[Music] The Episcopal Palace or Bishop’s Palace is across the square from Vto Cathedral. Home to the Bishop of F from the late 16th century, this building houses many fine examples of Azo [Music] tile. The look on this chart’s face is priceless. Multiple gallery rooms showcase tile murals, statues, and relics. Adult admission is €2, or was, it may be €250 now. Portraits of various bishops through the centuries are also on [Music] display. Plan to spend maybe 30 to 45 minutes here. When we visited, the cathedral had many visitors while the bishop’s palace was basically empty. The Episcopal Palace is open from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. If you’re planning to explore FTO Portugal, the Episcopal Palace is worth considering.
