[Music] Oh, look, more cuteness. Oh my goodness, the shops here are incredible. [Music] [Music] Oh, what we got Here we stop a little street in on Enflur. This street is so called because of the man’s face carved into a beam on the facade of number 27. Oh wow. There’s a painting of the road. Number 27. Let’s go have a look for that. Uh this is a reminder of the important role played by the port of Enflur in the triangular slave trade. Eugene Boddan rented a house near the municipal museum when which now bears his name. It was here in 1859 that Charles Bodair was shown the famous studies in pastel of the skies of the estie many of which can be seen in the museum. This house on the corner of Ruvarin was often painted by artists such as Adolf Felix Cal and Alexander Duborg who love meeting the fishermen and their families who gathered here. The Rue Deom Dwis becomes Rue Alance Alle which in turn joins the impass in Newborg where Madame Orick the mother of Charles Border had a house no longer in existence. Well, that was a bit of a mouthful for me because I’m not I can barely struggle by English, never mind French. But let’s have a look at number 27. This is the road we’re on. Another little pretty one. Back streets of On Flur with these medieval timbered houses. Normandy is very pretty, I must say. There was a fun little dog coming. Let’s have a look at it. and petty Shen there. Little dog. Cute. Now, let’s keep our peepers build for number 27 before there is a man’s face carved. And I wouldn’t want to miss that. This is lovely. The Celier de Aayana. Oh, it’s a bit like Joanna Jeff who is obviously missing from this holiday because she’s not here mostly. But this is beautiful artist residence. Gorgeous. Let’s keep going. Looking for number 27 here, folks. Keep those peepers peeled. Must say I’m having the most French time of my life. I’ve been to France many, many, many times. It’s mostly to the south, but this is my first visit to Normandy and I’m I am loving it. Absolutely loving it. So much to see and do. We do have a car on this holiday, but um in Doville where we’re staying, we’re right by the train station, so getting the train to this area is possible. Loving the cobbles. Absolutely gorgeous. Marian Twinette there. This handsome devil. Hello. More antique deliciousness and slightly gordy lions, but why not? Hello. Bonjour. Some more. Lovely. This is number 27. Can’t see her face carved into it. Very lovely though. There are some faces carved up there. Oh, hold on. Hold on, hold on. There’s a face. I think that must be it. 27. Must be this whole block. And um because it’s made of wood um the bell tower for the church is just here. And I’ve just been into the bell tower uh building. So I’ll just scroll up there. So, the church and the bell tower, um, despite being all part of St. Catherine’s Church, um, are actually in separate buildings because they’re all wooden. Oh my goodness, Normandy. It’s so stunning here. I can’t recommend it highly enough. I’m having a great time. The market here is on Saturday. It’s Friday today. I don’t know if we’ll be able to get here for tomorrow.
