Today, we’re back with a young mogul, Mr. Lucas. Would you like to introduce yourself? Yeah. So, my name is Lucas. I’m 18. 2 and a half months ago, I dropped out of high school and I moved to Thailand. I reached out to Demarcus and now we’re here. So, what we’re about to do, guys, is go through and see some of the amenities here out here. They’re absolutely outstanding. Uh the pool. This is the pool. Yeah. And you said how many pool you want? Three. This is beautiful. Real beautiful. We just walked from over there all the way to here. And what’s over here, my good sir? So over here we have the gym and it’s a bit bigger than most condos in Bangkok. About to flex on them. Something they ain’t never seen. And then we got the sky lounge. One more step up. No, we got to go in. All right. There’s too many people in there. I don’t want to interrupt the workouts. But yeah, it look like a big gym. Do you ever Yeah, every day actually. Do you ever lift? Yeah, every day. My boy, what’s up here? Up here we have the sky lounge. [Music] [Music] So just a couple weeks ago, I was in one of these elevators and it felt two stories. No. And I thought I thought that was it. That was it for me. So like what happened with you? Were you hurt? No, no, it was fine. It was like it fell and then I I like felt the free fall but then it stopped like just complete break. What the Yeah, that’s terrifying. Yeah, it was. I’m glad you like But I’m alive. But see, in America, that’s something you could sue for. Oh, yeah. Out here, it ain’t like you can sue for that. Not long. You didn’t get no compensation, huh? Yeah. Yeah. That’s a small problem. Didn’t get no compensation. Look at this. This is a vibe. Check this pool out. This is beautiful. This is This is the second pool. This is pool number two. Yeah, the pool number two. And do you ever come to this pool? I I’ve been here once. Okay. But other than that, nah. You don’t really swim like that? Not really. Not really. I’m mostly in my in my room grinding or after grinding. Yeah. Yeah, bro. You a real life grinder? Yeah. Yeah. This is dope. Wow. Okay. Okay. And what else is on this floor? That Muay Thai and a boxing gym here. Yeah. Mai and boxing gym. Oh, that’s crazy. Let’s go check that out. Yeah, this is my Muay Thai gym and boxing gym. Okay. So, we got a couple bags. Oh, snap. And over here, we got the ring. Give me a second. I’ll let you do that. Bro, you got a whole Muay Thai ring in your crib. Yeah, bro. Got a Muay Thai ring in the crib. That’s crazy. You ever come up here and get it in? Sometimes. Sometimes. Cap. I do. I do. He lying, man. No, sometimes. He don’t come up here and grind. He just talking. He just talking. When the last time you been in here? Uh, about a week ago. So, once a week. Yeah. So, you in here four times a month. Yeah, about that. I got you. I got you. So, if you want amenities, I say come out here cuz you got more than you need. [Music] So, now we’re on the 15th floor. Yeah, 15th floor. How you like living up up here since the earthquake happened, you know, and I was like maybe not that high and really I don’t mind it. So, a lot of people were scared because of the earthquake. Did that actually like play any role into you? No, no, no. Like that was before I came here. So, got you. Let’s see what it’s talking about. All right. So, this is my condo. A bit small, but it works. This is like I got everything I I need. My living room. Mhm. Bedroomish. You know what? I like the color scheme in here. Yeah. The color scheme is real gentle toned. You know what I’m saying? And it’s something that you can wake up to a calming effect. Yeah, for sure. You know what I’m saying? I like this. Was this furniture already here? Yeah, that furniture were already here. I just brought my stuff, my clothes and stuff like that. Everything else was here. Same with the bedding. Yeah, that was here. Yeah, that’s real nice. My brother, do you feel like this wardrobe is enough room for you? I mean, I could have wanted it a bit bigger, but it’s fine. It’s fine. [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] Let’s see what’s up in the refrigerator. All right. All right. You can open it. Okay. You got you some eggs. Eggs out here cheap. How much eggs cost? like 50 bot for for a package. Yeah, bro. You know in America right now, eggs was going for like $20. Yeah, that’s inflation right there. Okay. You got you some sauce, some mayonnaise. What? This is a little pack-a-p. Yeah. Yeah. And this is pack-a-p every day. You get it? You eat it every day? Yeah. See, I can’t eat pack-a-p, bro. It be messing up my um stomach, the chilies in it and stuff. What’s up in here? Not too much. Not too much. Nothing going on. Little chicken breast. cook like I I I did it in the beginning but not anymore. I don’t be cooking either. Food doesn’t cost anything, bro. So, you be ordering grab or you go somewhere? Ordering grab for the most part, you know, increase productivity so I can work, you know, just go go down, get my stuff, and then get back to work. This is a young man talking about increased productivity. We got to talk about something. Let’s go talk, man. Let’s go talk. We sitting down with a young legend, Mr. Lucas. Man. Yes, sir. Like I want to say straight up you impress me. I’m highly impressed with who you are, what you’ve done, what you’re doing. But I’m kind of curious as to what gets you to hear like why you’re doing what you’re doing and stuff like that. So I think we got to take a deep dive into that. You feel me? Yeah, for sure. For sure. You’ve 18 years old. You’ve dropped out of high school. You’re from Sweden and you’ve moved to Bangkok, Thailand. Yeah, bro. Talk to me. So, like what what got you to Bangkok, Thailand? What made you even come to Bangkok? That’s the first one. It’s a long story really. It’s a long story. I mean, it all started like back in 2022 when uh I was going to school, you know, as a usual kid, just doing the normal stuff, taking the train to school every day. So, it was boring. I heard stories of people, you know, they go to college and everything. They go the traditional route, get a college degree, and they don’t they can’t even get a job. Like, and for me, that was like we’re told to go this traditional route and just do as we’re told, and still there is not a high chance of you like getting getting to where you want in life. And so, for me, that just hit me and I was like, no, if if this this is if this is my life, you know, I got one life. If this is how my life’s going to be, I don’t want it. Like I’d rather die than working 9 to5. I worked once in my life. It was like a internshipish you know during school you have like two week internship. I didn’t go back to that work and I started doing side hustles 2022 and there was this man very very controversial. I I talk about this in on my YouTube Andrew Tate. You can have many different thoughts about him. Uh but for me like he came up with this course, right? Husk University. Not sure if you heard about that. I’ve heard of Huskers University. Yeah. And everybody was calling it a scam, right? Everybody. But for me, it was like how can you call something a scam when you haven’t even been inside? Like how how can you give a review a bad review of something you haven’t even, you know, tried? And I was like, no. So I hit up a couple of friends and we joined Hustle University. I had $70 labored to my name and I used all of it to go all in. And yeah, from there on, you know, when you do something, just go all in with everything you have. You want that money back. Like I wanted that $70 back. And so I did everything in my power to get that back. And I learned so much. I’ll tell you like that changed my life. Who is Lucas? Where is Lucas from? So I’m from Sweden. Um, small little country in the north of Europe. Uh, I was born and raised there. Um, were you born to two parents? Yeah, two parents. My mom from Africa, Uganda, and my Swedish dad. I know you said you were born to a large family, mother and a father. Yeah. So, when you told them that you were going to drop out of high school, what was their thoughts? So, I dropped out the 13th of March on my birthday, this year. Yeah, this year. uh in February I had booked a ticket already and so it was about 3 weeks prior to me moving out here and uh same day I told him well yeah you could imagine really like what what the reaction be would be and uh it wasn’t obviously it was expected but after a while of talking to them um they you know I let their guard down and they yeah they they went with it Um now now instead they were trying to help me you know. What did you say to them to make their guard get let down? Yeah. So I was just explaining that I planned all this and this what I do you know I show them more stuff because before I kept kept it kind of a secret you know I work they knew that I was doing something other than just you know working on school and uh did anyone try and stop you or were you just able to persuade everyone is they were just like okay or they see that you were going regardless. So it was like I got to help them. Yeah. So, in the beginning, um, none of them wanted me to move move out here. Like, they were trying to stop me in all kinds of ways. I had my brother that was, uh, backing me up a bit. Uh, he was explaining stuff, you know, cuz he he’s also kind of in the hustle. And my older brother, and he’s hustling, too, trying to make make it out the hood, you feel me? Yeah. But so when you say make it out the hood, that kind of makes me want to ask you a question because it looks as if you’re, you know, an African, you know, and you were living in Sweden. Yeah. So how was growing up as, you know, someone that’s brownf facing in Sweden? Yeah. So in Sweden now it’s more immigrants and stuff like that. So it’s not just, you know, white people. Uh but obviously like the majority of them are white people or it’s um Arabs living there and uh yeah I I I went with it. I haven’t really had a big problem. You know I grew up the place I grew up with is kind of like you know not the the best place in Sweden to be. Lots of shootings and you know bombings and stuff like that. Mhm. Were you living in Sweden right before you moved to Bangkok? Yeah. Yeah. And were you already traveling before you moved to Thailand? So I’ve not been traveling for this was uh it was 10 years ago since I I traveled for Okay. So this is like your real first time popping out and you just and it was even alone. I was looking at Thailand. I was looking at Brazil and Spain. But Spain, first of all, I I don’t want to be be Europe is still the Western world and I know what’s up here. You know, they trying to indoctrinate you and all kinds of stuff. And Brazil, I still like that place. I might go there um sooner uh or later. But for now, like Thailand just hit me. It It was just perfect with everything. It was optimized for work. You know, they have all these co co-working areas even though some people don’t use them. I use them personally. And you know, everything is just optimized for for work, right? It’s so cheap, too. So, yeah. Since you’ve been living here in Thailand, have you had any type of problems from any people? Have things been just chill for you or what? And since you’re black, you know, you get stared at a lot from from the locals. Um, but other than that, like it might also be that because I’m I’m I’m a bit younger. What is the name of this area you live in? So, it’s non tabori like non taboo. Yeah, non taburi. Non taburi. What is the price that you pay for your apartment per month? All right. So, for all the amenities, you know, I got three pools, 7-Eleven in the building, uh, lots of co-working areas, I pay uh, $200. $200 a month. $200. That’s crazy. Yeah. So, how did you find this place? I watched another YouTuber, Isaiah, and I just found this place. Shout out Isaiah. I was looking at other places, too. Like, I was looking at a place um on the yellow line at Nightsbridge or something, but they didn’t respond to me. This place responded to me just couple days. You hit this place directly. You like called them? No, I I actually messaged them on on WhatsApp because they had a WhatsApp line and then I messaged another uh condo building. How do you find their numbers? Uh on Property Hub. Property Hub. Yeah. So, I was looking around and yeah, I found this building and this just Yeah. Plenty of amenities. I just liked it here. And one of the biggest questions we get on this channel, all right, is what do you do for money? How do you afford to live here in Thailand? And with you, I feel like you’re a unique case. you know, you’re 18, you’re in Thailand. How did you do it? I do marketing. That’s that’s how I make money. What kind of marketing do you do? Uh, it’s called distribution marketing. It was the new form of marketing taking the use of short form clippers. People basically having sub accounts on Tik Tok, Instagram, YouTube, and repurposing and posting uh creators and companies videos and basically just mass-producing videos on there. Do you own your own marketing agency? Yeah, it’s community based. It’s called Curator Accelerator. So, I got a community of over 900 people inside and that’s what I go off of uh with this new marketing method. And those people inside of your community, are you teaching them or are they people that you’re actually working alongside with and that’s how you make your money? So, those are people who have taught um into actually being clippers. I contact creators businesses and then get these clippers to clip for these creators and businesses and I choose the CPM. You own the agency. Yeah. that goes and finds clippers. Yeah. And you connect the clippers with those who need clips. Are there any tips that you have for people that want to make that relocation from their country to Thailand? Just do it. Like just just move like book that ticket. That That’s what I did. I literally I told my brother uh the day before I was going to book. I said, “Tomorrow I’m going to book that ticket.” And and so I did. I booked a ticket and I showed him right in front of his face and he was like, “All right, you’re going.” Bro, like that’s so real what you’re saying and that’s something that’s very inspiring to me as an old man, as an older man because I done felt like I want to leave the country and do something, but I’m like I’m young. I ain’t really got it, but you just did it, bro. Like that’s motivating and inspiring for real. And I commend you for just following your heart and just doing that. Do you have a plan B? If this didn’t work, did you make a plan B? Yeah. So, I didn’t make a plan B, but I ain’t gonna die. So, go for it, bro. And what happens happens. But the thing is, you going to come out here, you going to work, you going to grind, and you going to put your all into it. So, you don’t need no plan B cuz you going to make sure plan A work out. Exactly. And I respect that, young blood. I made like a plan B and C just cuz I’m real old. I’m a lot older. But nah, like my thing is too, if I failed in this, I know how to go get a 9-5 again. You get what I’m saying? So I could easily move back to my country and go live at my grandma house on the floor if all this failed and then just get another job. And that’s what everybody already doing in America. So it’s like why don’t you even take this chance, take this risk, go for it. If it don’t work out, cool. You can go forward later if you want to. It’s that simple. So like, bro, shout out to you. Shout out to you. What are some of the pros of What are some of the pros of living in Thailand and what are some of the cons? I’d say uh obviously it’s really affordable living there. You all know that already. Um and it’s convenient. You have everything you want really. The only thing is you know if you want to get western food for instance that’s that can be a bit more difficult. also like the way the west works. If you you like that that way, maybe Thailand isn’t for you. You know, there elaborate on that. Yeah. So, like there are less rules here. You know, you can really do whatever you want. It’s more freedom is what I’d say. I think you got to learn how to balance that freedom, too. Because being so free at times, like it’s easy for me to get off track. Oh, yeah. And then it’s like I ain’t doing what I’m supposed to be doing. So, it’s like it’s a little thing you got to learn how to balance. Have you been balancing that? Well, yeah, I think so. I think so. That’s good. And let me ask you, I know you’re a young boy. You’re a young boy, but how has dating for you been out here in Thailand? So, I’m not really been looking into that. Uh, mostly been grinding at home. I I’ve been introverted for for the most part of my life. So, I’ve Yeah. I I haven’t really had any relationships with anybody. That’s what’s up, bro. So, yeah, I just been grinding. Just been grinding. This is this is the example I I need y’all to follow. This young man has moved to Thailand, started businesses, got his head down, and is grinding. You get what I’m saying? And this is what we’re supposed to be doing. This is the example. So, like, don’t come to Thailand and then let all the freedom that you actually have overtake you and stop the grind. This man came, he grinding, and he’s still grinding. So, just follow that example. In addition to your agency, are there other things that you do in order to help others? Yes. So, I have my course that I do run a massive course with a lot of people and uh I teach this entire model new marketing method on there. So, yeah, if you want, you can go check that out. Check that out. Click that link below, man. Y’all go ahead and check that out. This is a young soldier. How can you not check that out? Come on now. I want to say I appreciate you for letting us come to your spot, showing us your amenities, having this conversation with me, inspiring. I appreciate you, man. For real, bro. No, for real. I appreciate you, my brother. It’s been good. And till next time. Yeah. Uh, hi

May God bless and protect this kid. I have two boys and one is 17 yrs old I honestly would freak out if he was to tell me he wants to leave the United States and move to another country where we don't have family members at. I've been watching these videos for the past week and this one touched my heart you guys both look like family members of mine. Blessings for both of you guys 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
"And yours is big too" is wild !!🤦🏾😂😂😂 Pause ⏸️
Very good interview
Whats the name of the apartments
What is this apartment called? I'm looking to move to Bkk in October and I'm interested in!!!!!
YOUNG BULL ….YOU ON YOUR SHIII
Excellent job young man. Best of luck.
Two things you have to watch for:
1. Money
2. Isolation(lonlyness)
That’s nuts wow
WOW, Lucas amazing you made such a big move at your age. Absolutely having a college degree does not mean you will be successful, would love to know what your plans are. I live in Chiang Mai not in a tall building, that elevator mishap would have made my move, lol. Your rent is very cheap, for what you get. Great video Young Dmark!
Hustler university by The Tate Brothers.
$200 luxury condo was a stretch. I guess if you are talking about everything in the building except the actual condo then I would agree. Where I am from you would pay that much just for the other features without the condo. Nice to know the elevator emergency brake is working.
Kudos to him for choosing the non traditional route and betting on himself! I love to see this.
I don't believe him…. $200 for that condo is extremely low… even for Thialand….!!!
It’s small but it’s actually a good kitchen. I like that the kitchen and bathroom are separate from living and sleeping space. Small condo but very nice!!!
Where are you people finding condos for $200 I looked for 3 days straight a few days ago everything was $700 and more a month plus 2-3 months deposit 😮so give me info on $200 condos or apartments .
Trying to be in Thailand in 2 months
Good luck, young brother you are very inspirational,May God continue blessing you!🙏🏾❤️✊🏾☮️
Props to the both of you! Appreciate you.
This kid's mind has been poisoned by Tate. Great learning experience for him to have left home but I hope he matures.
ur biggest mistake boy 100 % . You shouldve at least finish high school. You will always regret for that beleive me.
Excellent interview. He’s a really inspiring young man. I might need to move out to that condo too!
Dam I want both you guys only fans , great content
God bless you 🙏
I wish I dropped out of high school in 2008. Could’ve taught in China from then, instead of starting in 2015. I left in 2017 and am now in Vietnam.
Proud of this young man
The word “luxury” seems to mean very different things to different people. For those who aren’t familiar with Bangkok, I want to point out that this condo is actually very affordable. It's located far from the city center, which is why units are still available even though it’s near a subway station and by the riverside. To be honest, it’s technically in another province—more than 30 kilometers from central Bangkok. Whether you take the subway or drive via expressway, it still takes over an hour to reach the city.In real estate terms, "luxury" sits near the top of the pyramid, just below “ultra-luxury” or “ultimate.” For a property to truly be considered luxury, it should be priced at at least 200,000 baht per square meter—not 80,000 like this one. You get what I mean—at that price, if it were in the city, it’d just be a basic middle-class studio, not anything close to luxury.
if a little boy did it then all you old heads got no excuse. ya gonna let some KID have more balls than you???
Another Dummy…
Thailand is for old folks with lots of money.
6500 Baht for that isnt Bad at all
The condo size looks about 32 sq meters. Ok for a single guy. I doubt he’s paying only $200 a month. I lived in BKK for 12 years $400 maybe.
I wonder when the “honey moon” period will end?
Wishing him the best.
Young Dmark great interview😍
This is the type of content that starts to get a little bit irresponsible. So question #1 is what type of visa he is on since all long term visas require employment or to own a business which requires an LLC. The only other options are students visas. We are starting to see a lot of these content creators leaving Thailand because they simply do not have the $15,800 USD required in savings for the DTV visa. Most of your favorite Thailand content creators are now filming in Vietnam for a reason….lol. Nice to see a 18 year old reading The Law of Attraction and Atomic Habits lol.
Inspired!
Can you please tell me the name of that Condo building?
🔥🔥🔥
What is the name of the condo complex he lives in?
Salute !
What's the name of this condo? The lack of skyscrapers nearby makes me think it's a bit far out from the popular neighborhoods.
edit: I watched to the end and saw he's in Nonthaburi. It's a bit far out for people wanting the Bangkok experience but $200 a month makes it worth it.
To bad america can't be affordable for our kids and able to allow them to afford to live and make something of themselves. I commend those who take the chance and do what's right for them. Kudos. Were going there for a mo th for a mom get away. I dont see it being outragiouse like other places. And im going to a place with less people to a quiet beach too.
You made the right decision to come here.I hope you will have a great time here in Thailand. You are so brave to live in another country as young age.Thais always welcome foreigners. Please don’t get involved fighting with Thai teenagers ,it’s not worth it.Stay safe.
go get a trade dude dont waste your life
You have the best and most informative videos, I'm retired and looking forward to making a change.
13:06 " were you born from wo parents"😂🤣 Nah he is a one self nut miracle. For real tho i hope this young king makes it. If he can stay from women, liquor and leverage.
🥱 I am so tired of my people gate keeping to the point where I had to unfollow dmark. It’s just trifling he acts as if he’s on a high horse & can’t even help out his people that’s asking him basic questions about Thailand to help themselves move to Thailand. D mark is a gatekeeper & I hate that but what do I expect a lot of men run on ego vs standing in truth..
YOUNG DMARK, THAILAND VS. CAMBODIA! ARE YOUK OK?
Glad he didn’t get hurt when the elevator fell. Suing is not a culture in Thailand like in the US where you sue people for everything , you have to accept that to a certain point when you’re in Thailand unfortunately.
Very inspiring. Hope a lot of success coming your way!👍
