Best Things To Do in Budapest Hungary |Day Trips from Vienna| BUDAPEST Walking Tour |Europe Series 2

[Music] Hello everyone, welcome back to my YouTube channel. This vlog is the second part of our European series. Today we are embarking on an exciting day trip to Budapest from Vienna. After breakfast, we took a direct train from Vienna to Budapest Keti Station. We reached Budhapest within 3 hours. [Music] This station is Budhabe’s largest and main railway hub. Known for its very impressive architecture built between 1881 and 1884. This is a beautiful area. Both KFC and McDonald’s were located near the station. [Music] [Music] After years of globe trotting, our journey across continents is ready to be unveiled. We will share our blogs on different countries and places. So subscribe to our channel and press the bell icon. [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] After a while, we took an ube to the Budapest Parliament. Here we reached the Hungarian Parliament building area. Budhapest’s yellow drums are iconic vehicles that are a key part of the city’s public transportation system. Many of these offer panoromic views making them a popular way to explore the city. Line two is known as one of the most scenic drum rides in the world. This line runs along the Danube River on the best side providing views of both the Buddha hills and the landmarks like chain bridge and the parliament building. [Music] Here [Music] we are standing before the magnificient Hungarian Parliament. This is a neoorthic building located on the bank of Danube River. This is also one of the most beautiful parliament buildings in the world. This building is 96 m high which is the same height as St. Steven’s Basilica symbolizing the equal importance of civil and spiritual power in the city. [Music] It has a majestic castle-like appearance. The parliament looks more stunning from the other side of the Danube River. The best views of Budhapest parliament are from the fisherman’s baston on the Buddha side. Budhapest was formed in 1873 by the unification of three separate cities Buddha or Buddha and paste. Now we are at the best point on the past side. We will cross the chain bridge and reach the Buddha side. The Buddha side looks picturesque from here especially the fisherman’s bastion. [Music] Budapest remains one of Eastern Europe’s most visited cities and is a gem for culture and history lovers. [Music] Budapest has many UNESCO heritage sites as well as some thermal baths, museums and many more. [Music] [Applause] [Music] One may experience a memorable evening cruise on the Danube River in Buddhapest, admiring the illuminated landmarks like the Parliament building and the Buddha Castle. [Music] The historic chain bridge connects the two sides of the city and walking across it offers very beautiful views of Denube and the city. [Music] [Applause] This is the beautiful Buddha Castle. [Music] The Buddha side of the city is quite hilly and there’s a bit of elevation. So to get from one place to the other, one may have to climb a lot of stairs. So walking around the castle hill, we reach the Matias church. The architecture of this place is stunning and the roof looks very beautiful with the colorful tiles. [Music] This is the fisherman’s baston. This is one of the most well-known attractions of Buddha castle area and it provides perhaps the most beautiful panorama of the city from the Buddha side over the river venue and its other attractions. [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] This is the magnificent and stunning view of the Hungarian Parliament from the fisherman’s master. [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] Fisherman’s Baston looks like a fairy tale building. One needs a ticket to visit the upper tower for more spectacular views. [Music] Right now we are at a cafe which offers stunning views of the whole city especially the Budhapest Parliament. With wonderful memories of Budhapest, we are now returning to Vienna. We take an U and we head back to the train station. Forget the usual tourist spots. Our next blog is all about discovering Break Lab, a surprisingly beautiful and underrated town in Czech Republic. [Music] After that, we will be traveling to Salsburg, Halstart, Wolf Gang, and then to Switzerland. [Music] Heat. [Music] [Music] Heat.
