Top 4 Beaches Near Split, Croatia: Bačvice, Kašjuni & More 🇭🇷

If you’re looking to visit Split and explore its best beaches, stay tuned because in today’s video, I’m going to share the top four beaches you can easily reach from the city center. Number four, Bagvichi Beach. Located just a 10 to 15 minute walk from the old town and the ferry port, Bag Vichi Beach is perfect for young travelers and anyone seeking an active, fun beach vibe. Known for its shallow waters and sandy shore, it’s the ideal spot to socialize with friends and relax. Lastly, in the area, you’ll find plenty of beach bars and cafes, as well as some night life. Number three, Oena Beach. If you’re looking for a quieter spot, Ouana Beach is the place for you. Located just a short walk from the Marina along the coastal path at the bottom of Margin Hill, this rocky beach offers a laid-back vibe with plenty of space for relaxation. Known for being dog friendly, the beach also offers plenty of parking, but there are no restaurants, so be sure to bring your own food and drinks. Lastly, don’t forget to bring water shoes for the rocky shore, which you can pick up at the market near the Ullesian Palace. Number two, Kazuni Beach. Located further west along Split’s coastline, Kazuni Beach is known for its natural beauty and scenic surroundings. The area offers a beach club and some beds which can be rented for around €35 a day. Kazuni Beach is easily reachable by foot, bus, or car and is the ideal spot to enjoy stunning views of the sea and a sunset. Number one, Benny Beach. Located within Marginale Park, Benny Beach is a mix of small rocks and concrete platforms. Shaded by pine trees, this beach offers a local restaurant by the water as well as tennis courts and sunbeds available for rent. Benny Beach provides a peaceful escape into nature, making it perfect for families or anyone seeking a quieter beach experience. All beaches except Bag Vichi Beach are ideal for sunsets and easily reachable from the city center by foot or bus 12 which cost just €2.
