welcome ladies and gentlemen to days two and three of our Greek Isles cruise aboard the Disney Fantasy today we are in Messina Italy on the island of Sicily where we are getting off to explore the town of Terramina we’re going to see some amazing architecture explore an ancient Greek theater try some Italian gelato and take in some incredible views then we have a day at sea where we have an amazing brunch at Paulo and soak in all the vibes of the Mediterranean as we make our way to Greece we have all of that in today’s video and so much more up next [Applause] [Music] [Laughter] good morning ladies and gentlemen welcome back to the channel and welcome back aboard the Disney Fantasy as we sail around the Mediterranean and the Greek Isles today is day two of our cruise and we are approaching Messina Italy or Sicily Italy they keep flip-flopping between the two names we’re going to be getting off the ship today where we have an excursion to explore Teromina or Termina not exactly sure how you pronounce it but we’re going to be heading on over there to the base of Mount Etna which by the way erupted just a few days ago and we’re also going to be exploring an old Greek theater it’s going to be really cool this is a very last minute excursion that I booked literally yesterday while we were at dinner because it looked really interesting and I got a recommendation from my friend Allison to go there so I figured why not let’s go ahead and check it out so we’re going to be out exploring Msina today before we do all of that though we’re going to be heading on upstairs to grab some breakfast before we do that I want to talk about a couple things number one I always recommend waking up in the morning and turning on the Good Morning Show with your cruise director i don’t know if you guys saw that it says aloha it was stitched he just slept at the window anyways I always recommend waking up to the good morning show with the cruise director because it’s full of a lot of relevant information for the day that you’re about to have so make sure you do that in the morning and then I want to talk about the virtual port hole not necessarily the port hole itself but the bed situation let me show you something so you guys see the virtual port hole over here it’s basically a television screen that is attached to the wall and you can see that it kind of sticks out a little bit from the main wall you can see the vent over here for the television when it comes to the bed it kind of restricts your access a little bit cuz you can see how it kind of sticks out like this it gets rid of like maybe four or five six maybe inches of bed space so like if you have your pillows all the way up against it I’m like worried that I’m going to hit my head coming up so I have to sleep like this almost kind of ahead of it and my feet were starting to hang off the bed so that’s something to think about if you’re in an inside stateateroom and you have virtual port hole and you’re going to be anxious about possibly hitting your head you your feet might stick off the bed and it’s going to be a little uncomfortable and something that you have to get used to by no means is style music that’s really cool oh my gosh guys take a look at this what this is insane look at this look at the mountains and the towns so you guys know how Italy is shaped like a boot right yeah you got the boot here’s the toe the heel messina is basically the soccer ball so we are right here in between both that is insane so again Msina the island mainland Italy this is the tip of Italy wow that is cool i can only imagine how awesome of a view it must be for all of these people living here to see the Disney Fantasy just sail by that is awesome so I hope this also gives you guys some perspective as well so again Messina mainland Italy over here that is the tip of the boot and that is how narrow of a gap it is [Music] all right breakfast is served i have an eggs benedict a couple of sausages hash browns and Mickey waffles couple things I want to note about these European sailings is that if you’re used to sailing with Disney Cruise Line within the United States or like the Caribbean then you know that all of their catering is from the US over here in Europe they have to do things a little differently so things are going to look a little different so for example for the eggs benedict the bread that’s underneath it’s not your typical English muffin we also have different looking sausage links they’re like smaller the hash browns are a little different i don’t know if the Mickey waffles are different but I’ll let you know but like the milks and other products that they bring on board is also European as well so just bear that in mind if you’re used to things being a certain way it’s going to be a little different here in Europe [Music] heat heat heat heat [Music] heat heat [Applause] [Music] i tell you guys what we are not in the Caribbean anymore that’s for sure all right we have made it down to the Walt Disney Theater where we are going to check in for our excursion all right so when you get in here you’ll see a bunch of different paddles on different aisles and they’ll assign you a number i am number 56 i have a sticker on me we just come on down and sit and wait and welcome ladies and gentlemen for the first time ever to Msina on the island of Sicily so for the time being we are following the paddles that say 55 and 56 and we’re going to hop on a coach to take us all the way to Teromina i tell you guys what it is absolutely gorgeous day here in Msina little bit hazy but nothing too crazy huh so all of these vans are going to the same place discover Terramina and Greek Theater so there are a bunch of different buses we’re just on bus 56 is your first time in Sicily yes for everybody and in Italy no you have been okay so today we are going I’m going to tell you many information about the city where we are Messina and also about of course Tarina and Italy [Music] heat [Music] [Music] hey Heat heat [Music] heat [Music] [Music] heat heat [Music] [Music] okay so we have made it to Teromina it took about an hour to get here and there’s no potty stops along the way so make sure you guys go to the bathroom beforehand and when we got here we parked in a parking garage now we parked on the bottom floor and we had to climb up seven flights of stairs in order to get to the very top to our meeting point there are elevators but there’s only two and there’s a lot of other people here who are trying to take the elevators so if you can take the stairs and if you do need them there are restrooms here in the parking garage as well one on each floor so just bear that in mind also I want to mention the first part of this is a guided tour so I do have an earpiece and they did give us a little radio type communication device it’s really one way it’s only meant for us to hear the tour guide and they also gave us a map of Terramina nowhere in the description of the excursion did it say that it was a guided tour so just make sure you bear that in mind if guided tours aren’t really your thing then this one isn’t for you so we made it to our first stopping point here in Termina i guess we’re going to be making several stops where the tour guide is going to be talking to us in our earpiece and explaining different things take a look at this church over here really really cool and then we have a fountain behind us and the water that’s coming out of it you can see the gentleman drinking over here the water that’s coming out of it is like actual drinking water so it is totally safe to drink and I remember the last time I was in Italy you would see a lot of just streams of water that are perfectly fine and drinkable one thing that I want to know about this tour I looked at the map of where we were and where we’re supposed to be going so this tour is supposed to go into an old Greek theater we got dropped off on one end of town and we’re going to be making our way all the way over to the other end so this is a heavy walking tour so make sure you guys are prepared for that you’re going to be taking some stairs you’re going to be going up and down hills it’s a fairly active tour [Music] i tell you guys what this town is a shopaholic’s dream it is just lined with stores upon stores upon stores some large name brands that you recognize and other more like at home stuff this is so interesting and just so beautiful i am obsessed with this architecture [Music] oh my gosh guys take a look at this oh man if you have a fear of heights this is not for you but take a look at this view oh my gosh this is nuts this plaza has a nice overlook of the Mediterranean and that beach down there holy cow look at that water it looks 10 out of 10 also I want to point that out over there i showed it to you on our drive over here but that is Mount Etna it is an active volcano and just a few days ago it erupted and you can still see the residual smoke from that eruption as well it’s totally safe now but still like take a look at that take a look at this and then we turn around and take a look at this square this This is insane and I also want to point out the floor over here this is like marble floor it’s slick this is This is so cool i am obsessed oh yeah that’s a That’s definitely a photo spot right there holy moly that’s cool we’ll be back later to check that out there are a lot of people here holy cow i can see why this place is so popular though it is gorgeous [Music] heat heat [Music] firstly in the Sicilian flag in fact in the Sicilian flag we can see the three color symbols with the wheat and the red and yellow color the Medusa was really dangerous transforming people in stones so this is the first warning about cylinders for the boys all right we have made it to the old Greek theater let’s head on inside and see what’s in store [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] oh wow this is nuts and it looks like they still do some kind of performances here huh oh that actually looks like a movie screen it looks like a movie screen yeah you can see a projector room up there so they still utilize this which I mean makes sense but wow this is cool an old Greek theater so much history here holy cow you know it makes sense that they would want to keep reusing this space and you know have performances in here or even like a movie it makes sense not gonna lie I’m a little disappointed because I expected like there to be nothing but ruins here you know what I mean like when you look at pictures of this place none of this is here none of none of none of this none of this is here and it’s all just like all the old stuff left over like everything up there on that half is like original and the and the really ancient stuff but right now we’re just walking on cardboard or not cardboard um plywood you know we’re walking on planks of wood and there’s a giant screen here and it kind of ruins the view of what would be back here i’m a little disappointed still cool but disappointed [Music] and now we have the opportunity to go to the top of the theater it is all stairs and the stairs are quite tall so make sure you’re aware of that definitely not accessible ah see this is a bit more of a better view you can see a lot of the original work and a lot of the original seats and everything from up here and this isn’t even the highest you can go we can still go higher which is what we’re going to do i’m just fat and tired yeah the screen ruins a perfectly good view because the whole backside over here is like blown out hold on let me see if I can zoom in on this you can see behind the screen it’s like all blown out and you would have a view out there of Terramina what the heck why would they do this [Music] all right yeah the view from all the way at the top of the theater really really nice holy cow you can look all the way off in the distance you see Mount Edna back there this is cool what I’m doing right now is trying to imagine what it would be like to sit here on these steps and to kind of watch a play all the way back in the day and our tour guide said that you know back then they didn’t have microphones but with the way that this theater is built and the acoustics and everything you didn’t need it you could hear everything crystal clear from the very back row this This is just This is cool i really hate that the screen is here but this is all awesome okay yeah climbing to the top of the theater 100% worth it check out this view guys oh my gosh this is insane that beach down there looks incredible all of this looks incredible you can kind of see the highway down there that’s the road that we took to get here all the way from Msina i cannot believe this and people live here and they just get to see this every day wow unbelievable i do want to mention that at the top of the theater there are restrooms over here and there’s also a little cafe let’s go see what they have and guys the view from the cafe is even better you can see so much more over here and you have a glass wall right there let’s come all the way over here and take a look at that it’s an even more unobstructed view wow you can see the cafe has seating out here where you can chill and look out ah take a look at that you can see the gondilas where are they there they are you can see the gondilas that go up and down from the base of the mountain this is unreal so the guided tour essentially ends at the theater once you get here they’re like “Okay you guys know how to get back over there.” They of course give you detailed directions on how to get back to where you started but it’s a pretty straightforward line to get back to where we were but anyways we have about an hour a little over an hour of free time so I went ahead and explored the theater a little bit and soaked in the views now I’m going to slowly but surely start making my way back over to the meeting area there is a gelato place that my friend Allison recommended so I’m going to try and find that grab some gelato and then slowly make my way back and then as we make our way out of the theater we have another beautiful overlook of the town of Terramina and you have the coastline over here all the way down there with Mount Etna right there this is gorgeous and this is only the first stop of our cruise holy cow so just for a little bit of perspective this is the back side of the theater so right on the opposite side of this opening is the screen let’s go ahead and come on over and show you guys what is being obstructed yeah the screen’s right there and you would be able to look out and see all of that it’s a little bit of a bummer but something that’s really cool is that you can see like an old staircase over here going in to the wings of the theater over here we have a whole another level that collapsed up there this is all so interesting i I like I have a hard time remembering my history but like just history in general fascinates me oh look at these old columns over here too that’s really cool now I also want to say as far as accessibility is concerned there is a ramp to get you to the base level of the theater but anything else higher up you cannot get to it is not accessible but there is a ramp here all right here we are gelato Mania let’s see what this place is all about [Music] all right I have my gelato here i just got plain vanilla let’s go ahead and try it wow not going to lie that’s pretty gosh darn good holy moly and this little thing of gelato which is two scoops was €3 so as I make my way back to my bus I want to point out this restaurant here you guys can look at the name i’m going to butcher that pronunciation but anyways my friend Allison said that this restaurant has really nice views you can kind of see it over here and they have really good carbonara unfortunately I don’t have time to eat here today but hopefully we can come back at some point and I can try this place out but like to get to it you need to go down this little alleyway all the way down there that’s nice and in case you guys need help looking for this place here’s the plaza we were at earlier you keep on walking down that way to head towards the theater it’s going to be on your right hand side made it back to the plaza and I just want to take one final look at this lookout over here oh my gosh this place is absolutely gorgeous and I remember last time I was in Italy 10 years ago I remember the water being incredible and everything being gorgeous and it is just just as gorgeous if not even better i love all of the boats in the water too like these are all just little private boats that people can just come up and pull in and people just go swimming they jump off of their boats and they just go swimming there in the Mediterranean that’s awesome i really want to do that someday all right we have made it back to the meeting point i have about 5 minutes until we’re supposed to properly meet up and head on out but I want to give a review of this excursion so this excursion cost me about $110 if I recall correctly and that’s for one person it’s a 5 1/2 hour in total excursion that also includes the hour here and the hour back so just bear that in mind basically it is a guided walking tour through Terramina all the way to the theater and then you have an hour of free time so yeah it was really nice to come here but I don’t think I would do this excursion again as the guided tour there is another separate excursion that was Termina on your own that’s literally what it was called and I think I would do that next time where I would just come over here and just kind of explore at my own leisure because there were so many other stores and places that I wanted to go in and explore and even sit down at a restaurant and eat and I wasn’t able to do that so if you guys are coming here try and look into the you know Tamina on your own other than that though it was fantastic this like if you’re into a walking tour then this excursion is going to be worth it i definitely enjoyed it i got a lot of information out of it and I really can’t wait to come back to Terramina this was a really nice experience and I loved every second of it and with that ladies and gentlemen exactly 1 hour later we have arrived back at the Disney Wish again overall I really enjoyed that excursion and I do think it’s worth it if you are into a walking tour of Tamina one other important thing that I want to mention is that once you get close to Tramina the roads get really windy it’s a lot of hairpin turns and a lot of doing hard swings and you’re sometimes going to be doing them at a high rate of speed and the drivers like they go rather quickly down the road all the way over there and the roads can get a little windy so if you’re prone to like motion sickness or being car sick I probably wouldn’t recommend doing this and I would maybe find another way to get there like a train but overall I still had a lot of fun over at Tamina but now it is time to head back on board the ship we have dinner at Animator’s Pallet tonight which I’m really excited for and I’m really excited to get some pool time in so let’s go day is not over yet okay this is actually kind of cool right before we go past security to get back to the ship you see everybody has put their excursion stickers here that’s actually really cool i love this and check this out guys right before you get back on board the ship you have an exclusive photo opportunity with a Disney Fantasy buoy and it says Italy this is very common when you go to some very unique ports like in Alaska we saw stuff like this too we have made it back to the room we are able to chill for just a little bit one of these days I’m going to drop this camera on my face and it is going to suck but anyways gh my goodness i’m so looking forward to dinner like black truffle pasta yes i’m so ready for it but that’s not for another 15 minutes so I’m just going to relax and soak up the AC because good lord it was brutally hot outside ah welcome back to Animator’s Pallet ladies and gentlemen hello love this restaurant all right we have made it to Animator’s Pallet let’s go ahead and take a look at the menu okay we have our specialty cocktails up top you can go ahead and pause to read appetizers we have a smoked salmon tart tartar sliced srano ham my favorite black truffle pasta and a tomato tart for our soups and salads we have a creamy butternut squash soup a baked potato and cheddar cheese soup as well as an arugula leaf salad and my favorite chicken and walnut salad we also have the panette bolognese we have a grilled tuna steak we have a chicken breast an herb crusted pork chop my personal favorite we also have a ginger teriyaki dusted Angus beef tenderloin and here are your vegetarian and lighter note offerings so Animator’s Palette always confuses me because sometimes we get like a creamy garlic sauce which is my favorite and then other times we get this or something completely different i don’t know they always change it up check out all the human [Applause] all right appetizers have arrived i have the smoked salmon tartar i don’t think I’ve ever gotten this before so I’m very excited to try it and then of course black truffle pasta so you guys know I don’t come on here unless either something’s bad or I have to say something i’ve been coming to Animator’s Palette for who knows how long i haven’t put two and two together ever until now smoked salmon tartar i love smoked salmon every time I’m on a cruise I love to eat smoked salmon this is amazing and it even has some caviar on it as well this is awesome i think I found a new like favorite appetizer here at Ma’s Palette this is incredible if you love smoked salmon get this all right the soup course has arrived this time I opted for the creamy butternut squash soup and of course I had to get the chicken and walnut salad for round two and you guys already know it i got the pork chop it can go one of two ways it’s either really good or really bad but when it’s good it’s good i also want to say that it is a slow night for dinner during first seating a lot of tables just in this area alone are open that’s definitely the result of an 8:00 allboard time i also want to mention that the family we were paired with yesterday decided to uh move elsewhere so we have the table to ourselves the rest of the cruise all right here is a look at the dessert menu for Animator’s Palette we have our specialty drinks on one side and then we have a crunchy walnut cake a chocolate fudge cheesecake we have a cookies and cream sundae an apple crumble iced pudding for signatures we have a lemon ice box pie and for no sugar a deconstructed carrot cake and to finish things off I got the cookies and cream sundae for desserts okay so how was everything it was amazing okay thank you so okay it’s just me myself and I right now i just got back from dinner i’m 99% sure I have a towel animal in there right now um I’m going to say dinosaur i’m going to say dinosaur let’s see what we got let’s see what we got okay let’s pop that bad boy in all right it is covered once again let’s see what we got let’s see i’m saying dinosaur what is it it’s a crab it is a crab i thought I saw the number one duck from a distance look at you in your Italian outfit you’re looking sch snazzy i love the hat Donald stripes look good on you i love the look you appreciate it see that’s something that I love about these specialty cruises is that you get characters in very unique outfits that you can’t really find anywhere else like for example in Alaska you have Mickey and his fisherman’s outfit and you have Minnie in her big puffy jacket over here you have them in their Italian outfits that’s amazing my mom earlier today actually got a photo of Minnie and Goofy in their Italian outfits as well i love it it’s awesome if you’re a character person these specialty cruises are the ones for you and I do sincerely hope you all enjoyed this glorious day here in Miss so now everyone is safely back on board up on the bridge we’re just putting the finishing touches to our departure checks the chief engineer and his team are firing up the main engines and I would expect to be departing the birth in around 15 minutes or so for departure this evening we’ll be thrusting bodily off the key and then lining up with the center of the port entrance before rapidly increasing speed and getting on our way we then have a distance of 533 nautical miles to travel to Mikos and our route takes us in the southern direction initially as we complete our transit of the Mina Straits having dropped our pilot off in around 45 minutes or so we’ll then alter towards the southeast as we make our way across the Ionian Sea on reaching the southern tip of Cira Island we’ll alter more to the northeast as we enter the southern section of the Aian Sea prior to our arrival at the Mishkos pilot station early on Tuesday morning [Music] all right we have pulled away from the dock at Msina we are sailing away tomorrow we have a day at sea and then Mkos [Music] something that’s also worth noting is that there are fairies that go from Messina over to the Italian mainland in case that’s something you’re interested in doing if you’re not interested in anything on the island you can always take a ferry on over [Music] ladies and gentlemen it is day three of our cruise through the Greek Isles and it is a day at sea we’re starting off this morning with brunch at Paulo but first in typical theme park express fashion I need to iron my shirt so let’s go ahead and get that done head on upstairs and start this day off with an amazing brunch with the family again as a reminder we did move our clocks 1 hour forward overnight to align with the Greek time so the current time is 9:50 a.m and be sure to check your devices to stay on track for the day check out the Disney Cruise Line app for everything happening around the ship today and whatever you choose to do I hope it’s an amazing day at sea and I’ll see you around the ship good morning everyone so thankfully I didn’t have to go far to find a lingerette it is on deck 8 in case you guys are needing to iron your clothes there’s an ironing board up against the wall you just lower that the iron will be unplugged automatically you just have to plug it back in over here into this European outlet you twist this to turn it on and start a timer and you can use this it’s got some water in it to spray and then you just iron like normal all right we have made it up to deck 12 we are waiting for the rest of our party to arrive so we are chilling in the Meridian bar this is the bar right behind the check-in desk for Paulo there’s also an outdoor seating area over here in Meridian and if you’re lucky you can even have breakfast or dinner out here and use right away and the server will come directly thank you all righty let’s go ahead and take a look at the menu for Paulo so we have our alcoholic and non-alcoholic options on top the first round is complimentary with your meal we have our antipasti selection so you have either a seafood plate or a meat and cheese plate and personally loves the meat and cheese plate we also have our eggs for me I always get the salmon eggs benedict we have waffles and pancakes cota and I we personally love the blueberry pancakes we have our soups over here heirloom tomato and basil and the celery soup the celery soup is really good we also have our pizza and cowzones we always opt for the grape and gore gonzola pizza that is off the menu and for our entre you can see the options down here my personal favorite is the chicken parm so in case you guys are new to Paulo basically the way it works it is all you can eat so it is a flat rate of $50 per person to dine here and everything that you see on the menu you could order everything you wanted honestly in my opinion it is the best value for your money on board if you had to pick between Palo Brunch and Palo Dinner I always recommend going for the Palo Brunch because you get the most bang for your buck there it is so good and so worth it hey guys editing Adrian here something really important I want to bring up since I just mentioned the price of Paulo brunch is that Disney Cruise Line just increased the price of Paulo brunch and the prefix menu at Paulo dinner so at the time of filming this video it was $50 they have increased the price by $5 to $55 now really important to note if you already have Apollo brunch or Apollo dinner booked then they will honor that old price but for any new or future bookings going forward it’s going to be $55 but honestly even with the price increase it is still very much so worth the money all right we’re starting things off with the seafood appetizer my personal favorite we got crab claws shrimp tuna salmon and muscles next up we have the salmon eggs benedict one of the few places on board where you can get caviar up next we have the off- menu grape and gorgonzola pizza i promise you guys it is amazing and ladies and gentlemen the final course has arrived this is the chicken parm this is the one thing I always recommend that everybody try here at Po Brunch and my mom opted for the mushroom ravioli all right the dessert menu has arrived let’s go ahead and take a look inside so on one side we have our specialty drinks these come at an added cost you can go ahead and pause to read if you want and then over here we have our desserts we have the warm emordo chocolate fondant which is basically the chocolate lava cake that Kota loves we have the Italian zabiglion we have the lemon cello tors a buttermilk panakotta pot a chocolate raspberry tart and from the bakery a warm apple cinnamon sticky bun all right dessert has arrived i ordered something off menu and I opted for a couple of pastries the almond croissant isn’t for me it’s for my grandma but I really wanted the Nutella muffins i call them muffins but it’s just Nutella brios but it’s still really solid i really enjoy this and my mom opted for what was it the panakotta yeah the butter buttermilk panakata so normally these Nutella brioses come out in like a pastry tray at the beginning of the service but we opted to have it towards the end because everything on that tray is sweet anyways it’s so nice to come back to a freshlymade bed take a look outside our virtual port hole nothing but water but with that being said guys you already know the drill i just got back from Paulo time to get undressed put on my pajamas and take a nap it’s day at sea which means relaxation and getting work done a little bit later we of course have a couple of other activities planned for later on in the evening too so by no means is the video over yet i’m just relaxing one eternity later all right it is actually many hours later i am up and dressed and ready to go i actually got quite a bit of editing done on the crazy travel day video which you guys would have already seen by now and I got a decent nap in which did take a little bit longer than I anticipated i did not want to get back up because jet lag is still kicking my behind but it is formal night so I am dressed up in the same outfit that I wore earlier for Paulo and we’re going to head on downstairs to Enchanting Garden for dinner but first before that we have the captain’s reception which means free alcohol so let’s go ahead and check it on out say hi to all the captains maybe see the captain of the ship and just enjoy the vibes what kind of drinks do you have yes like alcohol b and the drink of the day and the vod pineapple pro and there what’s the drink of the day the drink of the day is made by mule pineapple ranch and the banana oo can I have that please yes yes thank you take a straw and got it there we go thank you all right i’m not going to lie i have no idea what the lady told me this drink was it is the drink of the day i’m sure I’ll look it up and put it down here so you guys can know but looks really tasty and it’s for free and if it’s faux free it’s foam me so let’s go ahead and take a sip not bad let me go ahead and get some of the stuff at the bottom there it is there it is is it all settled at the bottom it’s actually really tasty oh my gosh that is so good and you guys can see the atrium is buzzing with activity this evening oddly enough no characters in their formal outfits taking pictures normally you would see Mickey or Minnie out here or some other characters in their formal outfits but no nothing it’s very interesting there are photos being taken over here by the stairs that’s a very popular photo to take during formal night we have a couple more backdrops over there one of them is Frozen themed and then you can see down here we have a bunch of the officers lined up ready to interact with guests [Music] so we’re over here on the Disney Fantasy Captain’s Reception and I’m joined by Jimmy our personal favorite cruise director ever we had him before on the Disney Wonder and I think we had him on the Dream as well fantastic cruise director if he is your cruise director and you find him on the very first day you know you guys are in for a great time he is so full of energy thank you you’re I mean No we love to welcome you on board so definitely come all right it is time for dinner at Enchanted Garden all right we have made it to Enchanted Garden let’s go ahead and take a look at the menu all right up top we have our specialty cocktails these do come at an added cost for our appetizers we have a cucumber garden roll a Nahi tuna and avocado tower my personal favorite a North Atlantic lobster ravioli and the applewood smoked bacon wild mushroom tart for our soups and salads we have an heirloom tomato soup a cream of green asparagus soup a spinach and raspberry salad as well as a romaine wedge for our entre we have caramelized sea scallops a pan seared sea bass we have roasted chicken pork tenderloin medallions and the prime rib and of course here are your vegetarian and lighter note offerings in case you guys are curious all right appetizers have arrived i opted for the AI tuna tower no surprises over here my salad course is once again the chicken and walnut salad i cannot recommend this enough all right entre have arrived i opted for the pan seared sea bass which is one of my personal favorites and I really wanted some scallops so I opted to order the scallops i was hoping that they would bring just a little tray of scallops but they brought the whole entree not a big deal just got done with dinner at Enchanted Garden still not my favorite restaurant but it is still okay i think like the food is okay it’s just the overall ambiance and atmosphere of that restaurant is just not my favorite not my vibe but I came out here onto deck 4 on the prominade deck just to watch the world go by and just observe and appreciate the Mediterranean Sea i can’t believe I’m here i still can’t believe that I am sailing the Mediterranean right now we’re on our way to Greece tomorrow it’s going to be awesome we’re not going to be on mainland Greece it’s going to be one of the Greek islands hence Greek Isles cruise but still this is just it’s incredible and the water is so smooth it’s not like glass smooth like we see sometimes but it is pretty gosh darn smooth and I am hoping that this is how the water stays for the remainder of the cruise because the first night it was a little choppy not going to lie we were doing this quite a bit but still this is just incredible the sunset is gorgeous the weather is perfect outside right now i’m so ready for tomorrow i am ready for tomorrow heat up here [Music] heat [Music] heat [Music] [Applause] [Music] heat [Music] [Applause] up here gentlemen well that is going to do it from me here on board the Disney Fantasy for night three of our Greek Isles cruise tomorrow we have our first day in Greece in Mkos i really don’t have anything planned for tomorrow except get off the ship and maybe go find the windmills walk along the beach maybe go visit the beach eat at a nice restaurant it’s going to be a lot of fun i’m going to be living Today we are docked in Messina on the island of Sicily for day 2 of our Greek Isles cruise on board the Disney Fantasy with Disney Cruise Line! We get off the ship to explore the town of Taormina on an official Disney Cruise Line excursion where we take a guided tour of this beautiful town and even get to explore an ancient greek theater! We then head back on board the Disney Fantasy where we enjoy our first dinner at Animators Palate for the trip. We then meet some Disney Characters in their Italy specific outfits which is unique to these European Disney Cruises! Then we have a day at sea where we indulge in a fantastic brunch at Palo and then we enjoy formal night dinner at Enchanted Garden while we take in the sights and sounds of sailing the Mediterranean as we make our way to Greece!
