The Millennials Shibuya Review #solotravel #travel
This is my review of the Millennials in Japan. So, when I was traveling by myself, I was in Kyoto in Tokyo as a female solo traveler. So, I also did the mix and the female dorms. It was a lot more spacious than I thought and they have the option for a projector to watch like movies. Bathroom is shared, but it wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be because you also get your own private shower rooms, which was nice, especially if you had like a mixed dorm situation. The toilet stalls were always super duper clean. They have people that come in and clean them. And also the lounge space is really cool. They have a beer hour for social gatherings, so you can meet other solo travelers, which is really nice. And the kitchen’s fully equipped, so you can make any food that you would like if you’re trying to save some money on your trip. And for those that work from home or remotely, they also have co-working space on a separate floor. So if you need quiet time, you could have it. Follow me for more travel tips. Bye.

👩💻I booked trip initially through the HostelWorld app which made things easier. When I booked my stay in Kyoto I used the millenials website. They offer a free membership sign up that gets you discount on your nightly stays!
📍Both locations (Tokyo and Kyoto) are located in convenient spots. The Tokyo location is literally a FIVE minute walk from the famous Shibuya scramble crossing!
👫I stayed in both style of mixed and female only dorms. I felt safe in both set ups and they have cameras on every floor. The female only dorm has a key card that can ONLY be accessed by women who live in that designated area.
They also offer breakfast packages if you need!
