🏰 Château mornings, wine country bike rides, Michelin stars, medieval towns, and the kind of quiet beauty that makes your heart ache a little.

We stopped in Carcassonne first for a quick lunch, and then stayed just outside Bordeaux city in the vineyard-covered countryside, riding bicycles, and exploring the fairytale town of Saint-Émilion—catacombs, church towers, and all.
