TRAVEL VLOG: Bodrum Turkey, Exploring the city & Coming back to YouTube

What’s up, guys? It’s been a good maybe good couple year or two since I’ve actually recorded something uh for YouTube. So, today is going to be that day. I’m currently on holiday in uh Bodum, Turkey. I’m going to be here for the next week. So, I’m going to be trying to record as much as I can record. I bought myself a new camera. So, we’re going to have fun with it. We’re going to see how it goes. But yeah, I missed you guys. So, guys, I’m just literally doing my makeup. Just did my E.L.F. primer. Like, I feel like it’s so weird doing my makeup on YouTube again. I don’t know cuz I haven’t recorded in a long time. So, I bought myself the Dead Gi Osmo Pocket 3. So, that’s the camera we are going to be using on this trip. Um, I hope I’m able to figure out how to use it. So, let’s see how it goes. Um, but yeah, I’ll be back on YouTube now that we have a new camera. So, I’m quickly going to get ready and then I’ll be back and I’ll show you guys the full look and then I have a outfit in mind that I’m going to wear. It’s not that it’s hot today, but it’s nice and windy. So, probably just going to wear a coord. But yeah, let me quickly get ready and then we can have some fun. So, guys, I just got ready. My scarf is a bit shorter than I anticipated cuz I like my scarf to be a bit longer, but the outfit is just a regular dear coord. I’ll show you guys in a little bit. But I think I like my makeup. I don’t know what it is. Like it’s so nice. And yeah, these glass sunglasses I got from Primark. The scarf is from Sheen. The co is I think it’s from Tik Tok shop, but I’m not really sure. Need to put my watch on. But yeah, this is the look. So yeah, we’re going to be going to the marina area. Going to eat out there and then just spend some time out there. See what’s about. See what we can see. Um, yeah, like we have like an itinerary, but we’ll see if we can actually stick to it and then we’ll just go from there. So, I don’t know if you guys can see. So, I’m wearing these trousers and then this top that goes with it. And then I have like my necklaces and stuff. Scarf, like I said, is from Sheen. Um, the shoes that I’m wearing are like these that I got from Primark. And then, yeah, and I’m going to take my little bag with me. And then go out. [Music] So, we just finished dinner. Um, it’s 9:00. We’re just on like the marina area, but if I show you guys the view, let me show you. We’re just literally watching the sunset. The sunset just finished. So, we’re going to go and get some dessert and stuff. Like, this place looks so beautiful. So, let’s enjoy it together. Guys, I just got back home. Um, I had a really lovely time. Um, it was so hot outside, but it was nice and breezy, so you could actually really enjoy it. But it’s currently like 12:00. I’m so exhausted. So, we’re off to bed tomorrow. We got a long ass day. So, I’m going to take you guys with me again. Um, so yeah. Hope you guys enjoyed this part of the vlog. I didn’t really do much today, but we were just exhausted cuz we had a long trip coming here. So, yeah. Hopefully tomorrow we can do something better. I’m very excited because we’re going to go to Greece on a boat. There’s like boats that you can take and then it’s 30 minutes or something, I think. And then you spend a day in Greece. So, I think we’re going to do that on Wednesday or Tuesday, one of the two. So yeah, that one I’m very excited for cuz I feel like I need to do like a whole vlog for that part. So let’s stay tuned. But for now, I’m going to wipe this makeup off and then I’m off the bed and then I’ll see you guys tomorrow. [Music] We’re currently at Zuma. Um, we made a reservation. We were running a little bit late, but we made it and we’ve got our seat. The views are actually so beautiful. And I can’t wait to eat because it’s like a Japanese restaurant. So, there’s like sushi and all that stuff. I hope you can hear me because the music is a bit loud. But yeah, like I’m so excited to eat. So, we just finished at Zuma. Like people hype up these places a bit too much because the food was not all that like half of the food all had alcohol in it so we couldn’t even get it. And then we had to try change the food to something else. And then we’re like got some chicken wings and stuff and then we like plain rice. It was so horrible. And then we got a salad. Food came so late as well. And then and it’s crazy cuz we got there at 7:30 7:40 cuz we were a bit late. We literally just left and it’s 951. Imagine. And then we paid £86 something per person. Like it was absolutely not worth it. No. Like people on Tik Tok are liars because people were raving about it before. Yeah. Like let’s go. But you people on Tik Tok big liars. I tell you that right now. So guys, what’s up? We are going to get ready again. I feel like I’m just doing get readys with you guys and then not spending so much time on camera. So today I’m going to try and do that as much as I can do it. Okay. Um we are we are going horse riding. So that’s going to be very exciting. Um, so yeah, I’m just going to quickly get ready for that and then after we get ready, I’m going to try and record as much as I can so you guys can see how the day actually turns out. I hope this mic works as well because it just hanging here. Um, but yeah, let me quickly get ready. I can show you guys my outfit and everything and then we’ll just go with the day. Enjoy. I’m just holding my palette like this, but this is the palette that I’m going to go in with is the Jordana T-shirt one. I love this palette so much. Um, going to do like a basic eye shadow probably. So, I hope you guys can hear the music in the back and stuff cuz I’m trying to enjoy. So, yeah. Let me quickly get ready and then I’m going to show you guys everything. I just got ready. Um, the outfit is just like a brown top with a white bodysuit and then I just wore like these linen trousers with it. So, yeah, I’m excited to go. It’s so hot. there. Let’s go on these horses and we were just on our way um quickly have to grab some food and then on our way to our horse riding. Literally, they just messaged us now saying be there at 6:50 when they first told us be there at 7. So, we’re kind of in like a rush to get there. So, hopefully we make it there. But seem to be out here. Guys, the views are so beautiful. We’re like on our horses on here. I don’t know if I can show you me. Yeah, this literally is so scary to be on this. I am on a horse and I’m literally so scared. Mine is going so fast. My cousin’s one is going too slow. So, I feel like I’m falling off this horse. Let me show you guys. Hello. So, guys, we just got back from the horse riding. That was a whole experience. Like I thought at one point I was about to fall off the edge of the cliff. I saw my whole life flash in front of me. That’s how bad it was. Overall, it was an amazing experience. We have a early start tomorrow. We’re going to Greece, so that will be very exciting. Um, yeah. So, we’re going to vlog that as well tomorrow. Hopefully, we have a good time. We have to be up early um about 7 cuz the boat leaves at 8:15 or 8:30 or something. So we have to check in our passports and whatever and then go about our day really. So yeah, for now this is the end of today. I am so exhausted. We didn’t even do that much. We literally just went around town for a little bit. Then we went horse riding and that is all we did. But yeah, I’ll see you guys tomorrow. Guys, it’s the next morning. It’s currently 8:00 in the morning and we are on our way to Greece. So, we’re going to jump in our Uber or taxi to um where the boats are, whether we get the ferry. We’re running late a little bit. So, we just got in our taxi. Um I think it’s like a 5 minute drive to where we need to be. Hopefully, we can make it in time because we are running late. Imagine we woke up at 6:00 this morning as well to get ready and then I’m so annoyed cuz I ordered an iced coffee at the breakfast place and then they give me a hot coffee. So now I’m boiling but I’m very excited for the day. Um the journey is like 30 minutes from Bodram to Co. So that should be fun. And then yeah and then we’re there for most of the day and then come back at 5. So that’ll be very fun. We just got on the boat. It’s so hot, but we wanted to sit next to the sun because we want to take videos and stuff. So that’s why I sat here. It’s a bit loud cuz everyone is in here, but it actually looks beautiful. Let me show you guys the view. So, we got our passport stamped and then we’ve got our little tickets that tell us where we going, what time we’re coming back, and then Yeah. So, we’re off we go. [Music] We made it to Greece. Like, they said it was going to be 30 minutes, but it took literally an hour. So, we left at like 9:15, got here 10:15. So, we’re going to enjoy the rest of the day. I’m just literally waiting for my cousins cuz they have to go through the British Border Patrol, whatever. But, I had to go through the European cuz I have a Dutch passport. So, I’m just waiting for them and then we’re going to go out and explore. Anyway [Music] guys, so we are at a restaurant at the moment and then it’s called shop short crates or something. Anyway, but they offered us spare alcoholic drinks and we kept saying oh. And then he goes vodka and we’re like no we don’t drink. So we just ordered some peach iced teas and then it’s like seafood and stuff. So we’re going to order that. So, we’re going to be sharing food because we want to try different things. So, we’re going to get like a pizza and stuff and then get a pasta and maybe something else and then just share together. So, I’m excited cuz I’m actually hungry. We walked so much today. My legs are in pain. This is the food that we ordered. I got some salmon with rice. And then we got a salad. Little pizza. Pizza. And then we got some fries on the side. And then a what is that again? A pasta with prawns. And then I just got like a basic drink. So we just got some ice cream after we ate. So, we’re just waiting for our ferry and stuff. I think we got another hour left till we can go back. So, we’re just going to enjoy some ice cream, chill, and then go to the port, check in everything, and then back to Turkey. [Music] What’s up, guys? So, we are off to the bazaar. Um, today is technically our last day, but we’re here tomorrow, but obviously travel back home and stuff. So, we’re going to go to the Grand Bazaar. I think that’s what it’s called in Bodum. So, we’re going to go there, chill, vibe, buy what we need to buy last minute and stuff. Um, I need to go to the pharmacy. like the pharmacy here. I’ve seen a lot of videos on Tik Tok about people going there. So, I need to actually go there and find some stuff and then see what I can find. I’ve heard a lot about like the um hair products. So, I want to grab that because I’m on this like hair care journey trying to grow my hair out, trying to get it thicker. So hopefully I’ll be able to find the products that I need and then maybe some hyperpigmentation creams and stuff that they do. So yeah, this will be exciting. Believe this trip is actually coming to an end. How’s this trip ending? Like so fast. Literally tomorrow our flight is like midnight, I think. But we have to get out of the hotel by 12:00 and then probably go for like a spa or ham. That would be very exciting cuz I want to like relax and then go back to work on Monday, which is crazy to say because I wish I had more time off. But yeah, so let’s go to this bazaar. The outfit today is just like this scarf that I have and then I have this beige beige green top and then I got these trousers from Tik Tok shop. So I can like put that together and that is that outfit. [Music] [Music] We’re just at a restaurant. So, this restaurant is literally just by the beach. I don’t know if it’s a beach or a pit or something. So, um, we’re getting food. I already ate while I was at the hotel, so the girls are going to be eating. I’m just going to be chilling. Um, and then after that, I’m feeling full of coffee. I haven’t had my morning coffee. Imagine. And it’s currently What time? It’s currently 8. You can’t even see, but it’s currently 8 p.m. And I still haven’t had a coffee. So, I need to go have a coffee off this. maybe get a dessert and then yeah, we’re just going to go do some shopping as well. I finally got my hair products that I wanted finally. So, I’m excited to go on this hair care journey. Yeah, after we eat, well, after they eat, I’m going to go and do some more shopping. So, I’m going to try use these new products and see how that goes. Um, I’m trying to get my hair thicker and longer. So, hopefully I’m able to get that done. So, yeah, that is going to be what I’m going to be working on. So, I’ll keep you guys updated over the next couple months to see if I can actually if anything improves, guys. It’s so hot. Big dinner. Like, it’s very humid. It’s humid. Yeah, it’s very humid. I feel like my makeup is going to come off, but we just got to the dessert place. Um, I wanted a cheesecake, like a lotus one, but it didn’t look that nice. So, I just got a blue version, and then finally ordered my iced latte. So, I’m very excited. I hope it tastes good, cuz I’m going to be very angry. But, you know, I’m ready. [Music] So, I got my cheesecake and this what it looks like. And also, my coffee came. [Music] No, I don’t want that yogurt. It tastes like a coffee is good. I always like feeding my We’re going to try this out. You know what I like? It needs a bit of custard or something. I like the cheesecake ice cream. If this had like warm custard, this would have been 10 times. So, I couldn’t finish my cheesecake because it was too much. I ate as much as I could eat. And then I asked for my coffee to be put in a takeaway cup. But we’re still sitting here. It is what it is. I just really enjoy this one. But yeah, we’re just vibing. Today is like technically our last last day and then we need to Oh, we forgot to book a ham. Oh, keep it. We are going to a squa and ham tomorrow cuz I need to make sure that I scrub myself before we go back. And I can’t believe Monday is straight back to work. Like you know how depressing that is? Like spending a whole week on holiday just to go back to work.
