What the? No [ __ ] way. Help. Uh, right here outside the tower at night, they can hear that. Sometimes they’ll come out here, they’ll hear somebody screaming, and there’s nobody there. Okay, folks. We’re going down. We’re deep in the hearts forest. We’re going down in a strange basement. [Music] Okay, folks. Good morning. This morning I’m here with David and we are in Quedinsburg, Germany. It was the first capital of Germany ever. Also the first king of Germany was here in Qualinsburg back in the 900s. We today are here because we’re on the trail of the witch trials. Quaidlinburgg is listed on a Guinness World Records.com as it’s a horrible record. The most witches killed in one day. 133 witches killed in 1589 and then many more across time which uh Salem Pels in comparison and it’s 100 years prior to Salem Massachusetts and the witch trials there. So, we’re in the Harts Mountains, which is known for witches and witchcraft and sorcery. And it was very common for people to be accused of witchcraft in Quinsburg. here which is so amazing is that it’s one of the most wellpreserved medieval cities in the world in all of Europe. And the reason for that is it wasn’t bombed during World War II. It wasn’t attacked during World War I. It was behind the lines uh the Iron Curtain rather. This is e this was the DVR East Germany and during that time the Russians ignored this town. So all the buildings and from the middle ages are still here. It’s pretty incredible. And I’m going to show you as much as that as I can this morning. The reason why David and I are here though is because we’re because of the witch trials. So, we’re going to spend a little time in the town. I’m going to show you a bit of the buildings and some of the symbols they have to ward off evil and sorcerers and witches and so on. This was very a very superstitious place to live because in the mountains there were Germanian tribes, there were barbarians and so they saw them as evil people and they wanted to kill them. It was really a horrible time. But not only them, but they used that excuse of going after those pagans, those uncchristian-like people. They went after them, but then they started going after their own. Like the church wanted land or a neighbor didn’t like a neighbor, you know, and they would accuse each other of witchcraft. And it was horrible, horrible time. So, this is a beautiful church behind me right here. And like I said, what’s so incredible about it is because it was behind the Iron Curtain, a lot of it is preserved simply because the town was ignored the entire time it was part of East Germany. And many of the buildings were though falling apart because there was no maintenance. And since they could not afford to rebuild, they had to keep what they had. And that’s why there are so many ancient buildings in this town. And it is so, dude, it’s so beautiful. We’re here early in the morning. Such a beautiful little town. So thankful for small miracles. Well, that’s a big miracle. It’s kind of interesting that we have the Soviets to think for maintaining this town by ignoring it when it was behind the iron curtain. I mean, just look at this. So if you ever come to Germany, highly highly recommended recommend visiting Quinsburg. It is so beautiful. So incredible. All these halftimbered houses. You know what’s also cool about this location and where we’re about to go in the mountains in the hearts mountains uh the brothers grim they base their they came here and they base their story Snow White and the seven dwarfs about the silver mining that’s here in the mountains that we’re headed to Next. Pretty interesting. A lot of the stories from the brother’s grim are from the Harts Mountains. This is just so incredible. What surprises me about this town, what a lot of people don’t know is that Himmler from the Nazi regime spent a lot of time here. The Nazis crafted their life after King Henry, the first king of Germany that came from Quaidensburg. Here’s the street sign here. Says hula in English. That’s hell. So, the name of the street is hell. And then if you look at this building over here, David, look at the the word the lettering up there. So, this up here is all protections from evil here. just I don’t know if the GoPro can pick up the the lettering and the pentagrams, but all across the building there, the front, it’s to protect from evil. Even though the name of the street is hell, it’s really pretty amazing. And I want to show you another from medieval times. This is not de I want to show you this is not decoration. This is from medieval times. The crow. Believe that’s a crow. And it says Hell’s Alley 1215. So that dates all the way back to the 13th century. So, as I just showed you, we are on Hills Alley, and this alley dates all the way back to the 13th century. It’s all cobblestones, and the buildings are ancient. And this is where this is part of the inner city back then, the inner town. It wasn’t as big as it is now. So, we’re on the original streets, and it’s just mind-blowing what we’re finding here. I just showed, but I’m I’m changed cameras so I can zoom in on it to give you the best possible picture. So, you see that crow? Now, I’m going to go to the other side. And there’s just symbols everywhere against evil. And David’s trying to open up somebody’s house. So look, you don’t want to go to hell, David. Not really. So look here, this crow and this dates and look at the date even more importantly, 1215, the 13th century. It’s just absolutely incredible. Sorry, the Panasonic has a bit of shaky camera. And if you look at all these buildings here, you can see the pentagrams for protection and they’re literally everywhere. You absolutely positively [Music] did not want to be accused of witchcraft in Quainsburg. If you were accused of witchcraft, you were dead. Where I’m taking you now, David and I are going to the real Tower of Terror. This is no Disneyland ride. This is the real deal. What is here in Quedinsburg called the Tower of Terror or the Shrekens tomb, if I said that right, is where they killed the people that were accused of witchcraft. So, we’re going to take you to the tower now. You can already see it right here. And in 1589, which is only one event, but in 1589, they killed 100 and 33 people accused of witchcraft right here. So, look at this. This is the tower. So, it was often frequented by priests because they would torture the witches or the people accused of witchcraft. I hesitate to call them witches. I hesitate to call them witches because it’s not really fair. They weren’t witches. They were just accused of witchcraft for whatever reasons. Usually to become land that to steal their land or their homes or whatever belongings they had or if neighbors accuse them. But 133 one day is an insane amount. But the number over the years dwarfs that. And it was right here. And they committed torture right inside this building here. Yeah. So here’s David coming up. So, David, I was talking to one of the people that uh live here and she’s telling me still to this day they can hear people outside the tower screaming. Uh people hum actually and help uh right here outside the tower at night. They can hear that. Sometimes they’ll come out here, they’ll hear somebody screaming and there’s nobody there. It’s insane. Yes. So, this is where they killed all the witches and inside they held them for torture. Let me tell you folks, the torture that they did with these witches was beyond imagination. Imagine the worst torture you can imagine. Tongues were taken out, limbs were cut off, organs were removed while people were kept alive. I don’t know how that was possible or how they did it, but they did it. They castrated men. They I mean, it was horrible, horrible things that they did to get confessions because the thing was back then the church would not allow you to kill somebody of witchcraft without a confession. So in order to get that confession any means necessary. So all 133 of those people convicted of witchcraft and killed right here in that single day were first put to torture inside that tower. Imagine that the witchcraft people were killed for centuries and it went from here in the Harts mountains in Germany to Holland and to the finally to this new world. But what happened in Quaillessburg over the years is just unfathomable. It’s unimaginable. So sad. So very very sad. [Music] [Music] So David and I are up on the Ramberg. What that means is we’re in the hearts forest at the top of the mountain. It took a while to get up here, let me tell you. I don’t even want to talk about that. But we’re up here at the top of the mountain and we’re heading to what’s called the Devil’s Mill. What that is is a group of stones that are set on top of each other that in the Middle Ages they believe the devil had that commissioned. Nowadays, some people believe it was aliens. But the reason why I started talking now as we’re walking there, we haven’t gotten there yet. We just left Quadisburg where all the witches or accused witches were killed back in the Middle Ages. So, as we were walking here, we weren’t filming or anything. We were just heading there because it’s a long hike. Right back here in the forest as we were walking by, we heard women laughing, laughter. Now, what they say up in this forest back in those days, and I believe it was pagans, but back then they called them witches were up here having uh, you know, ceremonies, dancing around stones, and they called them witches, and those that they captured, they killed. And we just walked by this area, and we heard female laughter, and no one was there. It was really weird. I wish I had been filming. I don’t know what that was. I don’t think it it wasn’t the wind. It was too clear, but there was nobody there. Really strange. So, we’re heading right now. We’re continue to walk through the forest and uh we’ll save on battery cuz it’s quite a hike. [Music] Look at this. You know, you can go with the myth or you can go with that it’s aliens or that it’s completely natural. I get all the theories, but when you’re up close to it and you look at it, it really it’s stone upon stone. Maybe it is natural. I’ve seen some weird things out in the German forest. We have the rim pod on. We have two balls turned on. As I’ve explained before, they have to be touched. It is windy here. And you see that it’s not turning on the balls. It takes more than just wind. It’s also not affecting the rim pod. Okay. So I had set these here and both the balls are on and the rim pod was going over there. We weren’t getting any we weren’t getting anything. Huh? Okay. You saw the rim pod lit up the balls, but something really weird happened in the meantime. and he just mentioned to me how weird it was. A lady actually came up here. She was wearing a red jacket. Very normal. We don’t know how. We didn’t see where she came from. Just out of nowhere. And then now she’s gone and we don’t know where she was. So that was pretty weird, wasn’t it? Yes. Like where did she come from? And I mean it was and out here in the middle of the forest all alone. You think she was a witch? It was really creepy. I think I think uh maybe she is. Well, she came out of the middle of nowhere. I know, right? Where did she go? Now she’s away. Man, I’m telling you, this is this is the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to me anywhere. I mean, totally human everything. Uh, as far as we could tell, and I believe it, but where she went, she was just here. I couldn’t film her, of course. Uh, but in all seriousness, is is she completely gone? Is she? No way, folks. We are not messing with you. We kid you not. There was a woman out here just no less than a minute ago. But there is said that apparitions are seen up here. Women usually in groups dancing, but mostly where we’re going to go after this is a a hunter’s lodge that was in the forest in the 1800s that is nothing but ruins now. But it says it was cursed by the people that were slaughtered here. And I’m starting to wonder if we actually saw one of the apparitions, but she looked full-blooded human. I mean, she did not seem like an apparition at all. I mean, I saw the lady in white when I was a kid, which we called the miss lady, but that was not an apparition. That was a full-blooded human being. And we have no clue where she went. And David, I I was just getting nervous there. David’s right over there. But she is gone. Oh, wow. The rim pod’s going. It lit up. Did you hear it? Yeah, it lit up just a moment ago. They believe the devil had devil built this. And look those stones at the top. You really have to wonder. I can see now like that is a boulder at the very top. So, how did it get up there? So far, no EMF. But if there were sacrifices on here, it’s more than likely they were done at the top. So, I’m going to try and get up there. Okay, dude. I’m starting to believe that this is not natural. Look how flat that is. Some of these are really almost like steps. Okay, I’m starting to doubt how natural they say this is. Wow, look at that. Incredible. So, probably should not do this. Look at that. I am such an idiot for being up here. And the holes there are deliberate. So, I’m thinking this is where they did the sacrifices. If sacrifices were done, it was here. Just really I haven’t gotten any EMF hits at all up here. That’s pretty interesting. No EMF hits or anything like that here. But now I got to figure out how to get back down. And that’s a little bit going to take a little bit of work. I’ll show you. But you can tell right there, those holes are man-made. The split in the rock is clearly man-made. And if they put the stones up here like this, that took a lot of work. Which this is starting to remind me. Oh, there’s also letters in here. But this is starting to remind me of the grave grave chambers that I filmed in Holland. Wow. And look how Okay, I’m going to step back here. How straight lines right there. Again, I’m not saying this is not natural, but I’m saying it’s not natural to me. And how they got those stones up there is just wild. And some theorize also, not just aliens, but that giants did this. So now we’re looking for the cursed hunting lodge, which is really, really weird thinking it’s a cursed hunting lodge. There was a hotel, a vacation home, restaurant, but it’s really odd. It’s like really in the forest. There’s no street up here, so it’s really weird. [Music] We’re now at the cursed hunting lodge that has been completely abandoned here in the hearts forest. Believe it or not, this was built for a prince. Wow. We’re out here and the stories about this place are incredible. And they say people can still be heard up here. And we did hear females laughing as we walked up here today. But there’s so many buildings. It’s all abandoned. It’s almost like being in a small village out here in the forest. Wow. So this is behind the iron curtain. But over the years there were many mysterious deaths. But in 1946, the last recorded incident that happened up here before it was abandoned was the Soviets, Soviet soldiers came up here. They stabbed the owner in the back. I mean, literally with a knife, not just figuratively. They stabbed him in the back. They stole all that he had on him. They stole everything staying in the vacation hotel. Um, they stole from everybody. I don’t know how many people were killed. I have no idea what what all occurred. There’s very little information that I can find on it, but over the centuries that this was here, and it doesn’t look some of these buildings do not look centuries old, but I’m sure we’re going to find what are. So, over the centuries, there’s been really weird deaths out here. And it’s supposed to be cursed by those that were killed as witches here in the Hearts Forest. like it’s revenge. And so it makes sense because we’re next to where those stones are. And maybe the stones that are stacked on top of each other, maybe that area is sacred ground. That was really, really spooky just now. I could have sworn I just saw somebody in there. Wow, it’s windy and spooky. chair. Hello. Turn the EMF back on. At least that time for sure. I know that was David. The place is so run down that I don’t even know where I should even think about doing any kind of Okay, I’m going to go in here. Along the way, we encountered a strange woman deep in the forest who left us unsettled (was she a witch?), and later entered an abandoned hunter’s lodge haunted by its violent past of robbery and murder behind the iron curtain. What followed was intense paranormal activity, chilling witch lore, and unexplained encounters that made this one of our scariest investigations yet.
