Tokyo DisneySea 2025: Quick Guide & Tour for First Timers in 15 Minutes! 4K

We’re now at DisneySea. Hey everyone, welcome to Tokyo DisneySea. This is hands down one of the most beautiful designed Disney parks in the world packed with adventure, mystery and some of the best rides. The park is divided into eight themed areas each with its own unique atmosphere and attraction. Today, I’m taking you on a full tour and sharing my experience on some of the incredible rides you’ve got to try. Let’s get started. Good morning everyone. Right now it’s 09:15 local time and we just got into DisneySea. It’s so crowded. Look. It’s so crazy. We got here at 07:30 and we queued and we’re able to get into Fantasy City Springs. So once we sprinted into the DisneySea, we literally just went on our app and got our passes and we’re very very excited. Right now it’s 09:16 and it’s filled with people already. Right as you enter, you’ll find yourself in Mediterranean Harbour, the first of the eight lands. This area feels like stepping into a European coastal town complete with gondola rides and stunning views of Mount Prometheus. It’s also where you see the nighttime show, Believe Sea of Dreams. While there aren’t many major rides here, it’s a great spot for shopping, dining, getting on the gondola and just taking in the atmosphere before heading deeper into the park. Oh yes, Hotel Mira Costa, the In Park Hotel is also located here. Now walking straight through to the left side of the park is the American waterfront area. The American waterfront in Tokyo DisneySea recreates early twentieth century America with ships, docks, and nostalgic New York vibes and Cape Cod charm. Definitely head in front of the ship for some photos. At American Waterfront, you can find the Restaurant Sakura, which you will need to book a time slot on the app for dining. You can also find a gift shop dedicated to selling Duffy and Friends merch. If you’re unfamiliar with them, they’re basically the park’s mascot. What I’ve noticed is Stella Liu seems to be the most popular character in Japan with some special merch that only features her. There’s also some special merch on Duffy and Friends that celebrate the New Year’s too. There’s a lot of popular ride here like the Turtle Talk, Toy Story Mania and Tower of Terror, which all have very long waiting time. We’ve only had time to go on Tower Of Terror which is one of my favorite rides. It’s about the mysterious disappearance of its owner and the theme is like a hotel in New York City. There’s also a seasonal special version during specified time so do check out the official website for updates. It’s absolutely thrilling There’s also some gacha specials at the store located in Tower Of Terror. Do check that out and bring one home. I’m gonna Yes. Not so well for this. They’re so cute and they do show up around the area. Oh, wow. That’s so cool. There’s all these ducks here and they are alive real ducks. That’s crazy. There’s also a small village called Cape Cod on the far end of American Waterfront. Here you can find a statue of Mickey dressed in a sailor suit. Also, this is a cozy quaint village with a shop selling exclusive Duffy and Friends merch. I couldn’t resist and got myself a Linabelle’s hat to keep me warm. So cute. Interesting. We are by the sea. The sea is right next to us. Didn’t know that. Just realized that we’re actually close to the sea so it makes sense to have Disney sea here. Next up, we’re heading into Port Discovery, which feels like a high-tech marina from the future. I didn’t get a chance to ride anything here this time but Okotopia is a fun little water ride and Nemo and Friends Sea Rider is great for families. Now we’re stepping into the mysterious island, one of the most iconic areas in the park. This land is built inside Mount Prometheus and the theme of this island is on the eccentric genius Captain Nemo’s secret base. That is a mix of nostalgic marine scientific exploration. In this location, you will also be able to find some Baymax merch at the gift store. The first ride I tried here was Journey to the Center of the Earth. A breathtaking dark ride that takes you deep underground before launching you into an epic finale with a sudden drop. Definitely a must ride. I also rode the 2,000 leagues under the sea. Another dark ride where you board a submarine and explore the eerie ocean depths. It’s not a thrill ride but the atmosphere and storytelling make it a really cool experience. Next up we have Mermaid Lagoon which brings the little mermaids world to life. This area is mostly indoors and has a dreamy under the sea theme based on the Triton’s Castle. While I didn’t go on any rides here this time, it’s a great spot for families with lots of smaller attractions, shopping, and range of food to choose from. It’s also a great place to snap some pictures like this. Now we’re in Lost River Delta, home to some of the more intense rides in the park. I rode Raging Spirits which is Disney Sea’s only looping roller coaster that goes three sixty degrees. It’s a short ride but it’s got some solid thrills. I feel like we’ve been walking so much today. We’ve been walking around the whole park going to Fantasy Springs and now rushing here to Raging Spirits. So we’re so excited. This is under the fortieth pass. So this is a free pass actually that get us a fast pass. You can see here just next to me all the people that is waiting while we whiz right through. This area is also where you’ll find Indiana Jones Adventure, which is another really favorite popular ride for adrenaline seekers. Both of these rides in this area are very popular, so be prepared for a long wait or get in the park early to bid for the standby passes. Walking further in, we find ourselves in Arabian Coast that is inspired by the world of Aladdin. There’s four rides in this location: Caravan Carousel, Jasmine’s Flying Carpet, Sinbad’s Storybook Voyage, and the Magic Lamp Theatre. The main attraction here is Sinbad’s Storybook Voyage. We didn’t expect it to be a ten minute long ride. Similar to the Little Small World concept and Disneyland, it’s a beautifully crafted boat ride with an incredible soundtrack, Compass of Your Heart, that narrates Sinbad’s journey to adventure. There’s quite a lot of photo spots here as well. As we were walking around the area, we also met Daisy Duck wearing an Arabian outfit. It was so cute. We’ve also had our dinner here at the Casbah Food Court where you can get different curry rice options. I ordered a curry sampler with tandoori chicken, beef, and shrimp curry, and a special seasonal dessert, the kinako mousse with New Year’s special souvenir cup. See if the curry is different from the shrimp one and the beef one. I think the beef one is a little bit spicy and more savory. I also got a lamb right here as well. There’s a lot of carbs. Normal tasting chicken. Nothing really special, but it’s nice. It’s a good meal for when you’re feeling hungry and when you’re just done with many rides or walking a lot, it’s a good meal. I think this one is also a good meal for those who can handle a bit of spice. It is on the spiciest side, I would say. It’s spicier than Japanese normal curry. Now I’m going to try the kinako ruse with milk jelly. So this is the one that came with a cup or you can add on another 650 yen for the souvenir cup. It’s so clean. So I’m going to try this now to see if it’s nice. Kinako powder quite sweet. It’s got a cream. And then underneath the cream, there’s some some milk jelly. So look like this. There’s a few layers. It’s on the sweeter side but it’s got a nutty taste to it because of the peanuts. You can also get a Fantasy Spring special souvenir here without going into the restricted area. Now last but not least, the area I have to mention is Fantasy Springs expansion. This brand new area brings lands theme around Peter Pan, Tangled, and Frozen. I was lucky enough to try the Peter Pan’s Neverland Adventure, a ride that lets you soar over Neverland and battle Captain Hook, and Rapunzel’s Lantern Festival, which is a gorgeous boat ride that recreates the floating lantern scene from Tangled. There’s a lot of photo spots here, both fantastic day and night. I’ve done a complete guide on this restricted area. Click on my playlist to watch more. So it is 09:15 right now. We are on our way out from Tokyo DisneySea. I hope you enjoyed this video. Let me know which one is your favorite ride and where would you go in DisneySea Tokyo. I hope you enjoy it. Until next time, we’ll see you on the next one. Bye.

  1. When did you visit? I'm planning on visiting in January (around the 10th), and wondering if it's very cold on the rides over the water, and how busy it might be?
