my name is Je CL Bernard and I’m the owners and the CEO of uh the family company in which I spend all my time Pati and life name Hotel SE and the spa Mar B holistic spa Mar B important words uh we are located in burgundy in the earth of the wine capital of burgundy the name of the city is bone and this is the place where epicurian um Love and dream to come to enjoy the fine burgundy wines the food and all what could makes a very gentle but qualitative ints and we welcome people from all around the world including Indian um wine lovers so you know coming in hotel and holistic spam B is to be prepared to have amazing experience first we are located in the C capital of the wine burgundy our buildings are from the 16th century we have three Courtyard from the 16th century all our rooms are totally different we created also some rooms in the on studio with ket for the cist to want to be merge in the Indian spirit because the decoration will be for this unit uh in the Indian atmosphere uh for the other one it will be all different but you will find a a French style the so it’s each room is an experience is a journey like this after that we have a unique wine seller we have more than 1,200 different wines from burgundy uh among the all where the wine lovers can drain so we have four uh wine testing seller in which we can organize in the Privacy uh amazing experiences we have um um vegetarian restaurant but also a gastronomic restaurant in the hotel we have our quite amazing 1,000 square M Spa we provide the limousine service we provide the electric bikes we provide the Boogie to go in the vineard with a picnic we can set up for them and more of that uh we are a family un hotel that means I’m the winners of the hotel but the CEO I’m there each day and my staff is trained to take care of our guest and we provide an amazing consor uh service to let our guest up the real experience they may expect or maybe more than what they can expect the spa is something quite unique um Europe or maybe more because we combine 1,000 square meters totally dedicated to the holistic approach of the wellness and well-being and uh my personal experience and conviction about the benefit of Aura um invite me to uh create an AIC Center in our spa and actually we are uh totally um ready to to welcome um curist coming in burgundy for the detox so it could be a paradox but finally not so and uh we created something very uh authentic I have three ayurvedic medine from um India I have six uh therapist from India as well we have the nutritionist we have the yoga teacher and we open a vegetarian ayurvedic restaurant to please the curist we have but also the locals so I had the opportunity to travel few times in India of course when I was on the way to create and the concept of my ayurvedic Center but I have also some very good friends who are epicurian and one lers from India and uh we can say that for me the Indian market is on the two side that means for the Jolin talks for the wine lovers from India so even if it’s a niche market uh the niche market and the scale of your country means enough for the capacity of my hotel and it is a wonderful experience to share the burgundy I love and the wines I love uh with epicurian from India and the other side is that of course uh when we welcome some Indian guests in the hotel for a nistic stay they will be very very pleased to have the opportunity to enjoy the aura the because they have time for that maybe more than when they are in their busy live uh in India it’s what I can do when I’m traveling sometimes I can take some times to take care of me when I’m on the spot even if I have everything under the hand I don’t take times to do that and um we can see that the um Indian Travelers are very happy to know that they will have the possibility to have some vegetarian food um even if they are coming to enjoy the mishan restaurant with the nice food and things like this so the combination of that let all my guest to have the choice between what they want if they want to be a little bit more in the excess they know that they can have some recovering uh or they can to enjoy uh the detox cure but finally they are in burgundy so why not a good glass of pinoa uh of burgundy wines uh even in the in the in the [Music] Cure [Music]
