Oh, hello and welcome to another adventure with the with She’s here. Here you go. We’re going on a travel day today. Where we going? Southampton. Why are we going to Southampton? For an adventure. Oh, an adventure. And you’re going to come along with us, aren’t they? Yes. So, today is travel day. We’re going down to Southampton. And tomorrow is Embarian day on the Disney Fantasy. And it’s the last sailing before dry dock. So, we’re going on a seven night cruise on the western is it western European cruise for seven nights. Ash doesn’t know where he’s going. No. No. Spain. It’s basically the ghost of Spain. So, uh we’ll see you on the road. [Music] Well, that was a nice quick two lanes to stay the right M3. Check in on the guys. There’s me. There’s the also. There you go. Excited,000 ft. Always excited. So, next time we’ll check in is what we keep. [Music] Woo! Heat! [Music] [Music] Right. So, I’m just coming out the lift and we’ve got room 106. I’m just going to spin you around the eye punch. So, you get your card. Make sure you keep it away from a mobile phone. Obviously, it wipes it. So, 106. There you go. This room comes with two adults. No, it doesn’t. It comes with two adults. I’m not an adult. She’s a child. Okay. Anyway, so you walk through the door. This is a free bed. Uh on the left, right, I’m no idea where I am. So on the right you have switches. What’s the left? Is it the left? Hang on. Let me go to grass. On the right you have switches. Uh you also have a bathroom. Is it a bathroom? Oh no. It’s a toilet. You see today toilet. There you go. You have also have a thermostat. Is that what it is? Yes. And also you have shaving sockets. Dry it, smash it, wash it. Oh, and you have a nigel. Three cups in a sink. Doesn’t have a bath. It’s a shower. So that’s your shower head. There you go. You also get your smash it, wash it. Also, it’s a what would you say this is? Smoked smoked glass door. Smoked glass door. Privacy glass. Yeah. So, that’s your shower. It’s perfect for one night. This room comes with an olive. Oh, well, we’ve got an olive. Oh, olives come as well. There you go. So, like I said, it’s a double bed. You get two singles and a bunk. Three towels, one each. A mother-in-law. Hey, a me on the top. A bunk again. If you watched our previous vlogs, you’ll know how I struggled to get up there. Now I have a bad bag. Struggle even more. Help us save water and electricity. No idea what that’s for. Do the light switches work, do you know? I hope so. Yay. or one of them anyway. Yay. There you go. Oh, what’s that? Oh, it’s a little shelf. Put your specs on, of course. Uh, you also get a television wardrobe, two plug sockets just there, a remote control, a window, a TGI Fridays, and a McDonald’s all at the back this time. and an IKEA and Wesky shopping center over there. There’s also hangers. And then like I says, I don’t know if you can see it. The Bed for me. So there you go. Easy peasy. Lemon squeezy in a bit cheaper than what I thought as well. So we’ve got parking and he only charged me £54. So I’m going to go with that. Right guys, so as I forgot to press record, I’m going to give you a tour of how to get to the hotel. See you with a bit guys. Toodles. Toodles. So I think the last time we came we was in 103 and I think we’ve also been in 101. So you have a lift and then you also have your stairs. So, I’m going to go down the stairs and I’ll come back up the lift. So, not too bad. It’s only one flight, right? So, to exit, there you go. So this is reception and then also you have the dining and bar area. Now if you remember from my previous vlogs, you get breakfast here in the morning. Yeah, breakfast. And that’s big car park. And I think we sat there last time. Not quite sure. So, like I said, I’m just going to go and take you down to the the roadside and then I think I should probably just uh walk back in if that makes any sense. Because like I say, I didn’t press the uh record button as we was in the car. So, just wanted to give you a show as we walked as we came around in the car. Yep. So, catch you in two seconds. Right guys, so just picture me and think of me as a car. So, I’m just coming down this road here and then on the opposite side is the hotels. So, I’m just spin you around. So, there you go. So, there you have the Nov hotel, the Ibis hotel, and then the IBIS budget hotel. Now we usually come on a train uh from Southland Center which is just down just down over there this passageway and the train station is there. So it’s like a 5minute walk. Like I said if you watch my previous vlogs then you’d know how to get here. But we thought we’d try and come in the car this time. So we always stay at the IB budget cheap and cheerful just for the night as we spend enough on the cruise. So, it was £10 per night for parking in the hotel and that and then we’ve got the ABP parking in the morning. So, you can actually cut through that way if you want. But, I’m going to take you this way cuz I’m still picturing myself as being in a car because silly me didn’t press record. Oh, and my first one. Happy days. There you go. There’s a lot of advertisement for the the Ambassador Cruise Line. Um that’s another cruise line that’s sailing out of Southampton now and it’s actually going to be on channel 5 for the 29th of September. So if you want to check out that cruise line. So like I say, we’re coming down to the lights. You’ve got IKEA in front of us. And then if you take a left, easy peasy, spin you around that way. So if you take a left from that way onto Harvard Parade, then you have a McDonald’s. There you go. McDonald’s just over there. So you can either have a breakfast in the hotel which is more of a continental breakfast or you just whip out and go for a mackis in the morning before imbarcation. So like I said over there is IKEA and then just behind it you have West Key a shopping center where they have a lot of dining options. And also tonight we’ll be dining at TGI Fridays. I might bring you along with us depending. I’m just going to show you the menu. So this is the menu. Oh, and they’re starting for Christmas already. So TGI Fridays, like I says, we’re in there this evening. You can book it online as always. And then this is the back of the hotel just there. There is some uh dining uh restaurants still open in West Key this evening. Um I think there’s Nandos and somebody else and Wagam. But uh cuz it’s close to the hotel, we just thought we’d do GG Friday riders again cuz it’s nice. It’s not too bad. And that’s so like I says DJI Fly just there and then in front I don’t know whether they’re waving out the window but we’re first floor and you just cross over here McDonald’s see it. The Ibis is £239 if you book the night. The Ibis is, but I booked mine a year ago. So, if you book well in advance, you get a good deal. So, like I say, they’ve got the charging points for electric cars. We’re looking for location. It’s Southampton Central. and that. So, it only took a few minutes. There you go. Right. Just think as if we’ve just got the cases out of the car. And now we’re just going to go in to an automatic door. There you go. And we’re back in the room again. Like I says, they have the lift. So, I’m just going to swipe my card if I can get it out the back of my pocket. There you go. Well, that was quick and easy, wasn’t it? Going up. There you go. And what for would you like, sir? Oh, top of the shop. Okay, there you go. We also offer a laundry service if you’re interested in that. And then have a drinks menu. Doors opening. Uh, thank you. Bye-bye. There you go. And we’re back on the floor. It’s time for tea. So, we might even give you a bit of a sneaky peek of what we’re going to have at TTI Fridays. Just waiting for the lift. The ladies are there. You’d think they’d take the stairs when you get ready for the cruise, even though it’s only just one floor. Oh, and just before I forget, uh, this is the DJI. Really getting used to it now. Happy days. Oh, you love that, don’t you? Ground. Oh, that’s good. Quick doors opening and Nigel reversing. Nigel reversing. Have to beep when you go back. Also, did I mention they have some uh alcoholic drinks and beverages and some soft drinks you can buy? Right. So, like I says, it’s just around the corner. If you didn’t know, Diana has left Olive in the hotel. I know. Is he leaving the olive? Hey, full breakfast in the morning. McDonald’s. I was going to say happy meals, but it’s happy days. There you go. So, Olive’s in the window over there. I don’t know if you can see it. Here we come. GGI. Oh, it’s not very busy. Wow. Oh, it’s usually busier than this when we came last time. Oh, let’s get ready for Christmas. You go. It’s quite busy there. Um, oh, it’s quite busy this end. Wow. I thought it was quiet. Somebody’s birthday celebrating you. Happy birthday dear somebody. Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday. It was We usually go We usually go over there where the windows are, but I thought there was nobody in there, which is quite funny. So, we’ve ate here before. quite a few times when we get the Disney cruise. So, they’re now going to study the menu for the next half an hour. Right. So, as I was saying, it take them half an hour to even choose a drink. So, anyway, here’s the menu. See if I can open it for you. Yeah, we’ve done it. Should be able to get these menus on the line as well if that helps. But feel free to um pause anything if you think you fancy doublesided. So you got like your hot wheels. That’s straight in front. You got wheels and also decided favorites. [Music] Also apparently on the back page they do some offers. So you can get a two course just 1965 which is not bad really is it compared to the meals like 20 odd pound each. So uh have you chose your drink yet? Yeah. Oh have you have you really see that told you told you it was less than an hour? So, I’m just showing here [Music]

We are setting sail from southampton on the Disney FANTASY for a 7 night Western Europe cruise.

This is the last sailing for 2025 before the Disney FANTASY heads to dry dock for
a re-fit and changers on the ship before it sails back to Port Canaveral in Florida.
