Phantasialand Epic Guide

If you have plans to visit Germany, well, you’re going to want to stop at Fantasia Land. This park, in my opinion, is one of the most immersive and well- themed parks I’ve ever been to. I mean, seriously, the theming will blow your mind. In this video, we’re going to cover most of the rides and attractions, as well as talk about the three on-site hotels. Before entering this park, you probably won’t see any attractions from the streets as there is a noise and height ordinance that keeps Fantasia Land from building any rides taller than the surrounding structure. But that being said, they do a wonderful job having different rides that go in and out of the structure and really using it to their advantage. When walking up to this park, you’re pretty much looking at this place like, is this a train station or a bus station? But as soon as you walk down the steps through the main entrance, you are greeted with a massive, extravagant double-decker carousel. And man, is it beautiful. It’s noteworthy to mention that all of the hotels have a private entrance into the park. So, if you’re a hotel guest, using one of those entrances can be very useful depending on which ride you’re trying to head to first. I can’t say too much on the Charles Lindberg Hotel, although I’ve had quite a few friends that have stayed there. Unfortunately, I’ve never stayed at this hotel, but I do know that you’re able to walk through the park in the middle of the night, which is pretty cool. When I stayed, there was three of us. So, unfortunately, the rooms can only accommodate two people, but the rooms look really cool. I do want to mention that I have two separate reviews on Hotel Ling Bao as well as Matamba. Both of these places are fantastic. And I have to say that Matamba was a really familyfriendly hotel and it’s a little bit cheaper than Ling Bao, but not much. As far as a pool goes, Ling Bao has a outdoor and indoor pool. So, if that is a must, then you probably want to stay there. Probably my favorite themed area of the park is the Rrookberg. This area is home to Fly, which is one of the best flying coasters in the world. And it interacts with this area of the park so beautifully. In and out of the structure, you don’t know where you’re going. And the themed song for this ride will really hype you up before you get on this coaster. The visuals are incredible, as well as the food and different stuff in this area. It’s easily the best area in the park. I will say this, if you plan on riding Fly, anticipate waiting in long lines. The best time to ride this coaster is as soon as the park opens. We did this and we were able to get on within 45 minutes. When we got off of it, the wait was over 2 hours. The next ride I would head to is Chapas. It is regarded as one of the best log flumes in the world and for good reason. So, make sure you get on this thing because it’s absolutely incredible. I think one of the best things about Fantasia Land has to be the food. Everything from the sandwiches all the way to the incredible chocolate and candy shops that they have. Now, none of it is cheap by any means. You’re going to pay top dollar. you’re paying for an absolutely incredible meal as well as different treats throughout the park. By far, I think they have the best food of any theme park I’ve ever been to. Now, I want to mention that Fantasia Land does offer a fast pass. However, it’s very expensive and you’re basically paying anywhere between 10 to 20 per ride. I believe they offer some kind of discount if you get a 2 for30 euro deal or something of that nature, but I guess it’s dependent on the ride. Now, you can get their more premium one, which still does not include fly. In fact, the only way that you can get a fast pass for fly is if you stay at the Charles Lindberg. Other than that, they are not available for purchase, which is all the more reason to head to fly the very first ride when you get into the park to take children to Fantasia Land. This park offers so much for kids. everything from little rope courses to incredible playground equipment that is like three or four stories high, which is something that me being from the United States was not accustomed to because their playground equipment will literally blow your mind. I mean, it’s basically tied into every single themed area. There’s rope courses in the African themed area, which brings me to my next coaster. you absolutely have to get on Blackmamba. It is an incredible B&M inverted coaster and in my opinion probably one of the best inverted coasters in the world. The amount of structure that you go in and out of as well as the incredible theming make it a worldclass coaster. Now, Fantasia Land is not one of those parks that you can do everything in one day. It is a smaller park. However, there is just so much to do and I highly recommend checking out all of the different shows. And if you really love theme parks, just taking it all in, you’re going to want to spend at least 2 days at Fantasia Land. The best time to get tickets if you plan to go to Fantasia Land over the summer, you can get some great deals in the wintertime around January, February. Their ticket prices are around €30, which is almost unimaginable when you compare that to some of the United States amusement parks and theme parks. And with theming every bit as good as Disney’s, if not better, I don’t think anybody could really argue the price. Now for the best coaster in the park, obviously Tan. In my opinion, this Intimin launch coaster is one of the best in the world. It doesn’t have any inversions, but the speed offering some of the best visuals with that awesome rock wall. It’s an experience like nothing else. And I have to say their staff does a great job getting people on and off the ride quickly. making this not quite as long as Fly. However, it still gets upwards of about an hour wait depending on the day and of course the time. But it is a musto coaster. And while you’re over there, you might as well get on Reich, which is a family vekoma boomerang. And it’s not that thrilling, but of course the theming is incredible, so it’s worth a try. Now, I could go on and on and tell you just how incredible Fantasia Land is, but I really don’t want to spoil this incredible park for anyone. So, I’m going to leave it at that and just tell you that this park is one of the best in the world. And I highly recommend getting out to Fantasia Land in Germany and experiencing this park for yourself. You will literally be blown away at the incredible theming that they have to offer. It is unlike anything else. I’ve been to Disney, Universal. Nothing really compares to Fantasia Land. With that being said, I’d be happy to answer any questions that you may have about Fantasia Land in planning your trip. Be sure to comment below. Let me know your thoughts and if you have any questions. Thanks so much for watching and I hope everybody has a great day. The music, the intensity. Let’s go.
