The German museum where you make bread
what’s better than bread not much so it was hard to resist visiting Germany’s one and only bread museum in Aberdson and the best part is that you can sign up to shape your own loaf and learn about German bread making the museum’s bread maker taught us all about the grains and doughs and how to turn a simple loaf into a little work of art she taught us a few tricks for shaping and then we tried to make something that didn’t look like a grade school art project next to her literal art she then baked the loaves for us including some they sell to visitors and we got to take our bread with us to munch on later the only thing missing is a wine and cheese shop nearby
What if I told you that there was a museum dedicated to bread in Germany and you could make your own loaves to take home?
Europäisches Brotmuseum in Ebergötzen is just a 20 minute drive from Göttingen, and the small town is also home to the Max and Moritz musuem, Wilhelm Busch Mill.
