Malta in September – Live walk in Valletta 1st September 2025

Okay, here we are guys. We are starting a new month. 1st of September 2025 location Malta. Of course, I’m walking towards Valeta, which I believe it’s your favorite uh area of Malta where you want me to make uh my first of the month videos. So, yes, welcome. And just in case this is your first time bumping into my channel, my name is Alex and I create videos about Malta, showcasing how beautiful this island is and at the same time giving a lot of information for people who would like to move to Malta or tourists who would like to visit Malta for the very first time. Well, you should know me unless you live under a rock. I’m just joking. So, welcome to uh the capital city. I mean, I’m entering in the capital city. First, we are passing next to the Triton Fountain. These videos that I’m creating on the first day of the month are usually done in one go. Unless I need to cut some parts because of music. We all know the copyrights. I’m not going to go much into details. In today’s video, not only that, you’re going to see how beautiful Malta is and what a stunning weather we have in September. But also, you’re going to get a lot of information of events, festas, weather, what type of clothes to get. a lot of information just in case you guys are visiting Malta in the month of September just like this whole family or school whatever it is Triton Fountain it’s in front of us look how beautiful it is and I’m so happy to see that it’s fully operational at night time it’s so beautiful because the lights are on and over the weekend when there is a lot of movement on uh the square it’s really really nice currently It’s 7 minutes past 11 a.m. of course on the 1st of September and I will be publishing this video later on in the afternoon. So you guys can get a real vibe of how Malta is at the moment. Now we started speaking about the weather in Malta. So, I would like to start off with this because I know that it’s the most important thing for many tourists that are planning to visit Malta or some people that are about to move to Malta. Wait, I also want to get a glimpse of this side of the view. Triton Fountain Fenicia Hotel in front of us. Beautiful. So, moving on with the weather. Some people think that uh it’s the end of the season and that we are not going to have a lot of tourists. Some people think that the weather in Malta is going to be uh now more quieter. Oh, wow. Oh, wow. He’s good-looking as well. Nice music. We are not going to get a copyright from this live performance. Fingers crossed. So, as I was saying, sorry, I’m getting distracted because when there is a lot of movement, it’s very easy to get distracted. The weather in Malta, even though some people think that it’s getting cooler because it’s like the end of the summer, definitely no. It’s super super super hot in Malta and the humidity is still uh quite high. In September, we are experiencing weather that can be up to 30° during the day and with the humidity that can feel even more. And at night, the temperature can go down to 25°, which is still quite warm. But when it’s windy and especially if we’re having a north wind, then it’s going to be um it will feel even better. Moving on to the other part of the weather in Malta that one some people really need to know is Hi Marvik, how are you? Sorry. When uh when you walk in the capital, you always meet some people that uh you might know. Wait, I need to get my thumbnail shot. And I think I’m going to do it here. Hold on. Hold on. Okay. If not, I’m going to make another thumbnail. Now, when we are talking about the weather, of course, the rain comes out uh here as a topic as well. Whether it’s raining in Malt in September or no, every year is different, guys. You know, sometimes in September, especially mid to end of September, we might get some rain and it might rain for like two, three days in a row or it might be a rain scattered in different parts of the day, especially in the last two weeks of the month. So, it’s very very different. I cannot specifically say how is one second. It’s getting busier now. My god, the amount of people. Look at that. So, if you still think that you’re going to come over to mountain, it will be yes, less crowded. No, babes. No, no, no, no, no. Okay, so that’s about the rain clothes. As I said, if you are coming over to Malta this time, this this month and with the 30 Hi, sorry I get recognized. 30° on the island, you definitely need to have your t-shirt with you and you don’t need any jackets. Jackets in Malta will start wearing from end of November. I mean Maltis they start wearing from middle of October but uh for everyone else especially coming, no thank you. Would you seen me on Tik Tok? Thank you so much. You’re going to see yourself on my YouTube now. So sweet. Ah, yes. By the way, speaking about this uh the guy just mentioned about Tik Tok. Yes. If you are uh watching me on YouTube, you can also watch me daily live streaming on Tik Tok as well. I make videos either walking around Malta or battling on Tik Tok live. So if anyone is on Tik Tok, Alex in Malta completely same as my YouTube channel. Right now we are going to the other part of September in Malta which is the local festas. If you’re not aware what local festas are in Malta, you can just either Google that or you can check my YouTube channel and write down anything about the festas and the videos that I have created will pop out. basically is a celebration in different parts of the island and this is the final month when we are finishing with the festas in Malta. So if you’re interested to know which festas we have at the beginning of September now we are having the one in Zurim which is the place in Malta where I live and it’s the Santa Katarina. It’s going to happen over this weekend. So if you want to see the uh festa, you can watch that on my Tik Tok live streams. Self-promo. Then we have the one in SMA, which is the feast of St. Gregory the Great. And in Ara as well, I believe that in middle of September, we have the one in Zabar if I’m not mistaken. Wait, shall I continue straight or shall I continue? Yeah, let’s go on this side because I want to change a bit of the scenery now as well. When I do my Valeta walking tour videos, I kind of pass by on the same places where I usually go and uh I don’t want to be repetitive because I know that so many of you guys you always come back on my YouTube channel and you want to see something new. But here we are with Valeta again. So as I was saying in the middle of September we have the one in Zabar and we are finishing the month with the festa in Mara which is at the end of September. So this is all about the uh festas if I’m not mistaken. Correct me in the comment section guys. Is Mara the final one? Look at the train. By the way, speaking about the train, I also have a video of the train ride in Valeta. It’s kind of cute to be honest. It’s really nice. I think it was like half an hour or 40 minutes ride and it takes you around Valeta and it gives you a very nice information about the island. So, yes, you can do that uh ride as well. Okay. So far, we didn’t cut any part of the video. Excellent. I’m happy. That’s actually what So nice to see actually the whole movement. Oh no. And now I think we need to do we need to cut the part of the video because we are having music. One second. You know as soon as I was thinking that we are going to have a full video without any cuts. Unfortunately this is what happened. But it’s all okay. Another music. Hold on. Okay. We can continue now. I also have uh some information to give you about events that are happening uh in Malta over this uh month. We have an uh international air show that is happening at the end of uh September 27th and the 28th and it’s of course at the Malta International Airport. So you can watch it. It’s pretty cool. We have uh end of summer festival in Malta which we still don’t have the dates unfortunately. Oh my god. Wait, something is happening. I’m seeing a lot of people on the other side. Wait, let’s see. Which language is it? Oh, look. Competition. Okay, it’s Spanish. Also, we have the gay pride on the 14th of September in Valeta. I have never attended a pride in Malta to be honest. Not a big fan of it, but maybe I’ll give it a try this year and maybe I’ll change my mind. I don’t know. We’ll see. Tourists, tourists, tourists. You know what I think now? Seeing all of this with the tour guides, maybe I should make a video for you guys. Jesus Christ. Saw me passing and he stopped there. Incredible. Wait, wait. It’s too busy for me at the moment. Oh, wow. Look, savior. He’s waving. So cute to see the world passing by like this. Of course, always when I’m in Valeta, I cannot miss out on taking you guys to the Upper Baraka Gardens. I know you like it. Those that they always watch the videos and those that it’s their first time on my channel. Enjoy. Also, I already mentioned that uh I will make a 3 hours walking tour in Valeta and definitely I’m going to do that this month. So stay tuned on my uh YouTube channel to come uh to see that uh video. Wait, what is this? Time Gun Museum. You know that I never seen this that there is a Tang gun time gun museum here. Oh wow. Multi saluting battery local one. Okay. Maybe we need to give it a try to this as well. I thought I want to go to a spar. Oh, to take a photo. How cute. Also, what do we think about this? The horses and the carriage. Do we approve or no? I think many people will say no now. Okay, here we are inside. We entered in Valeta. We are walking inside Valeta. Jesus Upper Varaka Gardens. Unfortunately, we have some construction going on which is inevitable on this island. Oh, wow. But if you want to see upper baraka gardens without the uh construction work then you can check my other videos that I have of Valeta. And now we are moving to the best part and the best view from Valeta which is towards the three cities. How cute. Hey, maybe I can do this as a as a thumbnail. Wait. Getting up on a bench. Okay. Sorry guys. I was just getting up on a bench so that I can uh take a nice photo for a thumbnail. Still don’t know what the thumbnail is going to be on this video, but anyway. Oh, music, music, music. This is the thing that is driving me nuts when I have to be careful with the music. I had to move from there because of the music, guys. Sorry. But you can see from this side as well. Wow, this side is busy now. Ah, because people like to take photos of the cruise liner. Look at that. Trying to go slow. Perfect. I love this. Okay, I think that uh went really well. We meet again. What are you doing? Filming. You always YouTube. Now we are going up to the final part of uh the video which is giving you some uh interesting information of where to stay if you’re visiting Malta not only in September but all year around. Let me just try to find a good spot. And I hope I’m going to be focused while I’m talking on the video. Let’s see. I can’t. It’s so busy for me. Four people. It’s so busy for me. Okay, fingers crossed we are focused on the video. Guys, whoever is planning to visit Malta, whether it’s now in September or any other uh month of the year and you’re interested to stay somewhere more central, from my side, I can suggest you the waterfront hotel in SMA. It’s the side where overlooking Valeta where I am at the moment. On my YouTube channel you can find a video which is done as a review of the hotel so that you can get a nice information and you can see how exactly it is the experience of staying in the hotel and also if you use their website which is waterfront hotel malta.com and when you book directly through the website there is a part at the end which is called promo code. If you click on it and if you write down Alex in Malta with a capital A, you’re going to get a complimentary sparkling wine inside your room. Possibly you’re going to meet me as well over there. You never know. So this is my suggestion for you guys for whoever is planning to uh visit Malta and is wondering where to stay. Okay. Now, if you ask me why you should stay in SMA, very simple reason. Because it’s a very central location and that part of SM overlooking Valeta, it’s more quiet rather than the other one on a walking m walking distance from the ferry as well. So, you’re not going to make a mistake. I think we can start wrapping up the video today. It’s been uh 18 minutes already of the video. Hope you guys enjoyed it. So, if you did, please make sure to like it down below. Don’t forget to subscribe to my YouTube channel as well. If you do have any comments or if you want any suggestions about Malta, please let me know in the comment section. I would like to know. As well, in the link of this and in the link in the description of this video, you’re going to find the link of my personal guide book that I have created. Find the link in the description. 1. The first time I visited Malta, the Triton fountain was derelict and surrounded by hordings and very sad looking, what a change in the last twelve years or so. I'm booked for the end of this month.

  2. It's super that you go on these walks at the beginning of every month👏 . A few months ago, we were in Malta for the several years in a row, but I already miss those streets. We also visited other countries this summer, but Malta has won our hearts 🥰

  3. 1-09-2025.
If you do a three hour video, go to the school of fine art, on old bakery's street, and do my art, the eternal flame, the WW2 fallen Maltese citizen and bell.

  4. What a lot of Malta proponents don’t make clear to people considering retirement in Malta is that regardless of whether your income is taxed or not, if you take the MRP path (Malta Retirement Plan) you will have to pay $7500 US to Malta each year; $8000 US if you are a couple. To most, this is not a trivial amount.
Thank you for taking the time to make these very enjoyable videos.

  5. You have to try coffee at Lot 61 next to the Suq tal-Belt! Best coffee in Malta! They know what a piccolo latte/cortado is. Something that’s impossible to find anywhere else and sorely missed by people from Melbourne, Australia☕️

  6. I hate it when people just stop for no reason 🤦‍♀️
    Valetta looks beautiful as usual.
Can u do a video on the 3 cities at some point, I don’t think I’ve seen any. That is on our list to visit when we come again to look at areas to live 😊

  7. Hi Alex, watching from LA, CA, USA. Planning on going to Malta early Sept of 2026. How many days do you recommend. Including going to Valletta, Gozo, comino, and visiting Popeye village. Planning in staying in Sliema
