Holiday Inn Bali Sanur Review | Affordable IHG Hotel Near Snorkeling Tours, Rooftop Pool & Buffet

Her adventures never end. Hey guys, it’s Linda from Linda Has a Travel Bug and today I am here to review the Holiday Inn in Bali, Indonesia. It’s in the Senure area. I think that’s how you pronounce it, but uh anyway, so uh the first thing is uh the beds. I’m just going to get into it. The beds are comfortable. Uh for anyone that’s from Europe or Asia, for America, you’re gonna need some extra cushion, I’d say. Uh the pillows are very, very comfortable. They’re nice and cushy. The sheets and the uh uh the bedding very soft, very clean. Everything is very clean. When I walked in, I was like, “Oh, wow.” And the design is really fun. It’s got a little bit of this Scandinavian look. At least it looks like it is. Uh furniture um like wood or whatever. Different kinds of woods. And I don’t know, it’s kind of interesting. Like the refrigerator has like a little deal. It closes it off and you know, you have your little uh staples you can put in there. Little trash can. Nice long desk, comfortable chair to sit and do some web work or whatever. Uh, you’ve got a chair here and a little place you can put your computer, I guess. Uh, lots of lighting. Nice uh nice lighting. I really liked it because you can turn it down. It’s kind of kind of I don’t know what you call it. Kind of romantic, you know. I wouldn’t say it’s a nightlight, but it’s, you know, it’s kind of romantic. And it’s got some neat little, you know, slats and stuff to make it look more snazzy and whatnot, but it had everything. uh everything I needed. The TV was good. And um let’s see. The bathroom, I’d say, is probably my favorite part. It’s nice and big. Sorry about the mess, guys, but I’ve been here for 4 days. So, and they included all the the goodies. I took some of them away already, but they have the shade kit and uh toothbrush and toothpaste and whatnot, shower cap, and it was pretty nice. And then you can turn this light on. Well, maybe you can turn it on. I don’t know why it’s not going on, but anyway, there’s a light that goes around the mirror. There’s there’s a plug here. Uh the shower is really really nice. Nice and big. I really Oops. I really liked it a lot. It has a uh rain head and then it has a normal one and you can kind of adjust this the way you like. And uh the soaps are nice. Nice big trash can for whatever. I tried to pick it up and it was really heavy. Crazy, huh? Under uh lighting here. I don’t know. It was very interesting uh with the tile. I mean, I kept looking at it going, “Huh, this is interesting.” thing. It’s like kind of like um very uh Japanese or whatever. The way, you know, it kind of closes in and stuff. It very neat looking. I really liked it a lot. Nice big mirror. I mean, really nice. I mean, you can’t get any better than that, right? And you got your average safe and a blow dryer, which I did not end up using. It does have a nozzle for you girls that need the the nozzle to keep your hair from frizzing. There’s plenty of room up there to put some stuff. And there’s an ironing board in here and an iron and a nice big thick drawer. Oh, I missed something to pack. And then they included some slippers. I don’t know if you can see those. Yeah. And then toilet paper. The only thing I’d say is that the toilet paper um you put it in like like so. But it don’t it doesn’t stay. It’s just kind of weird. I don’t know. Um because it’s thicker, it might stay a little bit better, but the the skinnier ones just fall right down on the floor. So that’s something that they should be aware of. And then there is a clothes line here which I used once and it goes across. And then there was plenty of towels and they were really really really good. Um very attentive and if you needed anything I mean they were there. They brought me plenty of water and uh yeah it was it was really good. There’s actually more space here to put stuff which I didn’t end up using. Oh, wow. Okay. I didn’t know that was there. I didn’t even open these up. And then there’s a deep drawer here. So, I don’t know. Uh the facilities downstairs are, you know, very basic. Uh your gym has, and I’ll show you, you can just look at it. I’ll I’ll I’ll I’ll put some stuff at the end of the the video, but there’s a small gym and a nice pool um on the top, like a roof top pool and uh it overseas, you know, all kinds of pretty stuff, even the beach, I think. So, uh yeah. Um let me think. The breakfast buffet was really good. There was always uh different things to choose from. They had Indonesian food. They had Korean food. They had American food. They had Aussie food. They had pretty much everything. A little bit of everything. So, everybody felt like, you know, they were being represented, I guess. I don’t know. It was pretty cool. I liked uh being able to try new things. Um anyway, so um I would definitely give this hotel a 10. Definitely. Uh, the location’s a little funky, but I think um, pretty much if you’re not used to being in in Bali or in Indonesia or any place that you’re is exotic to you, it’s going to be a little iffy. But, uh, it’s very safe and the people that work in the, um, hotel are very kind and very generous and they’re they’re very good at their job. So, um, you will have you will feel like a king or a queen. So anyway, hope you guys uh enjoyed this and I will include all the footage at the end of the facilities.
