is a very traditional meal from Province i would actually even say that this is probably the most emblematic meal of Proce is a very popular meal okay it’s made of a selection of steamed vegetable carrots cauliflower potatoes eggs and also some uh some codfish that’s codfish right okay yeah it’s caught fish and it’s also served with um with snails so what do you start with the snails first I would guess put put a few on your plate and then together basically I mean I can give you you know give you a hand if you want and uh well let’s start with the snails okay let me just have some snails cauliflower that part on the plate there oh yeah and you’re still sitting around the table you know sipping a glass of water just put this on the plate anyway exactly my god look how thick that is wow he really he really worked his arm muscles today didn’t he how do you this
