Captivating video! The grand farmhouse is absolutely stunning! The owners put a great deal of thought and work into this beautiful property. The olive trees that produce great tasting olive oil some of them look as if they might be many centuries old. How was Michael's boiled octopus? Was it tender or rubbery? The young server I thought did a remarkable job explaining the history behind the food. I wish my wife, and I could attend your future groups. One day soon, I hope. What a beautiful place to stay, and the owners have such attention to detail for artifacts, the history of the region just great style in general. The waiter did a fantastic job explain explaining the food and the history of Puglia.
