[Music] So, welcome back to another holiday review and vlog. I am at Club Mat in Morca Alulia. I’m showing you around the hotel, what to expect from this hotel. It’s the first time I’ve been here. I’m going to vlog it day by day. We just turned up yesterday, so it’s a little bit late getting the video out, but I just wanted to obviously look around the site, see what it’s about. It’s actually very overcast today because there was a storm last night, but from after today, it’s meant to be really hot, so just sort of unlucky when the day we’ve come. But as you can see from behind me is the actual hydro park, which is included in the Club M hotel. So, it’s definitely going to be a good video to watch if you’re coming out here to come to this hotel. I’m going to show you everything, the room, the food, what you can do, all the pools and everything like that. So, let’s go and show you the room first and then we’ll get around the hotel throughout the week that we’re here. So, this is a quick tour of the room. The rooms are very basic. There’s me in the mirror. So, yeah, quite messy because we’ve only just turned up uh last night quite late, so we unpacked really quickly and we just been looking around the site today. But yeah, everything’s pretty clean. Um, you get shower, some shampoo and shower gel. Your towels are changed every day. Obly room cleaned every day. Um, yeah. So, it’s just very basic, but we have upgraded to the gold package, which is a premium package with this room. So, you get the bunk beds and you get premium drinks and stuff like that and a few rides in the fun world area for the kids. But yeah, as you can see, room is quite a basic room. What we find with the Club Max stuff is it’s a basic room, but you get a lot more around the site. So, you get a few bits of wardrobe space, few hanging areas. You also get another side for hanging your clothes, and you also get a safe, which is free of charge. There’s no extra cost for using that. And yeah, so you got an area here to keep your stuff. Like I said, quite messy, but it shows you got the kettle there. Few drinks. Come with the actual mini bar. Yeah, the room will do us for the week. Al, we knew what to expect from the room. We knew it was going to be pretty basic. Show you outside the balcony. That’s not my too shiny. Oh, nice. that close. Do you like the bunk bed? Yeah, I sleep at the top and Tyler sleeps at the bottom. That’s not my toilet bed. So, this is the view we’ve got from our balcony. So, it’s off the hydro park cuz it’s a very good view. And yeah, it’s just alia down that way. So, yeah, we are on the 10th floor. So, we asked for quite a room. So, we’re up very high. Just some good views. Yeah. So, like I was saying, room very basic, but will do us for the week. We didn’t expect anything more. We did look at other hotels that were similar price with a better room, but had less to do around the park. So, we wanted stuff that had loads of stuff for the kids to do, which this holiday uh park has everything for the kids, as you’ll see throughout our stay. What do you think of this holiday so far, Tyler? How many donuts did you have? Three donuts. Yeah, three donuts. And you can see from the mess on your face. Look at that. Donuts. Donuts. Do you like your holiday so far? Yeah. Yeah. What about you, Lara? What do you think of this holiday? Yes. Amazing. And I’ve got bunk beds. And we have just looked around the hotel today, haven’t we? So far, I went to the swimming pool. Just day one. You went in the swimming pool for a bit. It’s a bit overcast like I said at the start of the video. A little bit cold. Yeah. But from tomorrow, it’s back up to about 30. So, just a day. Hydro park. Yeah. Hydro park over there, which we’ll be going to tomorrow. So, we’ll get some shots of that which is included in the package of this hotel. So, yeah, we’re going to obviously this is day one. We’re going to take a bit more of a look around and get some more shots. But yeah, so far really good. So, we’re going to enjoy it, ain’t we, Tyler? A free donut. Free donuts. Show me. Wow. Wow. Really good. So, we’re just going to go for a walk around the town center area, see what’s about. Um, what else we got to do? Go look at the evening entertainment a bit later. And then I’m going to get still ice skate. Yeah. But it’s just Yeah. Day one. Just looking around for now. And then we’re going to show you a bit more tomorrow. Like swimming pools and stuff. Going the wrong way anyway. We’re going to go this way. Yeah. We’re going to show you around the swimming pools. Um, water park, the beach. I’ll show you everything over the next few days. Yeah. Yeah, we just had a bit of rain, didn’t we? Yeah, it’s rain. So, yeah, we thought like we can’t really enjoy the swimming pool and stuff. So, we’re just going to go head around town center, look at the shops, see what what’s lively outside as well. Just look around and I’ll give you some shots of that as well. [Music] So, we’re taking a little walk down the beach around the area. There’s a few shops down here. Nothing major. I’ll probably go and check out the market on one of the days, but the beach is really nice. People behind me. Good shops. We’re in the water, Lara. What are you doing there? Where are you? What you got? What you got? What did you buy from the shop? What’s your one, Tyler? a little. Oh, wow. So, yeah, we got a few little toys from the shop, but yeah, the beach is really nice and we’ll come down here when it’s obviously very sunny and get some shots of us in the sea and around the area as well. But yeah, really nice beach. Shame the weather is not that great today, but yeah, we’re just going to take a walk along the beach around to the port and then probably back. Like I said, I think we’ll go to one of the markets around here, which is open on a Sunday. But yeah, I’ll give you some more details on stuff as we go through the day and doing stuff over the next few days. Good morning. You need to go like this. Is that cool? So, we’re just walking back now and got obviously close to the hotel. Got Burger King down there. Little few different places. Um, so we just walked down that way to the pool and the beach down there. So, it’s not too far. Probably about 15 minute walk. Uh, you can get a bus as well from the hotel, which we’ll probably do in the next few days. But yeah, it’s not bad around here. A few little shops and that. But down by the beach and the port, there’s a lot more going on. So, it’s definitely worth walking down there. So, it’s really I don’t want to go back. No. Why is it shut? We just made a really bad mistake. We thought we found a shortcut, but it’s actually shut. Yeah, the hydro park is shut. So, we are having to walk around the long way. No. only walked about 15,000 steps. How you feeling? Good over there. Not good. I’m not happy. She’s good. Not good. She’s good. So, now we got to walk around the long way cuz our hotel is literally there. But we can’t get through there. So, we have to walk all the way around because they shut the gate. Great. No, not gate. Thanks for coming in. But why have they not shut that gate? They should have shut this gate and then we wouldn’t have walked all the way around, would we? Thanks. Gracias. Well, mommy is on a proper walk, she’s hardcore now. She’s going for it. She’s really angry cuz she’s having to walk too much. Look at her. Look, this is the short way and that is the long way. Why do we need to come this way? Well, we’re going around. So, we have to walk all the way around now. Okay. I I thought this was a gate. Well, they should have shut that gate and then we wouldn’t have walked that way, would we? It if it wasn’t a gate, then it would just be a wall with sides like this. And the queue is massive, isn’t it? Q for breakfast. It’s very busy, isn’t it? Busy. It’s busy. Busy. So close. Yeah. So, what we found is a cues for the food is very busy, isn’t it? Yeah. So, we are seated, but it is so busy in here at breakfast. We’re only here about half an hour before it shuts. So, I’ll give you some shots of the breakfast, but yeah, it’s so so busy. So, you come on holiday to Spain and you got cereal. Of all the choices, you got cereal. Crazy. Tyler, what you got for breakfast? [Music] Got sausage. Oh, I got now. Oh, okay. And some pear. Yeah, you got a bread now. Wow, you’re doing well. Look at that. Cereal and bread. Oh, wow. That’s nice. [Music] [Music] [Music] Oh yeah. [Music] So yeah, breakfast is a little bit crazy, isn’t it? Like it’s crazy. Very crazy. Very busy. What you doing, Tyler? But they also do a late breakfast and they do some bits of giving you some shots of the late breakfast and all those snack bits over there as well. You also go to there instead of having the breakfast. coffees. Yeah. Freshly made breads. It It’s very busy this is it sitting out there. But yeah, you got a late night breakfast. Got a late day breakfast. Um, lunch bits, isn’t it, Laura? Yeah, lunch bits. So, you can sit down, have something to eat here as well. Um, what do you think of the food in this bit? Do you like it? Yeah, it’s nice. Yeah, the food is really good actually in this place. Um, so if you don’t want the breakfast, you can come here, but it’s quite noisy if you can tell. Ain’t it? Yeah, it’s quite a little big area just to sit in it. There’s even a stage up there we saw last night. Yeah, we saw the stage last night. So, they done a bit of entertainment in here, didn’t they? Yeah. And there cuz we’ve been unlucky with the weather. It’s been a bit bit cloudy and a bit wet in it in the evening first day. It was good. We could have done it outside because I saw Yeah, that’ll be like maybe tonight. Okay. Yeah. But yeah, so yeah, your late breakfast is over there. You can see late breakfast. They also do like snacks and lunch there as well. So you got everything going on here. So we are relaxing at the pool, aren’t we? Trying to relax. I can’t relax. You can uh [Music] let me talk. Let me talk first. So basically the weather is very windy as you can see up there. And yeah, can’t really enjoy it, can we? We’re in the water, but it’s bloody cold. So, apparently today is only 26° and windy with gusts. So, we are sort of just chilling and then we’re going to try and find something to do later. Might go for a walk out again, might we? Um hopefully it’s meant to get sunnier in the afternoon. So, we might go down to Splash Park or the beach. We’ll see what we’re going to do. Might just stay around the pool, do some activities. I’ll try and film a bit more of what’s going on. But yeah, it’s not the best weather, is it? at the moment, but tomorrow is 30 um 32 degrees on Sunday. So, we’re definitely going to the beach them days. But yeah, for now, we are just chilling by the pool. So, I don’t know how much I’m going to be able to film because the weather is not that great. It’s very windy. But if it calms down later, I might show you a bit more of the what we’re doing. And I’ll just give you some shots around the pool and that a bit later. Say bye. Say bye. Bye. This is like little kitty one cuz it’s nice for the kids. But I think the water is Yeah, it is freezing cold at the moment cuz sun hasn’t been out. It’s only just come out. So, we’re going to go have some lunch now, aren’t we, Lara? Um, and then we’re going to go to the hydro park afterward, which is that way. So, we go in here. This is the reception. So, welcome club Max. Um, this is the reception area. This is where you check in and stuff. Um, so got um check in over there. Uh, gift house is down the bottom there. That’s where you get your towels from down here. And then yeah, check in desks are just there. So, it’s quite straightforward. Just go there and check in. And then guest house is where you get your towels. Um, anything you want to book and stuff like that shows back in reception. So, yeah, like I saying, that’s the guest area. It’s where you get your towels from or any questions, excursions, that sort of thing, checking desk, general information desk, some seating area, ATM over there, um, different machines, and like I said, there’s three restaurants on this one. And there’s a restaurant just here. I think this one’s only for dinner. This one’s only for dinner. Okay. So, we have to go to the other restaurant for lunch. So, there’s three restaurants, but this one is for dinner only cuz it’s closed. So, it shows you this one is for breakfast and dinner only. So, we have to go to the one over there for lunch. Go for lunch at the Jupiter one, I think that’s called. So, that’s the third option of a restaurant. Got some pools around this area as well. Little kid pools. Kids pool there. Kids pool there. And we got a lazy river just over there. So, we haven’t been over this way yet. But yeah, just over there is a lazy river there. Lazy river that way. We’re going that way. So, yeah, got some pool tables over here. All the party swimming pools over the back bit. And then we got a bar there, kids bar. There’s a few kids bars on site, a few different bars outside. All your like alcoholic drinks, cocktails. Um, with the gold wristband, you get some branded drinks. So, we’re going to this restaurant here, which we went here for breakfast earlier. And I’ll show you some of the lunch bits as well, what they you get for lunch. Back in the same restaurant as breakfast for lunch, and it’s not as busy as breakfast cuz it’s quite quick, so it’s not too bad. But yeah, we’re going for lunch here. There’s a lot of lunch options like burgers, pizzas. I’ll show you all that later. But yeah, going in for lunch now. What you got? You got a healthy lunch. Healthy lunch, Tyler. Healthy lunch. Basically, they’ve got chicken nuggets, chips, burgers, hot dogs, that sort of thing from 10:00 at night in one of the restaurants. So you can get a late night dinner if you’re hungry or if you turned up late from a flight and get some food. So yeah, there’s a few little bits in here. [Music] I’m afraid. [Music] So, we are on day three now and we are going down to the beach. Take a little walk down there. It’s about 15 minute walk to the beach. They also do a bus. Uh the bus was really full today um because apparently one of the bus drivers had a day off and then there’s another bus and it got a bit complicated. So, I thought we just walk down there, but there is a bus service to the beach as well from the hotel, but it’s only a 15-minute walk. So, we’re going to go down to the beach and we’ll show you some shots of us down at the beach. So, we’re at the beach. It actually only took about 12 minutes to walk here. It’s not too bad. There’s a little cut through that we found. It is really, really nice. The beach sea is so calm as well. So, Come here. Really nice. And the water is crystal clear. Wow. It’s amazing. Wow. And it’s quite warm. Crystal clear. Look at that. Is there any fish? There might be some fish. Yeah, you need to look for them. They will be fishing here. So, is it nice? Nice. Yeah. Okay. Go swim, Lara. They’re nice, Lara. Nice. Move off. So yeah, we’ve just come back from the beach. Got a bit too hot out there. We’ve had some lunch and now we’re at the other pool now, aren’t we? And we’re going to go into the lazy river. So what I’m going to do is just going to show you some bits of this area of the pool cuz this is one of the I think there’s eight pools on site and this is one of them. There’s about two or three pools here in the lazy river and I’ll give you some shots of that. But um yeah, throughout the holiday probably won’t show you every day of what we’re doing, but obviously if I see anything that you haven’t seen on video yet that would be of interest, I’m probably going to show you. So yeah, let’s show you some of the lazy river and the pool that we’re at today. You ready, Tyler? Show how you put it on. You have to put it on. That’s how we put it on. How do you put it on? Wow. Got a pool there that then leads to the lazy river area down there. Your goggles. Down there is a lazy river. Should go and see the lazy river. You want to have a look in there? Have a look in the lazy river. Yeah. So, yeah. Lazy River runs all the way down to there and all the way into that pool there and then round and you got that pool and that pool. So, there’s a good amount of pools to choose from. About eight of them on the site. So, it’s definitely enough to see enough for you to have fun with the pools. Are you ready to go on the train? Yeah. So, there’s a Club Mac train takes you around the lake um once a day in it. Once a day. Once a day it goes around the lake, isn’t it? Yeah. Between a certain time. Ice cream truck over there. So that’s where the wife and Tyler is. So Neil’s getting that done. Nice ice cream. Um, so that’s the hotel over there. That’s the entertainment bit. They got another swim over there. I’ll try and show you the fun world which I showed you before. And there’s actually a pizza wagon over there and a soft play area. Oh, Lara. Kids club is just over there. And then they do stuff in here as well. Um included as well. So that’s good. This is like the children’s village with the pirate ship area, swings. Yeah, really nice. Quite a big area actually. There is a crazy golf or mini golf thing over just over that side of the over that side of the fence as well. Just got these cars that go around. These are extra cost. I think they’re like €6 each or something like that. So you can go on them as well. So that’s over there. And you got obly a fun park. And like I saying, if you’re gold got a gold band, you can go in there on a few rides and that. You found that, didn’t you? Yeah. So yeah, we’re just going to walk over to the other splash park, I think, now. And yeah, go and get our pram because we left over the other side of the lake, didn’t we? So yeah, so far today has been really good. Really hot. back to like 30° again. It’s really nice weather. Beach was really nice. So, yeah, once um we’re obviously going to do some bits this evening. Obviously, we’ll show you some more shots of the holiday park if we think it’s good for the video. I’m not going to overdo too much more. And then you got this bus to run down to port. So we thought we’ll take it down there, have a look around, see what shops are around there. Yeah. And it’s open top. Yeah. That’s quite nice, isn’t it? Got a chewing gum bubble gum thing. Yeah. Very nice bit of night life going on. Restaurants. Got the beach down there. Few shops in it. Panda. Yeah. And a panda over there. What’s a panda doing? Must be hot, isn’t it? Yeah. There’s a few things going on down here like he’ll drawing pictures of people and stuff. Yeah, it’s really nice. A few moments later. So yeah, we’ve walked down to the pool um right down to the end and you can see that behind me some boats and that. It’s quite nice down here. But what you’ll find the shops are quite overpriced, quite expensive. Lot of restaurants down here. Um so what we’re going to do tomorrow is go down to the old town. They got a market on a Sunday and Tuesday. Um and I’ve checked out some videos. We got the watermelon chin done. Yeah, I’ve checked out some videos and I’ve seen that the stuff is a lot cheaper down the market. So, we’re going to go down there tomorrow. I’ll show you some shots of the market to what you expect down there. But yeah, over here is more for the tourist side of things. So, the markup on price is a bit more expensive, but it’s got good atmosphere, a lot going on. So, it’s definitely worth a walk down in the evening. But yeah, if you want to get some good deals on some designer stuff or the fakey sort of stuff, then you definitely want to go to the market. [Music] How was that, Lara? But yeah, I said I was going to be going to the market, but change of plan. We are going to go to Hydro Park and Beach today again because it is really hot today. It’s like 32, 33°. It’s a bit too hot for the market, but the market’s also open on Tuesday, which is meant to be about 27° on that day. So, we’re deciding that we’re going to go on Tuesday, so in a couple of days time for the market. So, today we’re going to enjoy the sun. Uh might give you some shots of what we’re doing a bit later. But yeah, we’re just off to the hydro park now. So, walking over to the hydro park and there is a massive queue already. Opens at 10, I think. So, and if you want to get your designer clothes and hats and that got the guys out at the front selling illegally. But yeah, hydro park queue already. Um, so we’re going to walk over there and obviously go and do some water slides again, aren’t we, Lara? Yay. And I’ve got this today because like I was saying earlier, you get unlimited access to the hydro park whenever you want. You can go in and out as much as you want. So there’s no limit. So you can go in there in the morning. You come out, go back to your hotel, get some lunch and then come back here cuz over here you don’t get the all-inclusive package. You also have to rent um like the chairs or anything out over here. So if you want to lay down, you have to rent it. We just put the pram to the side and just use all the slides and crack on. So yeah, big queue already. Join the queue and go in. What you got? What you got? Crocodile, show me. Wow, that’s good, isn’t it? I think Lara and Mommy have gone on the slides. You can walk down to the port that way or you can come to the beach down this way. So, really simple. Few minutes on the bus. And like I said, probably to the beach is about 12 minute walk. To the port, you’re talking 25 minutes walk. So yeah, so the bus doesn’t drop you right down to the end. It drops you nearer to the beach than the port. But yeah, it’s not too bad. At least it’s included in the drop off. Wait, can I tell you something? Yeah. I’m going to wear my mermaid tail in the beach. Mermaid tail? Yeah, it’s good, isn’t it? I got it. Wow. So yeah, back at the beach. We’re at the other end of the beach today. There’s actually a bit more seaweed along here. It’s like a weird seaweed. It’s like um like grass. It’s like grass. It’s weird. But yeah, down that other end. We were down that other end down there um the other day and it was no seaweed at all. But down this end a little bit more. Maybe because well closer to the port on the curve. But it looks beautiful, doesn’t it? Looks really beautiful. Boats are out as well. You got jet skiis over there. You’ve got the um slides over there. You got different um activities. You got the boats with the slides down there. They’re like €20 for an hour. So, everything’s got prices in euros. Um quite expensive probably, but is what you’re going to pay around these sort of tourist areas for these sort of stuff. Jet skis going on down there. Got your banana boats, got everything basically. So, definitely best to get down early before it gets busy because it does get very busy. But there is free restaurants on site. So this is the biggest of the three. Um this one does the breakfast and the lunch and the dinner. The other ones just do breakfast and dinner. So yeah, this one seems good as well. It’s first time actually eating in here. We’ve actually eaten in the other two mainly. But yeah, going to see what we got today. What food what food we can get in it. See Well, you’ve started off with watermelon, haven’t you? Yeah. So we have been a little bit unlucky with the weather. It’s been a bit sunny for 4 days when it’s been raining. So I didn’t vlog yesterday because we just wanted to enjoy the day. Uh went to Splash Park and stuff. Uh today obviously the market and then tomorrow is our last day before we go home. So yeah, we went to the market and I think a lot of stuff is very overpriced still. It’s very busy there. Still a lot of people walking towards the market. We was leaving, but we went there very early this morning. We definitely go there first thing in the morning. We went there. We got there about 9:00 a.m. So yeah, it’s a lot less busy at 9:00 a.m. isn’t it? Bit less busy. Um so yeah, Neil bought a bag and some jewelry. I didn’t get nothing. I didn’t find nothing there. There’s a Prada bag that I quite like, but it’s €40, so quite expensive. But yeah, so worth going to market, look around. Nice area, but yeah, there’s not. We spent about an hour there, hour and a half, and then we come back and then we go look at some other shops around like this area that we’re at now, which is next to the Club Matt Hotel. Some shops over there, Burger King, Little that sort of thing. Yeah. Piny little but yeah I think it’s worth going to but stuff is still expensive. Um I remember when we went to Grant Canary last year the stuff was a lot cheaper so it’s still expensive but yeah probably not going to do much more vlogging. Last day tomorrow so probably going to end the video around about here. Might do some shots tomorrow when we’re leaving but other than that we are probably going to end the video around about here. So, we’ve had a great time. Hotel’s really good. I’m probably going to do another video after give you some holiday tips, a bit of information about the hotel and stuff like that.
