i flew to France to try this famous fish soup let’s go check it out if you want to try the traditional provincial fish soup Booya Bass Marseilles is the place to go this is where the buyabas originated but don’t make the mistake I did when trying in Mercur is one of the best places to try in Marseilles it’s down by the old port but don’t make this mistake we ordered two starters and while I loved the provincial moose gratine and the baratha when you see the size of the Booya Bass at this Merc you’ll know why that’s a mistake the Booya Bass is served in two sittings first you get this bowl of the traditional spicy soup it’s served with a huge basket of croutons and the authentic ruer sauce it’s such a fun experience trying this you can add the croutons to the fish soup one at a time or go all in they even do cooking classes at this Marseilles restaurant if you want to learn more about how to make Booya Bass okay so once we are finished the first course of buyab bass they brought out this huge plate of all the fish for the second course it takes a bit of time to cook the booya bass as everything is cooked to order and then you get the second course of buyab bass this is the biggest fish soup I’ve ever seen there were so many different types of fish shellfish there was even a little crab on top lots of potatoes definitely worth flying to Merced to try this but believe me when I say you don’t need those starchers check my caption for more details

Trying the famous Provençal fish soup Bouillabaisse on your food travel bucket list especially if you’re a seafood lover. Bouillabasse is one of the ultimate foodie experiences and where better to try it than Marseille, where Bouillabaisse originated!

BOUILLABAISSE DETAILS
🦐This spicy seafood soup is usually served over two courses! First they bring the seafood soup with lots of croutons and the traditional rouille sauce. Next they’ll present the huge portion of fish tableside. This is an essential part of the Bouillabaisse experience and then you’ll enjoy the seafood soup.

🥣Bouillabaisse is one of the BIGGEST food dishes I’ve ever tried so don’t make the same mistake I did and load up on seafood starters before the Bouillabaisse main course. No starters needed here!

⏱️Bouillabasse takes time, there’s usually a 20 minute wait between Bouillabasse courses as everything is prepared fresh.

WHERE TO TRY BOUILLABASSE IN MARSEILLE
I recommend trying Bouillabasse at @restaurant_la_miramar where the Bouillabasse is a full on experience! This was one of my foodie highlights in Marseille. They give you a little guide note as to how to enjoy the Bouillabaisse.

  1. I read a comment on your previous video about you not blinking, but why should you!
You have the most beautiful eyes.
Ignore all the weird comments and hate.
    Best wishes.
PS: I won't subscribe because I am a vegetarian and wouldn't want to see non-vegetarian on my feed.
