Ski-In Development Tour – Morzine Property with Direct Piste Access
Quick introduction here to the development. Um, as you can see, this is Mosine. This is where the uh paragliders are landing. Um, and as we come around the corner here, you’ll just see in the distance there is the Plenny cable car taking you up. Um, as we pan around, this is the development at the current stage that it is at. Um, easy access. You can go via um, if we go back, you can go via the, um, the grass to get to the pli chairlift as we can see here. You can you can get across the grass in the ski season. Uh, so be able to see it. But I will just take you the main road way. So you can see opposite the development. The view from there is absolutely glorious. You can see over to Avoraz um across the town or up onto the slopes. Um it’s a really wonderful valley view. Um, as you can see on the right hand side as we’re coming down here a little bit, there is a um, coffee shop or kind of cafe to the right hand side. And this is kind of one of the uh, roads that we’re about to enter that goes um, parallel with the main street in Morine. Yeah. Bike shop for rent. So, we’re just walking along the main street. Obviously, if you’re um skiing, uh you can go across the grass as I mentioned before. So, you don’t have to go this way, but I’m just showing you this way to give you access to the main town. So, as you can see, these roads on the right hand sides are the ones that intersect with the main town. And as the uh you could see on the right hand side there the hill that is the hill for super morine that will go over to um Avoras. If you’re here with families you can see this is summer activities. Uh so there is a little bit to do for the kids and you can see maybe that the people are getting out the mountain bikes up there up to the chairlift and then coming down that side of the hill. Uh there’s a if you go into town there’s a load and load of mountain bikes around. Uh when I was there it had some crazy summer activities. It had the Spartan World Championships, uh paddle tennis, um swimming pools, uh mountain biking, uh ebiking, people walking up the mountains. Yeah. So, this is a super super location. There you go. Plenty of people going up on the mountain on the bikes. That there is access to the other side to the Super Morosine uh ski lift. So, we’ll just quickly go up this road. You can tell by the length of the video, I think the video is around 4 minutes, how quickly it is to access the Plenny ski lift. So, as we just come around the corner, you’ll just start to see the bottom of the plenty ski lift there. And that right in front of us, although we will walk to it, is the ski lift. So, in terms of location um from this development, access to the slopes, there it is. is access to the slopes is super easy in winter or in summer. There is the plenty ski lift. You can have a look on the uh peace map and you’ll be able to see exactly where that takes you to save me explaining it. But in terms of a location for the development, fantastic.
