Are you ready for an Italian adventure? Well, here we go. We are on the Sacramento of Viz in North Italy. And just like the song, Follow Me, I’m going to take you through the chapels. These are representations of the Calvary of Jesus Christ. So firstly take in 14 chapels that’s 3 kilometers uphill of very old and historical buildings. [Music] Follow me. Follow me. Follow me. The first one is the arch del Rosario. The second one is called the mystery gloriosi arch and the third one is the arch of Santrojo. Each arch marks the beginning of a new period in the Calvary of Jesus. Why don’t you follow me to a place where we can be free? The Path of the Chapels is an uphill climb of about 2 kilometers (about 1.2 miles), though it feels much longer when you are walking it, as it zig-zags you up by 245 meters (about 804 ft.) and can be a little steep in places. Each chapel is frescoed inside, and sometimes outside, and filled with sculptures illustrating scenes from Jesus’ life.
