FIRST IMPRESSIONS of CORSICAS Wild West Coast! | Beaches, Boat Trips and Mountain Pools

I don’t know how to describe what they’re like, but they have they come in different flavors actually. These ones have got chocolate on the inside. They’re like a little sandwich of biscuits with chocolate on the inside. And they are brilliant for like hot drinks. So if you dip it in the hot drinks, you have to like time it to perfection though so that you don’t lose the whole bit and it goes soggy and drops at the bottom. So, we’ve just um cruised over to Kappa Roso, which is where they have a Genoise tower and you can actually hike to it, which I think is one of the ones we we really want to do. And we just saw a boat going into a cave and we thought, “Wow, they did like they literally were squeezing in. We didn’t think that we would be able to fix. Our boat looked a bit bigger.” Hi everyone, we’re Hannah and Jenny, also known as Finding Our Adventure. We’ve lived life on the road, chasing unforgettable experiences around the world. Subscribe and join us each week for epic travel stories, untold adventures, and a journey beyond the ordinary. [Music] [Music] Hi guys, and welcome to another episode of Finding Our Adventure. Today we have had quite a full on day of travel, but it has been all worth it. We’ve made it to Corsica. We’re actually in West Corsica, and we’ve just checked into our hotel, which is Capo Roso, and it’s in Piana. So, we’ve just driven about an hour from Aessio, which is where we flew into. And oh my goodness, it is absolutely stunning. Look at this sunset. We’ve arrived just in time. And the birds are singing and it’s so still and peaceful here. And now we’re really hungry. So, we’re going to head downstairs to the restaurant for dinner. [Music] So, we’ve come down to the Neptune restaurant this evening and we had a lovely sunset. It kind of went a bit hazy over the horizon, but we’ve um we ordered our mains and they’ve just arrived. I went for this spicy tuna and Johnny went with the beef fillet and we had like a little starter as well again with the smell is amazing. Like the food smells really really good and the view from this restaurant is pretty amazing. We had a delicious dinner, but we have been up since 5:00 a.m. this morning to leave Cornwall. We actually had two flights to get to Corsica, so we’re pretty tired now. So, I think what we’re going to do is we’re going to get to bed because we’ve also got an early start tomorrow. But we have an incredible few days of exploring this amazing island. So, we’re very excited. So, we’ll see you guys later. Good morning, guys. We’ve woken up on to a beautiful day here on Corsica and we had a really nice breakfast at the restaurant at the restaurant at the hotel where we’re staying and the drive to where we are now. We’ve just arrived in Porto. It’s about a 20minut drive around these amazing mountain roads. It’s just absolutely beautiful to drive through. Johnny was like, “Oh my goodness, who felt like a rally driver?” Because apparently there was there’s been some like rally drives in Corsa. And we today, this morning, we’re going on a boat ride. And there’s loads of boats here. Loads of people getting on like little speed boats. But we’re not going on a speed boat. We’re going on like a normal boat, I think. But it’s really beautiful here. It feels very relaxing. I can already feel my shoulders dropping. And I so far I’ve really enjoyed what I’ve seen and really excited to go out and explore Corska on the water. So if you were coming to the port of Porto for a boat tour, then there is a big car park that is free, we think, to park just here and this bridge crosses right across to the um where the boats are. Um we saw this on Google Maps and we were considering parking here, but we thought the parking on the street was actually closer. It turns out it’s not. This is actually much more convenient parking and the parking where we parked is paid, but we paid for like 6 hours for like €3. So, it’s not expensive. But if you are coming here, then definitely check out the free car park because it’s very convenient. And then the boats are just here behind us. This morning we’re going with Le Pasu for our tour boat ride. And this is a really cool map because it shows you where we’ve come from. So this morning we’ve come from Piana. We’ve gone through the Kalank de Piana. So, we went all the way D all around the mountain roads and we’re at Porto now. And then these are the different scenic tours that they do. So, we’re not sure which one we’re doing. I think we’re doing the red ones. We’re doing all the way. Oh, okay. All around the coast in the bay. Coast. I think it’s 4 hours. Wow. So, it looks really nice and still this morning as well. So, it’s going to be a perfect weather conditions for a boat ride. So, it’s really beautiful town here. They’ve got like lots of little shops and restaurants and cafes. There’s some really pretty ones just on the ocean front here overlooking this beautiful view behind me. And they’ve also got a um tourism office. So, if you need like any information on walks or other activities that you want to do, there’s loads of outdoor activities that you can do, especially in this area. We saw loads of people this morning like all geared up for hiking, running, cycling, and it also seems like a really popular place for like bike touring. Is that the right word? like motorbike touring there like guys with like loads of pas and like uh big boxes and stuff all winding through the mountain roads. So yeah, there’s a lot of like kind of active outdoor people which is this is definitely a place that we absolutely love. While we wait for our boat as well, it’s still pretty early in the morning and um I think our boat is one of the last to go because we think it’s a nature reserve. So, I think we they stagger the boats cuz there was quite a few that left when we first got here. And then obviously they don’t all want to be um getting to the viewpoints and stuff at the same time, but just sitting in the sun now. It’s very hot already and we think it’s going to get into the 30s today. So, I think we’re going to be putting on plenty of sun cream and wearing our hats. But yeah, first day in Corso so far. It is absolutely stunning and the weather is playing its part and we just can’t wait to get out on the water and explore. So, this is the boat we’re going to be going on. You can’t miss it cuz it’s bright pink. And I have got my nails matching on this occasion. That wasn’t planned by the way. But um yeah, it’s really really peaceful here. We just went for like a walk around the town and it is just surrounded by mountain views and the ocean. I mean what could be a better combination than mountains and ocean? Yeah. So we have just left on the boat and it’s such a beautiful day for it. The water is actually pretty calm today. And what’s really cool about this boat is that we actually have screens in front of us. It shows us all like the navigation, the depth of the water, um temperatures and stuff like that. And also when we’re coming out the harbor then we saw some fish leaping out which was really cool. But yeah, I think we’re going to head to the nature reserve now. And I think this boat is also a hybrid. So I imagine when we get there they’ll be turning on to battery power so they don’t disturb the um the marine life. So yeah, we’ll keep you updated. [Music] Hey, [Music] hey, hey. [Music] [Music] Hey. Hey. Hey. [Music] As we hug the coastline here, we’re coming into all these little coes and going in and out of them. And the really cool thing about the screens is is that they show the depth of the um the seafloor on the um on the screens. It’s also got cameras. So, as we’re coming into the coes, um, we’re able to see the bottom of the seafloor, which is amazing cuz the rocks look so close. I think just then we were only about 5 m of water between us and the sea floor. And the deepest it’s been on the camera is it’s been over 100 m and then it stopped registering. So, I think that’s that’s as far as it can register. But, it’s so cool being able to see underneath the the boat as we’re going. So, there’s lots of fish, lots of rocks, and then we just saw some sandy bottoms as well. So, yeah, such a cool trip so far. So, we’ve just um cruised over to Kappa Roso, which is where they have a Genoies tower, and you can actually hike to it, which I think is one of the ones we we really want to do. And we just saw a boat going into a cave, and we thought, “Wow, they did.” Like, they literally were squeezing in. We didn’t think that we would be able to fix cuz our boat looked a bit bigger, but we just went inside and it was amazing. And like it was quite it felt like quite a squeeze but when you went in it kind of opened up and you could see loads of like um like cave formations like stallic pikes and the the water was crystal clear blue and it was so cool because the screen you could actually see like there was a few little fishes swimming around and yeah the scenery is just incredible like so dramatic with all the rocks. Those are different color rocks there. I think they’re like pink granite rocks is what she was saying. And um there used to be like an old volcano as well. So there’s a lot of like volcanic rock here as well. So yeah, just very very cool. So we have just got off our boat onto a secluded well isolated village they said and we’ve got about half an hour to explore but there’s a few other boats dropped off so it’s quite busy here. But they’ve got lots of little different beach bars, restaurants, and also a castle up on the hill over there. So, it’s really cool to come and see this. But also on our trip so far on the boat, we’ve seen a flying fish, and we’ve also seen some osprey eagles, which has been really cool. I think we’re just going to go for a little explore now, and then we’re going to get back on the boat, and I think we’re going to be heading back to port then. [Music] Okay. Feels [Music] like we’ve just stepped onto another island. It’s very uh remote here. So, I think the only way you can get here is by boat or by walking. And there is a really nice walk along this stretch of the coastline you can do. Uh but it’s beautiful. There’s loads of really lovely restaurants. And yeah, it just feels really secluded and nice. I mean, there’s quite a lot of people here cuz there’s a lot of boats that come and stop off. So, it’s kind of got like that kind of touristic feel, but it’s still very beautiful. There’s uh lots of winding streets around here to explore and to get lost in. If we had a little bit more time, then we’ probably go get a drink or an ice cream somewhere, but we have quite a limited amount of time, so we’re just exploring and taking some photos. But, it’s just very beautiful here with all the palm trees, the terracotta roofs, and the tiny little streets. So, we’ve just worked our way to the top of the village, and it’s definitely much quieter up here, away from a lot of the tourists who are staying down where the bottom part is, where all the restaurants are. And there’s a nice breeze up here as well, cuz it’s very hot today. So, we decided that we would come and get some food because we need to go to the pharmacy in a bit, and it hasn’t opened yet. So, we thought we’d come and get some pizza. And we’re at Lulchce Vita Pizzeria. There’s a beautiful view overlooking the beach. And our pizzas have just arrived. I went for the marinara, which is like no cheese and it just comes with black olives and it’s absolutely huge. Like I don’t know how I’m going to eat all this, but I’m sure I will cuz it will taste amazing. And Johnny has gone for the diavola, which has got lots of goodies on top. After our delicious pizza, which we had for lunch, we made it to the pharmacy. And I was able to pick up some earplugs for when we go snorkeling soon. Um because I always get like a blocked ear when I go in the water and I forgot to bring mine from home. So, we need to get some. But these were really cheap and really good. So, I’m going to be able to put them in my ear and not have any water issues cuz I get really bad blocked ears and it’s really painful. But, we’ve just made it down to this beach called Aon. And it’s absolutely beautiful. It’s crystal clear water, golden sand, and it’s not even that busy cuz we’re on the west side of the island and we think the east side of the island beach is getting more busy. So, it’s nice and quiet and I think we’re going to go for a swim in a bit maybe and just enjoy the last few hours here before heading back to the hotel and then out to dinner. So, the drive to this beach was very beautiful. We passed some wild goats and don’t think they were wild actually, but they looked really wild cuz they were like on the rocks looking over the ocean. And um there’s like a few cafes here, a few sunbeds as well if you want to um have some shade. There’s not really any any shade on this beach. And it is quite hot today. It’s like 28 I think it was saying in the car. So yeah, definitely going to go in the water in a bit and have a bit of a swim to cool down. Yeah, so nice to just chill by the beach here and uh feels very relaxing. [Applause] [Applause] Heat. [Applause] [Music] Heat. [Music] [Applause] [Music] We’ve had such a nice chilled afternoon on the beach. I even had a little cheeky nap and now we’ve just kind of made it back to the car park and we’re going to drive back to the hotel. But I’ve fallen in love with all these beautiful pink flowers. They smell so good and they just look absolutely beautiful. Right, so we’ve come back to the hotel. We’ve freshened up, ready for dinner. But before we go there, we thought we’d give you a quick room tour of where we’re staying. It is absolutely beautiful in our room. When we arrived yesterday, our jaws dropped to the ground. So, as we walk into the room, we’ve got two uh big doors here which have the wardrobe space beneath beneath behind there. We’ve also got a mini fridge to keep our water nice and cool, which is what you need especially on hot days like today. We’ve got a kettle for teas and coffees. A nice little kind of desk space if you want to do some work. And there’s some really cool like little old books on bookshelf. Um I’m not sure what’s Oh, just another cupboard under there if you want to put more clothes. And there’s a lovely um like suede sofa here if you want to just sit and chill. We have got a balcony on this side which has got a stunning view. And we’ve also got another balcony on this side which I’ll show you in a minute. But this is our bed which was very comfortable last night. It’s got kind of like an art deco feel with the wood and the panels on the the ceiling. The ceiling on the wall. You can tell I’m a bit tired today. And we’ve got some lovely wall lights up here and reading lights below and USB plug sockets which are a plus. Then through here we’ve got our on suite bathroom. which has got a lovely big sink just here and a mirror and all of your toiletries are provided which is another plus plus. The shower is fantastic. It’s got a big rainfall shower head and then like a handheld one which is great when you get back from the beach and you just want to wash your feet from all the sand and then toilet just here. And now I’ll show you the balcony. We’ve also got air con which is just what you need on hot days like this as well. But this is the balcony. And look at this view. We’ve just got like never ending scenery. You got mountains, the ocean, and last night we could hear the birds. You can hear the birds now. Actually, they’re starting to make their bird song as the sun is setting. But yeah, I’ve just been sat here for the last hour or so just sitting out on the balcony. Could life get any better? And the hotel that we are staying in is the Capo Roso Hotel. It’s four stars and it’s where we had dinner last night. I would definitely recommend. The food was topnotch. Very, very good. Um, it’s also in the town of Piana, which we haven’t gone to explore yet, but we did drive through it yesterday and it looks really beautiful. Like very kind of charming old village. Um, and we can actually see from here from our balcony there’s a beach right down the bottom of the hill which you can either hike to or drive down to. Apparently it’s like an hour and a half walk or something I think there and back. Um, but we actually went past it on the boat on our boat trip earlier. But that’s somewhere that we’d like to go and explore cuz it’s not that far from the hotel. [Music] Right. So, we have made it to dinner spot. This evening we’ve come back to um Porto where we were on the boat trip earlier this morning and it’s turned into a beautiful evening. The sunset looks incredible. Johnny’s just flown the drone the drone out to the Genoies Tower and it was all golden and the rocks looked amazing. So hopefully you’ll see some of that footage. Yeah, we’re just about to go over the bridge and find where we’re having dinner cuz we’ve actually getting quite peckish now, but it’s still an absolutely beautiful still evening. There’s hardly any wind and it’s got quite hazy as well. So, over the bridge we go. So, we are eating at Villaina tonight and it’s on the other side of town um from what we’ve just walked across from where we got the um boat this morning. The sunset is looking absolutely magnificent and the restaurant has this really cool tree perched above it and also lots of fairy lights. It looks very very picturesque. And I think we’re going to get an epic sunset for dinner tonight. Right. So, our food has just arrived and I went for the um fish of the day, which is cooked in a special way where they cook it with butter. Every the presentation looks amazing. It all comes with um a side of vegetables. And Johnny’s gone for the tuna which comes like crusted in bread crumbs. The sunstress set it has got a really nice relaxed feel in here. They’ve got like really lovely fairy lights on the ceiling and it’s got kind of like a behemian feel with this ceiling. It’s like got bamboo above us and then there’s like these grapes just growing on the side of the restaurant. It’s got a very nice feel and I’m very hungry. So I’m going to cut into my dinner now. Good morning everybody. We have driven about an hour from our hotel this morning um along some very cool mountain roads and it was pretty much all uphill like 5 and a half to 6% and there’s loads of cyclists going up it which was really cool to see and we’ve just arrived in this amazing part of Corsica where we’re basically in the woodlands now on a trail because we are heading to some um cold water um swimming spots. So there’s got mountain pools I think um and it looks absolutely incredible. The water looks crystal clear from what we’ve seen. So, we’re very excited to get up to those pools. But, as we’ve started the trail in the forest here, we’ve just come across a mama pig with lots of baby piglets as well. So, they’re really cool. And the little the tiniest little piglets are really making lots of grunting noises and they’re following their mom now back along the path and stuff. And so, that’s been really cool to see. And it’s a very hot day again today. So, luckily we’re under a lot of tree cover. It’s a lot more sheltered and cooler. And um I think it’s about an hour to an hour and a half to get to the pools. So, we’re going to start walking along this trail now. [Music] [Music] We are currently walking on the Chestnut Trail, which is known to be a relatively easy walk, which is why we’ve chosen it this morning. feeling a little bit tired and it’s a really nice walk so far. So, you walk um among really old chestnut trees. They’re supposed to be a few hundred years old and I think this is one of them here. Um and there’s loads of really cool signs that tells you a little bit about like the history of the area. So, it’s very well known for like farming. Um, and the chestnuts, they’re known on on Corsers cuz they they think they make them into like a soup. Um, which we are yet to try. And we just went past some piggies. So, it’s quite well known for like farming, especially up here. And, uh, I think this sign is telling us about the different techniques what they would do for the tree to kind of like so they could have as many chestnuts as possible. So they’re showing that they would like chop into the trunk and then put branch more branches in to then grow more chestnut branches I guess. So then it kind of creates this sort of shape where it’s a bit more like a wamping willow like from Harry Potter where it’s got loads and loads of like straight shoots and I guess it means that they’re going to get loads and loads more chestnuts. The landscape here in Corsa is very dramatic. We have incredible mountain views just behind us there onto the side. And then we’re walking through a pine forest at the moment. So, we’ve got that very fragrant pine smell. And also that very like dry dusty um smell that you get along with it. And there’s lots of lizards um walking across the path and stuff. Lots of little ones. We’ve seen green ones, red ones, and brown ones I think so far. And um yeah, it’s very rocky and dusty as we go. So, I think it’s going to be well worth the trail, the walk to get to the um pools. But it’s just such a beautiful morning. so far. So, we’re very excited to continue along this path and see what those pools look like. And the good thing as well is when we turned off from the village we went to dinner last night onto this mountain road, there really wasn’t very many cars. So, it’s quite quiet up here and we’ve only seen a handful of people walking along the trail as well. So, we imagine most tourists um head to the um to Porto where the restaurants and the boats are and then not many people come up here, at least not at the moment. So, yeah, we’re going to go see what it’s like and hopefully go for a swim. [Music] [Music] So, we’ve made it to the natural pools and it is absolutely beautiful. There’s like waterfalls and there’s this huge pool behind me which has got crystal clear water. There’s loads of like areas all around it where you can just like set up your stuff and just chill. Quite a few people here also enjoying it, having a nice picnic. And it’s just so peaceful here. Like it’s really beautiful with all the pine trees. There’s like butterflies and lizards. And I’m very hot. So I’m definitely going to go for a swim. [Music] [Applause] Very cold. [Music] [Applause] [Music] Yeah. And we [Music] These pools are absolutely beautiful. And what we realized is after the Chestnut Trail where we hiked from the village, there’s actually some parking on the road. We didn’t realize the road came right up to the top here. So, there’s quite a few cars parked there and we thought, “Oh my goodness, this is it going to be really busy at the pools.” But actually, you still walk about 20 minutes from the road down to these pools. And I think this is the main pool we’re at, and it’s really not that bad. There’s been a handful of people that have gone in. There’s a few people sitting around having a break from their hikes. And it’s really quiet for what it is. There is a few more pools up there, further up the um the mountain and a few further down, I think, but this is definitely the most beautiful and the best for swimming. So, yeah, it’s definitely worth coming here. And as always, we’ll be writing about all of these destinations on our website and in our travel guides. So, don’t forget to check the description down below. And um yeah, check out our website to see all the the details and where to park and how to get here and stuff like that. So, yeah, we’re just going to chill here and dry off now and enjoy the nice warm sun. So, this afternoon after our day of hiking, we’ve come to Piana, which is the basically the nearest town as to where the hotel is. Uh so, we’ve walked into town and it is a beautiful afternoon. It’s really hot. It was saying 28 degrees, I think, on the sign. Uh there’s a beautiful church right in the middle of the village, but we’re going to go and have a little wander around the streets. It’s known as one of the most beautiful villages in France, so it’s got quite a reputation. And we’re also going to be having dinner here later, so we thought we might as well just explore and maybe go and find a little treat. So, we managed to find a little shop to get some snacks to keep us going till dinner. We um only had a very small breakfast again. We only had like a pan of chocolate and some fruit to keep us going. And there’s a cat there. We we were just saying how we haven’t seen many cats and we’ve just seen two cats in one go. There’s this little one just There you go. Just walking past. So, the snacks we managed to get, uh, I got a sandwich that has jambon forage in it. And for those of you that can’t speak French like me, that means ham and cheese. And this is what Hannah got. Okay. I was just looking up what it is. So, it was called Bastel Co. It had like sugar on top, but I think I’ve just Googled it and it’s saying that it’s a traditionally a turnover type pie. So, it looks sweet though. So, maybe it’s like a sweet version of it. I’ll show you. I thought it looked really good. It looks like it’s fried and then it’s got sugar on top. So, Not sure what that is in the middle. Looks like cheese or cream or something. M yum. Oh, it’s cheese, I think. Yum, yum. Oh, also there’s loads of ants by, so I’m trying to like not let the ants eat it. got some local cors honey which received an award in Paris 2025. They looked amazing and I Johnny had to persuade me not to buy loads but this was the last one of this award-winning one. So I was like got to get that. Now we are nice and fueled up to go explore the rest of the town. I don’t think there’s actually much here. Hannah was just reading online that it does have the reputation as being one of the most beautiful towns in France. But it is because of the location and the location is because it overlooks the Gulf of Porto, which is the village we were at yesterday where we went for the boat ride. And I think where we’re having dinner tonight is a very popular um restaurant. So, we’ve got a very specific time to be there because that overlooks the um the viewpoint as well, which looks absolutely fantastic. So, we’re very excited to be there. And I was joking about being able to speak Fr because I Japal uneti franc whereas Hannah can speak grande fr and grande. Yes very Johnny’s dualingo is coming finally coming into practice after years and years of how many day streaks have you got in your duolingo? I haven’t done it for over a year probably. Well, but you had like a six year streak or something of doing dualingo and Johnny could just say um what could you say Johnny? That’s baguettes. He could order some baguettes in the bonerie. But the place that we just went actually to get the food was really really good and they’ve got like loads of local produce and Corska is really well known for producing lots of delicious things. So definitely recommend that and we’ll include it in one of our guides. As Hannah said, I have been practicing my French and it was probably my uh well, I can’t really speak much French. I know a lot of words now, which is really good and very helpful, but when Hannah can speak French, it’s um she does all the heavy lifting in the language department. And um yeah, we’re just walking through to a little park now, I think. And it’s just um it’s very quiet here. There was um the noise just going past them was a guy sitting on a ride on Llama just riding through town, so I don’t know where he’s off to, but um yeah, it’s just the views here are what you would come for. Like the views are absolutely spectacular. And there’s some like houses on the hills which look absolutely incredible. But yeah, it’s just one of those perfect late spring days. So, there aren’t many benches around here. We just found a shaded spot in the park. They’ve got a really cool like basketball uh court and um there’s loads of like birds flying above us. We think we’ve spotted a brown kite or black kite um with lots of other like little birds trying to attack it, I think. So, poor bird. is getting absolutely uh annoyed. And I was just going to mention the Prince biscuits. These are brilliant. If you’re coming to France or Corska, um you have to try them. You like do like a one, two, and then eat it. It’s really really good. Would you have these in your lunch box when you were going to school in France? Yeah, probably. And I’d always come home and eat like a whole pack. They give them in like, you know, like digestives. They’re probably about that sort of size. But the prince biscuit packs, they’re like, you know, like a tennis ball size. Yeah, they’re they’re not grande, but they’re grand. Yeah, they’re very big. So, I would definitely recommend these. These are going to give us a bit more energy to explore the village. So, some of you may or may not know that I actually used to live in France when I was little, and that’s why I can speak French. Not that I’ve worked hard to like learn the language, but I used to live just outside of Paris. And my parents put me into French school, and I was there for like a week where I couldn’t speak any French. Apparently, I was just completely silent. And then after a week, I managed to start speaking French, which is insane. But I must have only been like four or something like that. So, I was very, very young. And kids, when they’re younger, it’s really it’s a lot easier to learn languages. So, I think we should all like try and learn languages when we’re really young because it’s so easy for ourselves to learn. Whereas for Johnny, when he’s learning it a lot older, it’s a lot harder. Um, but yeah, I can’t speak any other languages, just English. And I can say some little phrases of other languages, but that’s about as far as it goes. Yeah, it’s nice to be in French-sp speakaking countries cuz my brain can like switch. Um, once I’m here and I start like practicing it again, it kind of start my I start thinking in French again. But cuz I don’t practice that often, I’m a bit rusty and a bit slow sometimes as well when I’m very tired. So sometimes I do rely on googling things. So this evening we are in Tiana at L Josephine Restaurant and it’s one of the most popular ones in this specific village, especially because of the views and hopefully the food, which we’re about to find out. We’ve just had our drinks arrive and Johnny went with an orangeina which is very very French and very refreshing. We’ve also gone for um cap course with like which is like a port wine she said and it tastes ocean. We went for like they’ve got a white or a red. We went for the white. We got a bottle of water as well and it’s probably about an hour and a bit till sunset. So we’re going to have an amazing view of the sunset and it’s just got a really nice relaxing feel. Our mains have just arrived. And I went with the um giant prawns. It looks like it smells really, really good. And it comes on top of like a bed of noodles and vegetables. And Johnny went for the tornado beef, which also looks really, really good. Comes with potatoes and vegetables. And the sun’s just dropped now, so it’s feeling a lot cooler. And it’s just really, really relaxing. Well, dinner was absolutely delicious. And the view here is absolutely spectacular. So we can see where we went on the boat yesterday. We got the whole of the bay of Porto. So we started off over there and we took a 4-hour boat ride all the way around which was amazing. So, it’s really cool to be able to see it from this perspective and to be able to see all the last little boats coming in for the day for the last boat tours and just getting starting to get that really nice golden glow sunset now.
