Amazing SEASIDE Properties In SICILY For €80,000! Italian Property for Sale

this week we are back in Sicily recently we explored the island and looked at several amazing bargains that needed some work if you missed this episode click the card in the corner to watch that video this week we are going to explore four apartments that are ready asis and don’t need any major renovations i will show that for a little bit more money there are incredible apartments for sale in great locations without breaking the bank we will take a look at properties on the west coast one property in the north just south of Polarmo and one on the east coast showcasing several different regions of Sicily now let’s get started first we will take a look at the city of Trapani which lies on the western tip of Sicily and its geography is marked by its dramatic coastline that curves into the sea with a population of 67,000 people Trapani is a wonderful location for exploring western Sicily as it has excellent public transportation links many restaurants a beautiful historic center and it still feels like a convenient beach town trapani’s historic old town has been beautifully restored with quaint pedestrianized streets that lead to lively piazas and waterfront prominads we will be looking at two apartments here today they are both conveniently located being just a 10-minute walk to the beach a 30inut drive to Trapani airport and only an hour drive to Polarmo airport keeping you very well connected okay our first property is in a three-story apartment building on the second floor the property is minutes from the beach with triple exposure guaranteeing the apartment is always full of light we head upstairs into the hallway and you can see right away the apartment is bright the first door on the left is the kitchen it is a lovely modernstyle kitchen with a big American fridge and room for a small dining table when you step out from the kitchen you are on a covered veranda giving you plenty of extra room for cleaning supplies and storage the living room is large with balcony doors and a window letting in loads of light with enough room for the main dining table now this room can technically become a bathroom but it is currently being used as a laundry room the main bathroom is tiled with a full bath shower and bodde there’s also some storage on the left for towels and things this apartment has three bedrooms the first is a double bedroom with a stand-up wardrobe perfect for guests or kids and the main bedroom is a good size with nice built cupboards and has a good view of the sea and surrounding area each room also has air conditioning units on the wall the final bedroom is a bit smaller which could be a kids room or potentially an office it has lots of light with the glass doors to the balcony there are also wardrobes along the whole wall for extra storage space you can access the balcony from this bedroom and also from the living room it’s a decent size with nice views of the area as well even with a sea view this property is for sale for $80,000 or around $88,000 the second apartment is on the first floor of a four-story building the stairwell is in good condition with tiles on the wall first we step into a nice bright hallway which has the kitchen through the first door on the right the kitchen is stylish and modern with a gray wood design and has room for a dining table just outside from the kitchen is a small covered balcony currently used as a laundry and extra storage area then we move into the main living/d which is lovely with curved archways and is a really great size to entertain guests the dining and living room is separated into two areas but is an open plan the main bedroom has just enough space that it needs and also the second bedroom could be used for kids or guests or maybe even changed into an office finally the bathroom is tiled with a full bathtub and shower this property is for sale for €80,000 or around $88,000 our next area we are going to talk about is Knos which has a population of around 9,000 people it is a resort town known for its beaches cafes bars and being a slightly cheaper alternative to the popular town of Tormina which is just 20 minutes to the north by car or half an hour by bus for lovers of the sea the Bay of Knos is beautiful with white sandy beaches and a backdrop of hills around the bay and there is a wide selection of bars and cafes lining the beach the geographical location of Nakos located between Tormina the Alcantara Valley and Mount Etna makes it one of the most ideal places to enjoy all of the east coast of Sicily you are very well connected here as it is only a 40-minute drive to Katana airport or there is also a very convenient train that departs every hour and only takes 1 hour to Katana airport as well the next property is inside a condominium consisting of six residential units and it is situated on the first floor from the outside you can see the next property is in a nice neighborhood surrounded by trees after you step inside you are in a small entrance way the living room is a great size with glass doors leading to a beautiful balcony the balcony has plenty of space with trees around making it feel lush and surrounded by nature a very good space to step outside and relax and and read a book or or sip a coffee we move down the hallway to the bedroom which has built-in wardrobes and plenty of space the kitchen is a little older but has plenty of cupboard space and also a small veranda used for drying laundry mostly and letting in fresh air the bathroom is nice with a full bath and shower with a window next we move to the master which has plenty of space and natural light from the glass balcony doors there is also a nice fitted wardrobe and the balcony makes for a good spot to take in some fresh air this property is for sale for €80,000 or around $88,000 the final area we are going to take a look at today is Altaf Fonte which has a population of 10,000 people and is located just outside of Polarmo alto Fonte is a small village sitting at the foot of Monty Morta in an area rich in woods and natural springs it also boasts stunning views of the surrounding area and hills altafonte is well connected as well as it is only 30 minutes to the beaches of Polarmo there is plenty to do with many restaurants museums and attractions to visit altafonte offers a peaceful atmosphere just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still close enough to enjoy it whenever you want the shopping and nightife is somewhat limited since it is a small village but Polarmo is close enough to provide you with everything you need that you cannot find in town polarmo airport is also only around 50 minutes away keeping you connected now the final property is in a lovely area with access from the street once you step inside you head upstairs to the first floor right away you can see the place has been tastefully decorated with tiles on the wall and a beautiful staircase this apartment is stunning with its stonework and wood ceilings first we have a dining room and a living room and you can see this apartment has its own internal staircase to its other two floors also on the first floor is an eaten kitchen with a large Americanstyle refrigerator from the kitchen is a nice small balcony allowing you to let in loads of light and fresh air whenever you are cooking finally on the first floor is a bathroom with an enclosed standup shower then we move to the second floor in the second bathroom which has a beautiful whirlpool tub perfect for relaxing and soaking after a long day also a goodiz bedroom with a large walk-in closet next door up the stairs to the final floor you see the hallway off here is the master bedroom and then another bathroom then at the end there is a little kitchenet which leads to the main balcony the balcony is stunning with half of it being covered so you can enjoy the space in or out of the sun there is plenty of room for entertaining guests and enjoying a meal and from here the views are stunning of the surrounding hills and village this property I believe is a steal also for sale at €80,000 or around $88,000 if you enjoyed this video
