not welcome anymore try to hurt me with your crumbles you think I laid down and die i will survive i will survive hey one more song one more song thank you today is going to be the day that I’m going to turn it back to [Music] you because baby you got to be the one that saves me saves me excellent you’re my wonder [Music] [Applause] that was a really excellent night a great singer i didn’t expect that level of like fun i know it sounds really stupid but I thought we were just going out for dinner i think it’s what we need to sing a song yeah live music we got up and had a boogie that was so much fun great way to end day two I think that was great fun tomorrow we’ve got a nice little pool day happening and we’re going to see the sunset we are oh we’re going to go see the sunrise that’s going to be so cute i think um our little boat trip that we did today was so so good we would highly recommend it it wasn’t overly organized but it was a really great trip wasn’t it if you don’t want to be on a boat all day it was okay yeah it was really really good but we’re heading back to
