Málaga is located in Andalucía, south of Spain. The “capital of the Costa del Sol,” has an estimate of six million tourists visit the city every year to enjoy the climate, the sea and its beaches. Málaga is also the largest and most populated coastal city in southern Spain.

This marvellous city has two thousand-eight hundred years of history and considered as one of the oldest cities in Europe. A walk by the historic center is a must!

The city of Málaga experienced the greatest civilizations of the Mediterranean, from the Phoenicians and the Greeks to the Romans, due to its strategic location of the port, a significant area along the trade routes since the ancient times.

Málaga Fashion Week 2025

One of the biggest events in Málaga takes place in September – Málaga Fashion Week takes over Calle Larios. For two full evenings as local, Spanish and international fashion design struts its stuff along the longest catwalk in Europe, all 300 metres of it lined with stunning turquoise carpet. This year’s event took place at 8pm last Friday, 19th and Saturday, 20th of September on Calle Larios, at 8pm.
