Japan Travel: The Most POPULAR Places Statistically.
if you’re coming to Japan for the first time this is the most generic trip that basically everybody does let’s get in there Shibuya cross the street take a picture with the dog shop taxfree Harajuku o not Harajuku Shinu try not to get scammed maybe see the Godzilla head aaka see the big temple with a lot of people and a lot of kimonos see all the anime things because if you like anime why are you not going here Y no you’re not you’re not going to Yokohama because you’re going to go to oaka on the shinan sit on the wrong side of the train and not see Mount Fuji because you didn’t book your seat correctly Tomy take a picture with the gleo sign eat octopus balls Kyoto all the people all the temples and a lot of bamboo Nara with a lot of De and a lot of buddas and a lot of Mochi and then you’re probably going to head back to Tokyo probably go to Disney or something and maybe do some shopping and that’s it that’s a generic trip except for that one guy who probably went to Fukuoka and tells everyone about it

me aiming for gunma and nagano πΆβπ«οΈ
I didn't mind following this route and doing the most touristy things because it was my first time in Japan. I definitely plan to go back! Some of the places I'm considering are Hiroshima, the Nakasendo trail villages, Fukuoka, at least one national park, and Kanazawa. There's just too much too see for one visit!
that's exactly what we did on our excursion from uni ππ but much more and it was awesome. Longe time dream and the best holiday I had in my whole life! in-between we went to so many museums and art-galleries, ate food at markets and bought second-hand kimonos at temple-fleamarkets. and Nara was so worth the visit, not only because of the deers, but because of that insanely huge and beautiful wood-tempel π
I went to Okinawa π
I wanna go to Yokohama and visit Sapporo again. Maybe on the way back – Sendai
Fukuoka I went
WE'RE GOING TO HOKKAIDO, right guys?
Sad cause exactly what I did my first time smh
Whats wrong with fukuoka?
How about the dino capital??? (Fukoi)
Live near hiroshima for work. Definitely recommended people travel to western japan more. Places like Hiroshima and Fukuoka are awesome.
Highly recommend Hiroshima! It's a very nice city and the people were so friendly. Beautiful islands around as well
Going Tottori sand dunes so you can talk shit about going to the least populated prefecture.
If you go to Shinjuku in Tokyo you can skip Osaka.
Visit Matsuyama
As an American, there was nothing genetic about any of Japan. Back for my third trip next year and will hit those places you mentioned
Oh my god wtf I put Fukuoka in my itinerary π as an escape from tourists
how does bro know
Shit I think I should have done the generic trip
Donald Trump loves Japan. Some say he loves it the most.
iβm driving from kagoshima to kobe (where i will drop the car off). going to stop in kumamoto, fukuoka, hiroshima, kojima (i like jeans). taking the train from kobe to osaka & kyoto, nagoya, shizuoka, and then back to tokyo.
lucky to be able to spend 40 days there. going to be eventful but iβm looking forward to it!!! leaving in march
I am thinking of going to Hokkaido
can someone tell me why harajuku is so bad all the videos i see is people just saying to avoid harajuku
Everyone is saving their pennies for that Tokyo-Osaka-Kyoto trinity. Meanwhile, I'm trying to save a deposit for the O-henro pilgrimage around Shikoku. I've lived near Osaka and Kyoto, so there's no need to revisit those tourist traps except to experience nostalgia.
Bro this is the most accurate lol
Nah, im going to the world exposition! It only happens every FIVE years in different countries. Yeaah, I'm going to have a good time :]
I live in osaka n there was a guy tells me about a place named something like 'FUCK YOU OKAY'
Took a while to figure out Fukuoka
Decided to be adventurous and add ibusuki in the mix π which is fucking miles away
Why did you call me out on my first trip to Japan. π Well, I didn't go to Osaka, though, stayed in Kyoto and a couple nights close to Fuji-san.
lol, planning my first trip to japan, and definitely planning to go to fukuoka to be that guy
You literally described my first trip to Japan ππβ€.
On our second trip we only stayed in Tokyo for three weeks and didnβt rush through everything π
me and my friends plan on going for three weeks: Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka and Okinawa are our destination. We got all of our hotels and flights booked just planning out activities.
I've been to Fukuoka 3 times now! It's awesome π
