Hey everyone, Mark here from Snow Only. Uh super excited uh to uh talk to everyone today about a new development in Marabel Mo. Um exciting new luxury development that’s just coming onto the market that will be ready for December 2027. Um a lot of people inquiring about new build properties obviously to spread the payments and opportunity in the market and this is a genuine ski in ski out opportunity. Um it is I’ll refresh this uh but at the moment it is uh 14 apartments from 2 to 5 bedrooms um from 34 million up to 7.4 million. Um, if you reclaim the VAT for the rentals, that goes down to around 2.5 million to 6.16 million. Um, as I said, genuine ski in, ski out property. Um, early buyers obviously can benefit from getting in the early units. Um, and as I’ve said in previous um, uh, uh, videos, um, that when you obviously buy into these developments early, um, typically they appreciate through the building process. So, a good investment opportunity uh if you get in early doors. So, what I want to do quickly is just do a little bit of a presentation just to show you uh a little bit about the development. So, if we click on here, no, I do not want that. I would like to be here. Um just to explain Marabel a little bit for the people that don’t know, this is the largest ski area in the world at over 600 kilometers of pace. Uh all in altitude. Um so if you go to the left side you would go into Korchville 1850 and then 1650 and all the way down to LRA and then on the right side you go into Valterin which is uh situated around 2,400 meters and then a bit more down the valley in Lemwir and San Martin de Belleville. Now uh Marbel um if you travel through the valley I guess the most typical place is Marabel center I guess that’s the epicenter of Marville. That’s where the flagship is. That’s where you get a lot of the uh people requirements. But if you go up the valley a little bit, you get to Marabel Mter uh at 1750 mters. So all the people that inquir in after altitude property, this is absolutely perfect. It’s obviously a little bit quieter than Marbel, but that appeals to some people. Now what you lack in Marabel sometimes is ski in ski out opportunities and if they are available they are at a real premium. Well this is a genuine ski in ski out opportunity. If you stay on the video I will show you at the end on Google maps exactly where this is. So just some images of the property. This is the rendering of the property. uh beautiful style um um basically built by a very very experienced developer in Marabel. Uh they are building um I think four or five developments and this is the latest one. Uh it is an existing hotel which will be knocked down and then rebuilt to this style. Just could flicker through pictures. Uh typical interior. Uh this is a rendering obviously. Um so on the pen houses obviously you get the pitch roof. Um yeah beautiful beautiful design. This is the uh genuine um location of the development looking out onto the pist uh that skis down. Um so you can literally uh ski in ski out from this property. So what I will do I will just remove this and add this to the stage. Um what we have here is this is the uh hotel Tarantes as you can see and if we just pan out a little bit you can see a little bit about uh Marabel Mteray. Uh if I pan out a little bit more yeah you can see Marbel there at the top and then it’s basically about a five minute drive down to Marbel to uh Mteray here. So the piece kind of runs across the front here down to the ski lift which you can see on the right hand side. But the best thing about this is if we get the little yellow man and we pick him up and we put him on the piece, you’ll see exactly where this is. So as you can see people skiing in front. And if I just turn it round to here, this is the uh Tarantes hotel which will be knocked down and then replaced with the images I showed you. So as you can imagine, you can be sitting there at the front ski in, ski out right to the front of your doorstep. um a perfect opportunity to acquire a ski in ski out property um um of luxury standard um in altitude in the middle of the three valleys.
