[Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] on the edge of the French Riviera where stone meets sea stands a castle with a story unlike any other chateau Deanapple was built in the 14th century to defend this coast but its most beautiful chapter began centuries later [Music] in the 1900s American artist Henry Kl Jr and his wife Marie discovered the ruins and turned them into their life’s masterpiece [Music] they rebuilt the towers sculpted faces into the walls and made the castle a sanctuary of art imagination and love it wasn’t just a restoration it was a recreation of their vision carved in stone [Music] [Applause] marie once said “Love never dies.” She sealed Henry’s ashes behind a secret door with a kiss [Music] [Applause] today the castle is open to visitors part museum part legend and when the waves crash against its walls it still whispers their story [Music] [Music]
