[Music] can you tell me your name and also about the company so I’m Julie Cla i’m the events coordinator at City Destinations Alliance so we are a network of European destinations we have over 120 uh members in our association uh they are spread all around Europe and um our goal is to provide the platform to European destinations to come together meet and exchange knowledge knowledge and best practices in a nutshell that’s what we do tell me about your expectations about this event um IMX IMX is a big highlight for us during the year we come to IMX and we meet our members we meet potential members we meet partners we meet the destinations that we’re going to for our next event so that’s one of the key points where we meet people during the year can you tell me what travel trends for 2025 shaping the way tourists engage with your destination at least um well I think one of the big trends in tourism right now is AI um we see that all the destinations are implementing AI in one way or another in their in their daily life uh but for us also what we see is how we can implement it during our events so for example we are using some different tools like Snapsite which um listens listens into the presentations during events and then gives you all the takeaways so if you can’t attend like all the par sessions you’ll see the takeaways afterwards um this just a second uh which source markets are showing the most potential for that’s a very good question [Applause] um source markets i don’t know i will change the question what kind of markets do you want to see in the future for example maybe some want to take in tourism maybe you want to see more European or more but we work we work in Europe so the European market is always the focus for us what about other countries um for countries is I mean for us the most potential is in countries where we don’t have that many members so we have we’re still missing a few members in Eastern Europe and then we want to develop even more members in the countries where we already have members because there is potential for us to grow so we’re always open for new destinations to join us can you tell me your future goals mayo or the company the company the company um at city destinations alliance we always are looking for new members um but we are also looking to develop new programs for our members to answer the demand so for example maybe we might be developing a program for CBS uh like a meeting only for CBS but you didn’t hear it from me

Although not widely publicized, CityDNA has placed greater emphasis on supporting CVBs with the resources and tools needed to succeed in promoting destinations to a global audience.
