Paris Food Vlog 🇫🇷 | What & Where to Eat in Paris, France 2025

Welcome to Paris in this video we are going
to show you the best food to eat in this amazing City from the best restaurants
to the best street food to the hip and trendy stuff to the traditional stuff
we’ll cover it all and definitely take notes because you will want to visit some of
the spots that we will cover in this video okay I’m going to tease you a lot in
the beginning of the video because I found my favorite croissant this is really
truly an amazing croissant I’m not gonna tell you which one it is you’ll have to
stick around till the end of the video when I reveal which one this is amazing
flaky buttery not greasy so stick around if you have breakfast in Paris you need
a pain au chocolate. Dennis bought it yesterday at a local boulangerie, Michalak. So a pain au chocolate as you maybe could
guess from the name it’s a huge uh bun filled with chocolate and it’s kind of like
a croissant dough and this one supposed to have like 30 or 35 percent more chocolate than the
regular pain au chocolate so let’s dig in a very big it’s really good it’s a really nice
to chocolate on the top is a little crunchy so it gives us an extra bite so another thing you
have to get at a French bakery is brioche bread brioche bread is that really really Airy
fluffy almost cake-like sweet bread and at this Bakery they had a brioche with rose
droplets on it it looks amazing and it has a rose water filling inside as well they told
me so I can’t wait to get my teeth into this I really love that brioche bread it’s so soft
and Squishy and sweet this is perfect morning breakfast and the roast droplets on top actually
really nice because it’s not too sweet but it just it gives it an extra flavor and an extra
crunch really nice it has splurges of rose inside this one I love it so I’m having a very
typical French Madeleine it looks it’s almost like a cupcake but then in the shape of a shell
and there’s also lemon in it and there’s a sugar glazing and it looks really really gorgeous it
feels very heavy actually in your hand so it’s quite quite dense probably. really good the
glazing is like a little extra crunches nice and the lemon flavor is also really really present
not too overwhelming and it’s really nice and fluffy really really nice wow I love it if you’re
in Paris you have to try Macarons maybe you had them in your country but I think it’s not
the same as in Paris because yeah it’s Paris and macarons are French so where’s the best
place to buy them here of course they just bought them at the shop Christophe Roussell which is at
the bottom of the Sacre Coeur and we’ve actually been there quite a few years ago so I I said to Dennis
the whole time please buy me the lavander macarons and he did it’s there’s our absolute favorites
because I love Lavender in pastry so let’s try it um oh perfect perfect consistency like the
crunch on the outside and it’s like super soft and fluffy but there’s a layer on there
that’s different I think the last time I had it was also like a lavender cream and now it’s
more like a I think apricot I think it’s apricot cream which goes really well together oh my
God. okay we had to go back for more macarons because we found out that at Laduree where we
love their macarons by the way they have a black macaron which is hello hello Nah so what I
was trying to say now without Nala is that they have licorice and you know in Netherlands
licorice is awesome it’s huge so I just needed to try and we needed to go back to Laduree
in French it’s called reglise I have to say it’s there but it’s very subtle I need
to take another bite oh no there it comes that’s the aftertaste like it’s yeah here is there
definitely it’s that that toffee kind of licorice hmm for me it could have been even more intense
because I love licorice so this is a more subtle licorice flavor but it is really nice so if you
want to go for the best cookies in Paris go to scoop me a cookie in Le Marais and they have like
a huge variation of different types of cookies and I felt a little adventurous and I got the
black sesame cookie actually I love black sesame ice cream so my expectations are quite high for
this one but it smells amazing it looks amazing wow really good in the beginning um in more
taste the Sesame and which makes you think in the beginning oh it’s maybe like a savory bread
or something I didn’t get sweeter and sweeter and then you really get that typical black sesame
sweetness that you also get with the black sesame ice cream so wow I love this I would eat this
more often that’s really good and of course there are so many other pastries to be tasted in
Paris some of our favorites are a pain aux raisins Paris-Brest which is a puff dough filled with
hazelnut creme praline a coffee flavored Opera or a Clafoutis which is a gorgeous apple cake
and my personal favorite a Tarte aux Framboises . another really really famous and traditional thing to eat in
Paris is an eclair and I found these really really amazing salted caramel eclairs one
with passion fruit and one regular and it’s by eclair de Genie and you can get them at
Gallery Lafayette The Gourmet building and they look amazing they’re very nice and sturdy
by the way you can get this these everywhere in Paris but these ones are supposed to be
really really good wow The Taste explosion in your mouth
the saltiness is really really there I love that and then the caramel flavor
the dough is also really really nice and sturdy not dry but nice and
sturdy wow wow wow I am so happy that I bought two because I don’t want
to share this with Tim this is too good so a very famous and traditional lunch this
is a Croque Monsieur which is a grilled cheese grilled ham and cheese with bechamel sauce in
between and if you want a baked egg on top then that’s a Croque Madame but today we’re having a
modern twist on a Croque Monsieur because at Fric Frac in Montmartre they serve you hip and trendy modern versions of
a Croque monsieur I went for the traditional one with a lot of ham and cheese bechamel
sauce and Tim has a vegetarian option with dried fruit goat cheese lavender honey it
sounds amazing I’m diving into this one there is a lot of ham in it which is
really awesome and the bechamel sauce is a really nice complimentary flavor to it the bread
is also really good it’s really nice and toasted on the outside but still fluffy on the inside I
love this really good so let’s put it in your list if you want a hamburger but you want it a little
bit different then go to a Little Baobei because they have the best idea ever a boa bun which I
love and adore with a burger I’m having the matcha chicken burger a matcha Boa Bun with really
thick slabs of chicken this looks so good I’m gonna dig in and their fries look amazing as well
by the way sweet potato mixed with regular fries oh my God the sauce is really nice
the chicken is really good but bao bun grows so well together with the
burger this is so good put this on your list so I’m of course having the vegetarian option they
have only one but it’s enough for me and you can choose between a regular Boa bun and a Ramen bun
and I chose the ramen bun because it looks really weird but it was very special and I’ve never had
it before as a burger so mmm super crunchy I’m not convinced I’m missing a little sauce actually the
cheese is more like a like three come over there why which is nice but the combination
of the ramen bun and the cheese is .. a little disappointing maybe this
is better with the boa bun I have no idea if you are on a budget then just grabbing a
baguette somewhere in one of those kiosks or one of those stands and just sitting in a
park eating a baguette and this is one of the most famous baguettes and one of the
most popular baguettes it’s a jambon-beurre which means ham and butter that’s it but
the combination super simple with that fresh soft on the inside crunchy on the outside
baguette is really good so 4,50 Euros I like it there’s a really good slab of butter
on it and that with the ham and the bread I like this very much as you can
see it’s quite a big sandwich so you’ll be set for lunch here. so when you’re in
Paris of course you need to try the onion soup it is the best soup you’ll ever taste maybe I’m a
little biased but I love it so much I make it at home as well it’s a lot of onions there’s a little
bit of white wine in it it’s really like a thick bouillon and then they add baguette bread and
cheese on top and they put it in the oven so that cheese gets nice and grilled it’s probably really
warm so I need to be careful that I don’t burn burn myself but this is quintessential Parisian
kitchen or French kitchen oh really good really rich flavor really tasty I love the thickness
of it by the way we are at Faubourg 34. we’ll put a link to the place in the description box below
so we always do that so check out if you want to go here but they have onion soup everywhere in
France right. so on your list of things to eat in Paris a crepe cannot be missed. crepes are the sweet
versions with sugar lemon Nutella caramel whatever you can imagine but there’s also the galette and
the galette it’s the Savory version of the crepe so we are at Galbar it’s in the Faubourg area and Galbar
put a modern Twist on the galette mine is filled with chicken mango avocado but they also have
really good vegetarian options I’m digging in now really excited this is actually my first
time eating a galette and I love that they put like the modern Twist on it oh there is a
really nice spicy curry sauce in there as well and a little bit of mango sauce and that
combined with the pancake the crepe and here at Galbar they have a menu so for 15 euros you
have a galette and a crepe sucré at the end and a drink which in our case is the lemonade the
homemade lemonade so we’ll have a crepe sucré au citron, which is a lemon sugared crepe at
the end as a dessert really awesome okay if you love Boba Tea and your mind wants to
be blown go to Xing Fu Tang they have several shops in Paris they have a creme brulee boba tea crazy
right so I have the matcha version with tapioca pearls and then they add a creamy layer on top
and they do their creme brulee magic with a torch oh what I love is it gives it an extra
layer you have the tapioca you have the matcha and you have the Creme Brulee layer so
this is just a really good experience if you love these bubble teas and I love them
definitely put it on your list coriander ice cream and avocado ice cream with
eucalyptus I’m trying the avocado no I’m trying the coriander cilantro version First
there’s also chocolate in it which balances the cilantro out a little bit but this is very
cilantro it’s really weird to have this in ice cream but I like it because I like cilantro
I’ve reached the avocado and Eucalyptus this is really really mind-blowingly good the avocado
is really soft and smooth and the eucalyptus gives it a freshness this is my favorite the cilantro
it’s good and special but this is really really good Glaces Glazed definitely a place to put down
on your list when you’re in Paris it’s in Montmartre area. so you know we always give you some
hip and trendy places as well and today we’re at Umami matcha Cafe which is at the edge of Le
Marais next to plus the Place de la Republic and I’m having a matcha latte with chocolate dark chocolate I
love a matcha latte and I love a hot chocolate so this is really good like the bitterness of the
matcha and the bitterness of the dark chocolate it goes together so well I didn’t know what to expect
but this is it makes perfect sense perfect sense I highly recommend this but here at the Umami
matcha Cafe they have so much more so Tim is having a matcha latte Frappuccino which is a cold
I think I’m just stealing Tim’s drink because he’s filming at the moment oh that is also really
good really good and they have all matcha stuff as Patisserie as well I like cookies so we have
a matcha chocolate cookie and they have matcha cake they have much everything so definitely check
out this place I’m gonna enjoy this matcha cookie it’s time for dinner again and we’re at the
restaurant called Le Louchebem, which is at Forum des Halles and they are specialized in meat no worries Tim has
some vegetarian options as well I’m having the beef stew beef really classic French dish a beef
stew and it looks really good smells really good you can really taste the wine they used in the
stew is really good the meat is really tender really good but don’t go anywhere because
there famous for their Profiteroles as a dessert look at my plate look at my plate
this is crazy it’s way too much but I have friends here that will help
me out I have been waiting for this I saw this on the internet and that’s why
we went here for just for this dessert it looks amazing this is also my first time trying
Profiteroles because it’s Profiteroles with warm chocolate sauce which is like a puff dough I think
with a cream filling and it has almonds on top my teeth are hurting it’s ice cream oh that
is really cold and I took a really big bite because I thought it was cream but it’s ice
cream so I’m hurting here help me out no the sauce is warm and there’s ice cream in
the dough and it’s really really nice but I want you to have a look at Tim’s dessert as
well because he has a crazy beautiful dessert as well so let’s flip the camera around and see
what Tim is having good because you need to see this okay so this looks very interesting
it’s really floating as the name says  Ile Flottante the floating islands there’s a lot of cream
in there I think it was the English cream like a custard cream and a lot of meringue
I have no idea how it’s supposed to eat this okay this works this is fine looks really good
it’s also some almond on top um okay the cream is almost like another like the vanilla
pudding or something but then a little more liquid it’s really like super soft it’s almost like foam
really nice never had anything like this before oh wow yeah really good really special really also
kind of hard to eat like this but it’s really nice so we stumbled upon a hidden gem a tiny restaurant
in one of the side streets in Le Marais and it’s called Little Yak it’s a Tibetan restaurant
where they have Tibetan Momos they look so good you have vegetarian options you have meat options
you can add them in a really nice sauce you can have a pepper sauce a Szechuan pepper sauce
or you can have a spicy red sauce with onions and chives look at this this is actually my first
time eating Momos in my life so I’m super excited if you want you can go here with a little group
and do some karaoke downstairs as well because they have a special karaoke room that looks
really fun as well but my first Momo in my life the sauce is quite spicy but not too much
like it’s it’s good the flavors also the the the inside flavors really spicy really
rich super tasty the beef is super juicy but this is really awesome so I’m having the
vegetarian Momos with spinach and cheese and I have the Jhol Momos the Jhol sauce is
like a light sauce almost yellowish brownish like Curry spices and it looks really amazing
I think you can already see the spinach through the dough of the dumplings I got there huge I’m
really heavy first time having moments in my life oh my god oh I need more oh my God so good the
sauce a little bit spicy not too spicy my God this is amazing I love this so we found this
super hip and trendy African vegan restaurant it’s called Jah Jah and it is in the Faubourg area
and the food looks amazing we asked them what is the best dish on the menu and they said it’s
the hot bowl “Boul Chaud” that’s what we’re having it’s a plate filled with rice with kokuma flavor
it has plantain puree it has all these vegetables it just looks really good and I can’t wait to
taste the African vegan food this is the lentils but there’s a really nice freshness to it
really nice really nice this is a really nice plate filled with vegan flavors and I also love
discovering like these new types of restaurants and stuff that’s why we actually bumped into it
we didn’t even research this we saw this and we said yeah this is why we want to include in this
video as well because you can get all the famous restaurants but it’s discovering really nice
new restaurants like this that we love as well so maybe you should know us a little you know that
we are Sushi addicts so we looked up the best place for sushi in Paris and guess what we found
a completely vegan sushi place my God this looks amazing and it’s completely mind-blowing that
it’s all vegan so I can eat everything on the menu so this amazing vegan sushi place in Paris
is called breathe and they actually have two locations so just check out which one
is closest to you so we actually got the tasting menu so we can do like everything
and we also get a starter and we have a little desserty in the middle as well
guys I’m trying to actually second one really good I always love shiitake
especially when they’re using it for vegetarian and vegan dishes because it has
so much flavor it’s really like really strong Umami flavor really amazing I love this and
when you’re in Paris of course you gotta try the iconic escargots I tried them once years ago
you can check out that video in our Paris playlist but now let’s reveal our favorite croissant
in Paris and this is from La Maison De Isabelle which is also in the Quatier Latin and this one
has one price of the best croissant in 2018 so that was a while ago but I do understand
because it looks really beautiful as well did you hear that I hope you can oh super flaky oh there’s a lot of flake
the outside stays perfectly crunchy I found my new favorite um as you may have seen we had so much amazing
food here in Paris I definitely recommend you checking out these spots and enjoying
the Parisian food for yourself subscribe if you haven’t already and thanks
for watching this video and we’ll see you for more content on Paris or

  1. I enjoyed seeing many of your favorite Parisian foods in one video! A Madeleine was one of my mother's favorite cookies. I would bake them for her when she craved something sweet to go with tea. Happy memories. It was also great to see so many vegan/vegetarian options. I agree with Tim–I'm not a lover of Ramen buns on anything. 😅 Hope you're having a great weekend! ♥♥🖤

  2. Where to even begin because everything looked scrumptious… except for the ramen bun. I was trying not to judge it, but it's a definite no for me. Lol
I wanted to take a bite of everything you both tried! ❤ Thank you for sharing another fabulous foodie video. Enjoyed it immensely. Have a great weekend!!❤

  3. the Ile Flottante is not meringue, it's egg whites beaten until stiff and cooked in milk with custard, grilled almond and caramel, and the profiterolles here it is a "chou" with vanilla ice cream which is the most common now but it also can be with "crème patissière".

  4. Hello, how are you? I'm a regular viewer of your YouTube channel. I wanted to express my appreciation for the well-researched and insightful content you provide. Good luck! I would love to talk to you, and I hope you will give me a chance.
