[Music] Excellent service and room is excellent. However, the bed can be more comfortable for the price. I found this hotel in this site and from the moment my daughter and I were arrived, we were treated like family. Front desk, Simon, Ununice, and Valerie were topnotch. Very close to everything. I only don’t recommend the buffet breakfast. Very sparse. What a wonderful hotel and location. Very close to gates of Grotto. Very charming hotel with a wonderful restaurant located in the lobby. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Lur. I had a wonderful stay here. Staff were nice. Restaurant served wonderful meals. Room was big. Just steps from entrance to sanctuary. This hotel is absolutely perfect. Right from the moment you walk in, the front staff is so lovely and accommodating. They all went the extra mile during our stay. Location to Grotto, two-minute walk. Grand history and lured with this hotel. Will certainly stay again. Great location. Excellent service at the front desk and the restaurant. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Would like to go back for sure. I arrived with my family with my mother in a wheelchair and immediately the charming girl at the front desk went out to greet us and help us with our luggages. Five stars for their excellent service and giving us a bigger room to make my mother more comfortable and five stars for the great rooms with good view and the shortest way to go. the church in the grotto. Even our breakfast was really pleasant. This was a last minute booking. Earlier reserved a cheaper hotel while the rest of the family was in this Grand Madan hotel. However, the other cheaper hotel, how much you saved in cost, it definitely compensates with the lack of facilities, lighting, heater, etc. As such, booked this hotel the second night. No regrets in moving. Due to the off- peak season, there were few people and I was able to explore the holy sight of Lord at a leisurely pace. It is best to be close to the entrance of the holy site for repeated worship and to collect water from the Lord spring to take home. The staff was also very kind. This hotel was located close to the sanctuary under 5-minute walk and the rooms were very comfortable with amenities like slippers. The hotel also reached out before arrival to ask if we needed a pickup. Beautiful building in a great location. Rooms are a bit dated but very spacious. Bed was a bit hard but I had a good sleep. Walls are thin and I could hear the conversations next door. Overall, a pleasant stay and staff are very friendly and professional. It is a one-minute walk from the entrance of the shrine. The hotels in the area called Lur are all old, but this one is relatively well-maintained. I did not use the breakfast, but the restaurant is reasonably good compared to other ones in terms of price. The front desk staff are very friendly and actively help with customer requests. The carpets and curtains look a bit highly recommend this place. near to the grotto. All the shops, restaurants, staff are lovely. Rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated. Hot water is good and it is friendly for elderly or those who need wheelchairs.
