Hiking Fira to Oia on Santorini, Greece – Was It Worth It? | Full Guide
On Santorini Greece, you can hike from the capital of Fira to the famous town of Oia. This hike is 6.5 miles long and is called “the most beautiful walk on Santorini”. With great views along the trail while passing through beautiful towns such as Imerovigli, we wanted to try the trail ourselves and give our final thoughts. I think between the two of you, it was summed up nicely. Most videos that talk about this hike don’t show the baron part like you said. So it’s a bit of a downer if you’ve committed to it.
Personally, I wouldn’t do it. We saw and spent time in Firastephani, Fira, Imerovigli, an Oia and that was more than enough for me. I don’t need to be melting in the hot Santorini sun lol.
