We reached the island from Valletta by a high-speed ferry in just 45 minutes. Then we took a bus to get to Victoria. We’re starting our walk through the city at St. Francis Square. Victoria is the main town of the island of Gozo. It is also known by the name Rabat. We will stroll through its winding streets and admire the churches. Then we will climb up to the town’s most famous landmark — the Citadel. This is an ancient fortress that towers over Victoria. From its walls, a breathtaking view of the entire island opens up.
